Not sure which delay I like better, the Super7 NJPW line delay or the Cyberpunk 2077 delay.

We have to rely on the manufacturers getting the items to us, and how they ship them to us (land, sea, air) can be a large determination on how quickly our items arrive. While some items do arrive later than other vendors, many times we are able to receive inventory before others and begin fulfilling orders. Fingers crossed that they arrive sooner than later, and we will be sure to let you know if any information is received. However, once our shipments do arrive you will receive email notifications.

Currently Andre the Giant and is estimated to arrive in the 4th quarter of this year, but there is no exact delivery date.
WWE Action Vinyls Andre the Giant is estimated in November, but also no exact date.
Andre The Giant (Robe Ver.) is estimated to arrive in the 2nd quarter of 2021 (April- June)

Just got a response from them again after I replied to their email. Basically what I’m reading is they won’t reach out to the companies and ask what the hold up is. I get that to a degree...but it’s not too much to ask them to inquire either.

I apologize that you think my response was a copy paste reply. I assure you that I looked into each of your items and gave you all the information I could. You are asking for specific reasons causing the delays in these figures, but I have no specific information as to why, nor will the manufacturers tell us why.
I would say that the Covid-19 pandemic, companies closing for one to two months, companies not being able to get the supplies needed to manufacturer the figures, and shipping of items taking far longer than on a normal year would be a lot of the reasons that these figures are not yet available to us.
I hope we are able to get these figures out to you as soon as possible, but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer getting them to us.

I preordered Okada a second time from RSC.

After I cancelled my first preorder, I managed to get extra money to at least getting the one I wanted more.
Too bad there is a bit more to wait for the line to be out, and I don't think we'll see them on Febraury 2021

Honestly, I don’t think we are going to get them at all! If we do, I think it’s going to be just these two series and that’s it. I feel no one is going to buy a third series if it’s going to have the problems the first two are having. I was really excited at first for this series, but now I regret ordering both. If we do get them, IF, then I’m just going to sell mine on eBay or something. One thing for sure, I’m never buying from Super 7 again. I don’t mean to sound whiny and negative, but it’s at a point where it a little unprofessional to do business like this. End of rant, sorry! Have a great day and stay safe!!

I'm pretty much done with Super7 as well. The repeated delays of NJPW S1 killed any chance of me pre-ordering S2 or the MWFP figures. I'll keep my S1 order only because I really want the Okada. I've been one of Jazzwares' biggest defenders on here when it comes to the delays, but this is beyond ridiculous.

I'm pretty much done with Super7 as well. The repeated delays of NJPW S1 killed any chance of me pre-ordering S2 or the MWFP figures. I'll keep my S1 order only because I really want the Okada. I've been one of Jazzwares' biggest defenders on here when it comes to the delays, but this is beyond ridiculous.

At least Jazwares and Boss Fight have been somewhat transparent and given reason for the delays and kept people informed. Super7 isn't saying sh*t unless you email their customer service and it's just vaguely worded double talk and "they'll be out [insert month/timeframe]".

Because if you ordered from Super7 directly, they don't let you cancel the preorder. I've tried.

I didn’t order on RSC, I ordered on Super 7.

I'm willing to be patient with Boss Fight and Jazwares because we have reason to think that those products will be available.  As far as I've seen, Boss Fight should have a decent inventory available through their website once the first wave is out, and seemed to be looking into having wider distribution through specialty retailers.  

My issue with S7 is they leverage this print to order sales model so the consumer just has to sit through whatever absurd delays come, or be SOL.  RSC should have some limited stock, but I'm assuming the price will jump if/when the figures finally come in.  It very much feels like S7 trying to have their cake and eat it too.  Either make a print to order product and produce it in a timely manner, or produce the figures on your own timetable, but deal with the consequences if there's dead stock you can't sell like most other companies.

You keep saying how transparent Boss Fight has been, yet everything they’ve told us hasn’t panned out. We heard at the end of the year, and now it’s maybe in the spring. I’m not saying Super7 is any better, but they seem to have to go through more approval hurdles than Boss Fight has to endure. I’m simply not seeing how bad information is any better than no information.
