Thought the opening match was fresh but filler. In Kaz's interview, I felt like after he said "The Future", it felt like he should've said Frankie Kazarian, and not Kaz. I don't think Kaz-Gibson would have been "the best match I have ever seen in my entire life". Really glad Kaz retained though as he has much more personality than Gibson. ODB winning is okay, but I hope to see a member of TBP eventually take it. Mesias coming in is okay as long as the feud doesn't suck like it did in real life. Hard to see A-Train winning a ladder match, but it was surprising to see him beat Joe. Interesting he gets a world title shot, although I don't think he should win it. I wish LAX had won but oh well. The DVD ad was a nice touch. Styles winning was predictable but good. Should've probably been the main event. Not really sure about the ending to Booker-JJ. It was ok, but I feel like Christian-AJ should've been the main event. This diary is still going really strong though and the PPV was enjoyable. Keep it up, and please drop a reply to ECW 2007 when you get a chance.

I didn't like the opening six man tag match, since non-hardcore american wrestling fans would have no idea who anyone was, and without building them up prior to the match I just would not expect the match to be worth watching.
Kaz/ Gibson sounded insane, but calling it the best match ever sounds like a bit of an exageration. Its good to see that your keeping the title on Kaz, and I look forward to seeing who steps up to challenge for the title next.
I wasn't overly fussed on who was going over in the Women's title match, but ODB should make a good champion. Messias/ Abyss sounded brutal, and I definitely expected a bloody battle. I'm hoping that you dont drag on the Abyss/ Mitchell feud much longer though.
I'm not sure on the ladder match, since I find it hard to imagine Joe and Bernard putting on a good ladder match. I'm also not sure on Bernard getting a title shot, but it could be interesting to see a new challenger.
I'm surprised that you put the tag title match so far up the card, but it sounded like a solid match, and its great to see the Guns retain the titles once again.
Styles winning the TNA world title is awesome, but I'm once again surprised about your match placement. A new champion is much more important that a bunch of has beens. I hated the ending to the show, since it was the wrong match to place in the main event slot, and a dissapointing ending to an otherwise good show.

Ooo yes, Turning Point is up. Let's see what we've got going on here, then STL. The international six man tag team match is a great way to gain exposure, glad you used Jado and Gedo as well, nice touch also using LA Park. Glad that Team Japan picked up the win. I like Kaz's title reign but I really wish that James Gibson would of won the TNA X-Division Championship right there. It should of been Gibson winning it really, especially to win the feud and start something different and original, but it's alright, Kaz is a good performer. Hope he drops the X-Division title at Final Resolution. ODB beating Cheerleader Melissa in my eyes isn't the exact greatest thing you've ever done. I'm not a fan of ODB whatsoever as she is a sloppy performer, Melissa was actually a talented technical woman. Hope ODB doesn't have a long reign, though. Judas Mesias beating Abyss is very shocking and I'm interested in what you're doing with this feud, I like it. Very interesting that Giant Bernard of all people defeated Samoa Joe, I personally love that idea. Seemed pretty decent, too. I am absolutely shocked and confused about Motor City Machine Guns and Latin American Xchange having such a bad match. They had an awesome one at one of your first shows on this diary, how can this be terrible I wonder. AJ Sty;es beating Christian Cage seemed very good, an enjoyable contest in my eyes, glad that AJ Styles won too. The revenge match was a good match, but the disqualification finish was terrible. Shouldn't of been. I'm not really a fan of a Main Event Mafia-style stable coming in, as long as AJ remains the one and only main heel, remaining TNA Heavyweight Champion, too.

