Got a decent workout in today. Made it to 75KG on the close grip pull down and 50KG on the wide grip pulldown. Got 20 minutes on the exercise bike and that was about it really. Had Subway afterwards and I might get back in tomorrow if I don't go anywhere.

Been working on losing weigh the last month or so, currently 5'10" and around 280 pounds. Haven't felt crappy or any pain, but those feelings are probably right around the corner. I haven't been able to lose any - but I've stayed about the same for the last few weeks which I consider some progress. Just been doing MyFitnessPal and walking occasionally.

I hit up craigslist for multigyms, my garage is pretty set up. I usually do chest and tris sun back and bis tues shoulders wed legs fri

in two years time i've gone from being 6' at 145 lb to 185 lb now. been working on cutting down my body fat while still building lean muscle, it's a difficult challenging process but the big thing i realized was it's largely about my diet that needed some fixing. i now take in no refined sugars other than in yogurt and try to keep my fat intake down. that + cardio is really starting to show. hoping to be in pretty damn good shape by this summer. i haven't had abs since being a teenager..

Is drinking Capri sun just as bad as soda? depends on the amount of capri sun you're drinking. it's a high sugar beverage just like pop. best to be avoided. the truth is that fruit juice is just not all that great for you even. high levels of fructose = weight gain.

Lost around 75 points in the last year. Gained about 10 back during the holidays. Started back working out/eating healthy as soon as the new year hit, but I've been plateauing for a while.
Meanwhile, I threw my lower back out last night while working out, so now I'm out commission, and in a lot of pain. I feel old.

Down to 232 this morning. Started out at 272 the week before Thanksgiving. I'm feeling great and looking much better but my bmi says I'm supposed to be a max of 196 to be considered normal so I'll be at 196 my May 27th. I'm gonna win this $500 fitness challenge

I really need to get cracking. I'm so disgusted with my body. I've got in a real good groove. Now that I've dropped most of the fat it's motivated me more because I can see cuts and definition I'm not really strict on myself. I eat two to three meals a week and it's whatever I want. Buffet, cheeseburgers, fried chicken or whatever. I'll slam beer once a week and that's one of my sh*t meal nights. I work out 4-5 times a week. I just get in there and go. I got faith in you, brother. You're in the drivers seat man you can steer the course

I'm really going to try to cut back on refined sugar as a way to ween myself off it for good. Time to get my cardio back up too.

Do you do cardio or what? I will do one day dedicated to cardio. The other days I will lift but I try to keep my heart rate up by doing high reps and brief rest periods I need to get a heart rate monitor and some gym shoes.
