Wow I hate that they ignore winter in this and that Hershal shall be offed so quickly. I remember him having a big part in the prison in the comics but maybe he will survive this time since Dale is dead who originally survived the amputee.

Chandler Riggs has noticeably aged... not a lot they could do but push time forward a bit. |

I hope Lori isn't an annoying bitch this season Too late. I just hope when the time comes, they use her to put Rick's character over correctly. I loved the end, this whole thing is awesome. It's so hard to be patient on the whole Andrea, Michonne, Governor story to play out right now. |

Guessing they are going to *comic spoilers* have Herschel play the Dale role of having the amputated leg for a while.

MICHONNE IS JUST SO PERFECT, I LOVE IT. Yeah, really. I absolutely love her introduction so far. Good premiere, legitimately cringed at the amputation. |

Great premiere. Love michonne. Definitley one of my favorite characters in the comics so its great theyre handling her character well on the show. Now the real question is, are they goin to shave glenn hair this season? Lol

Herschel shouldn't be written off so quickly, just about the one problem I have with the comics is how a lot of character get killed off for no real purpose.
Still a fantastic episode, love how Rick has pretty much snapped now. T-Dog got more than one line too!

I prefer it this way. I think part of the intrigue of the comics has always been anyone can die at any given time, and they do. I know it's ridiculous to say this, but if the situation was really occurring in real life, people would just get bit and/or die at random. We haven't seen the Hershel thing play out yet though, so lets not get too worked up just yet. I believe it's a stepping stone storytelling device though if I were to guess. |

I really like the comics, but I gotta say I like the show so much more. Great character development, great everything. Just a great piece of work.
Waiting for Rick to go completely bonkers!

Just finished the end of Season 2 and Season 3's premier today. Man am I super pissed Dale died, he was like the moral anchor of the group and probably the outright nicest of the bunch. Having seen all of season 2 now, I'm genuinely surprised that it got such a bad reputation. Maybe it's because I watched it in the space of 24 hours, but it really felt like stuff was constantly happening despite the same setting. As for the first episode of Season 3, it felt very slow. Michonne/ Andrea got no time, we didn't meet any new characters (Merle? governor?). It was a good episode, no doubt about it, but the things I were looking forward to seeing in season 3 were pretty much absent. What really sucks is that I smashed through season 1 and 2 in the space of a few days. Now I'm caught up, it's another week till episode 2. bah. Still, this is a  ing good show. |
