I pre-ordered some figs off WWE.com. If I find them in stores before then, sweet, and I'll cancel my order. Here's my haul:

Tuesday, I went to Target and the guy refused to go in the back and look, telling me "if we had them, they'd be out." So, I took yesterday off searching, but today, I had to get groceries so I decided to check again. And what do I find? FOURTEEN EMPTY PEGS LABELED FOR MATTEL, four spring rings, and a couple flex force w/accesories. I had a lady check, and she said they came up as sold out. So, they were there. The tags were marked with yesterday's date, so they were put out yesterday. That means they HAD to have had them. So,  that guy for being too damn lazy to pull them out of the back for me. At least I have my WWE Shop order to fall back on, but jeez... it's the principles of the thing. |

picked up yesterday from target two of the elite series i got mvp and punk also bought heritage orton and 2 takers both of which where 1 of 1000...going up soon to the stores to see what today brings

Wooohoooo Happy New Year everyone!! Glad to see everybody hit lucky today. I checked two Target's, two TRU's, and a few other places this morning. Ended up with a 1 of 1,000 Cena and series 1 Big Show!!! Cena is number 71 which to me is awesome. Glad I found such a low numbered one.

sadly i only had 20 bucks so i got Kofi Kingston and Big Show from Basic 1. So i am now A MATTEL FANICT.

All bought at the Rosedale, MD TRU for just under $142.  wfigs.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=wftmattel&action=display&thread=160044Unfortunately for me, I placed the center WWE logo sticker for the Raw ring on the wrong side (needs a 90 degree turn).  I'll hopefully be able to pop out and turn the mat in the right direction (since I don't feel like unpeeling the sticker), but I'll wait for extra help before I try it out. |

Today I purchased the HBK/Jericho 2-pack and the Basic HHH figures at TRU.
I gotta admit, these figures are superior. The scale of the figures, the custom molds for guys like HBK, Bourne, etc. really push these figures over the edge. Even years ago JAKKS was inconsistent with their deco ... some figures had fully detailed attire while others missed small and often large details. As far as I can tell every single figure out by Mattel has atleast 99% accurate attire deco. Look at HBK's ... the button detail, the ties are colored in ... it's perfect. I'm truly excited about these figures!!!!
