I hope they happen. They look amazing. I’d have to get all six from the first set. All guys I’d want in the collection. Can’t wait to see renders of future releases, especially the Gorgeous George and Harley Race. Hopefully a Buddy Rogers in the future as well. Can't wait for Gorgeous George. Surprised Jeremy and Jakks never nabbed him for the Classic Superstars line.

I hope they do one of him, or Mattel gets a chance too.

It would be cool if they made black and white versions of some of these figures. Most of us have only ever seen some of those names with clips that predate color TVs or we saw photos in magazines and books.

That would definitely be cool to see as variants of some of the older stars who, like you said, predated color TV.

I think Mattel could do an awesome job on that one.

Maybe they could get Buddy Rogers. I think Mattel could do an awesome job on that one. That would be great. They seem to nail the likenesses of older stars: Harley Race, Freddie Blassie, and Superstar Billy Graham are some of their best work ever. I would love to seem them do a Buddy Rogers figure. If they did do this figure as the one with the chase, the chase could be the black and white version you mentioned earlier.

I really hope they can nab obscure classic guys, but I skeptical they know how narrow the market will be for some.
Question, do people in the WWE hall of fame including legacy mean WWE owns their rights? Because we could get super obscure and early...

Only a fraction of Hall of Famers are eligible for Mattel to make.

I watched the Major Bros interview and I heard "7 inch scale" That would rule me out, but I hope they do well. There's some interesting things they could do down the line.

I would love if they could make figures of the Guerreros. Hector, Chavo, and Mando would be awesome.
It would also be cool if they could get into old school Memphis. Eddie Gilbert, Bill Dundee, Austin Idol, and The Fabulous Ones.
I'm really glad with Greg Gagne involved they will probably make figures of more AWA wrestlers. I grew up watching the AWA so figures of some of those guys would be great too. Jerry Blackwell, The Crusher, Baron Von Raschke, and Nick Bockwinkel would be the top of my list. Verne Gagne is a great start, and I've seen the Vachons and Bruiser Brody come up in interviews with the design team.

I'm really coming around on these. The belts need to be bigger though.

Why in the world would they make them taller? I’m out.

I’d love if they could make Rogers, Morales, Koloff, etc. Me too. It doesn't appear that Mattel will be making these anytime soon so it would be nice for someone else to get them out. Rogers is a top want of mine. A 1970s WWWF Champion Koloff would be amazing.

Why in the world would they make them taller? I’m out. Are they taller? I thought Mattel's WWE figures are considered 7 inch scale as well.