TNA Wrestling News: POST TURNING POINT NEWS!
-Last night’s TNA Turning Point PPV attendance at the iMPACT Zone was a no vacancy. Following the show, TNA workers asked the fans how the show was and most really enjoyed it. The buy rate expectation is for it too be high, but not as high as Bound for Glory’s, which was record breaking for TNA.
-Yesterday before Turning Point, former NWA Tag Team Champion and NJPW wrestler Karl Anderson signed a one-year open contract. Anderson will still be able to compete on the independent circuit, but in the contract, it states TNA may pull him if necessary from any Indy card.
-TNA has currently been looking at Ricky Steamboat Jr. and former WWE superstar, Rene Dupree. Jeff Jarrett has said in the past that Rene Dupree is a great wrestler and can get some heel heat. TNA noticed Ricky Steamboat Jr. at an IWA-MS show over the weekend.
-The original plan for the main event was too have the TNA World Heavyweight championship match, but Kevin Nash insisted it should be Booker T and Jeff Jarrett. In addition, Scott Hall was the original idea to come in, but Hall now showed once again and Scott Steiner took his place.
-During the Fight for the Right finals, which was a ladder match, Giant Bernard tore ligaments in his ankle. The injury, which was not too serious, may put him out of action for two to three months. Currently, TNA has no storyline ideas to hold off his title match for that long.
-On December 13, 2008, TNA and Spike TV will host a television special called “This is TNA”. The location has official be announced as Augusta, Georgia, at the James Brown Arena. The arena hosted WWE’s lackluster event ECW December to Dismember. Tickets go on sale this Friday. For more info, go to TNA’s website.
-For the past month, TNA has been rebuilding their creative committee. Currently, the team consists of Kevin Nash, Jeff Jarrett, and Steve Borden, also known as Sting. However, they are looking to adding a few more additions, including a few writers of television shows and former Ring of Honor booker, Gabe Sapolsky. TNA started talks with Gabe a few weeks ago, and he has not given an answer yet.
-TNA President Dixie Carter stated that in 2009, every pay per view would take place out of the iMPACT Zone. TNA plans to expand to the North, West, Northeast, and the South where their fan bases are rising. TNA will also revisit the Midwest, where they have had great attendances.
-Tickets for TNA Genesis, which is on January 11, 2009, from the MGM Grand Garden Arena, will go on sale also this Friday, along with the “This is TNA” tickets. For more information, please visit TNA’s website, ticket master, or the MGM Grand website.
-After just two months on television, TNA Xplosion will officially be canceled. The show has been doing poor in the ratings and CMT has been focusing more on Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling. Sun Sports, who told TNA they would pick up the show, refused to take show, as the ratings would be worst on their network. The show will continue to show in the United Kingdom, Canada, & Mexico.
-Jeff Jarrett talked with Dixie Carter and the creative team to create a new, mid card championship. There have been ideas for X Division tag team titles or a hardcore championship. TNA had a similar idea in 2003-2004 with the Hard 10. More updates next week on this subject.
-After his jump from CMLL, who has a relationship with TNA, to AAA, Alex Koslov will be leaving Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Koslov was on his way to an X Division title shot, but leaving CMLL ruined his chances to win the title. TNA wishes him the best in all of his future endeavors.
-Announced in late summer, TNA will still use a open door policy starting in January 2009. This enables all free agents to wrestle a few matches with TNA, and maybe be picked up by TNA if they are good enough. TNA did have the open door policy in the early days.
-TNA has begun talks with former WWE, ECW, and TNA star Jerry Lynn. In 2007, Lynn left TNA with bad terms, but lately he has shown signs of support for TNA.

Feedback for Turning Point:
The show had a lot of detail, which is a plus but some of the match placements bothered me, mainly the main event one. I really think Christian should of held on to the title for another month for it to mean that AJ Styles would win the Championship at a main event Pay-Per-View match.
Opening match was fantastic but alas, I lack knowing any of Team Japan apart from Tanahashi. Would of been happy either way with who got the win and I felt this match was a great way to open the show with.
Kaz's promo was great and I disagree with Red Dragon in that TNA wouldn't say WWE, they seem to be saying it alot now days with this whole Main Event Mafia/Christian thing going on. I actually think Kaz vs Gibson would be a great match to see.
The Ultimate X match was great, glad Kaz came out of it the winner but I would of been happy either way. Would be nice to see someone like Doug Williams or another new heel get a shot at the title soon, even Jimmy Rave would be a nice change.
Yay at putting the Knockout's Championship on ODB, it's about time someone did. She's a great talent in all honesty. I hope she has a long reign with the title before loosing it to Angelina Love or Vevet Sky, Also nice to see the other lass being Cheerleader Melisa and not Riecha Sied(sp)
Judas Mesias' return is great, I really liked him in TNA, despite his rather short run. I hope you have say one or two more matches between Mesias and Abyss before finally ending the feud so both men can have some different pushes.
Boo at Red Dragon saying I push Giant Bernard too fast. Bernard can never be pushed too fast. Happy to see him get the win in all honesty, although it blows that he got injured during the match. I hope sometime in 2009 he gets that main event push and may even win the Championship.
It's nice to see the Motor City Machine Guns with the Tag titles, it's a shame they've never held the belts. In saying that I think I was rooting for LAX during this match, mainly because they are my fav team in TNA right now. Guess I'm happy either way.
TNA World Championship match was fantastic apart from the posistion on the card, which I've already mentioned, happy that AJ Styles is the main guy in TNA once again but somewhat annoyed at Christian's short title reign. I hope Styles gets a good run out of this.
Main Event was another solid match, I understand why this match was the main event now with the return of Nash and Steiner. New Kings of Wrestling stable? BRING IN RANDY SAVAGE!! hehe. Not the biggest fan of a DQ finish to end the Pay-Per-View but it did the trick for what you wanted.

TNA iMPACT November 13, 2008This week’s edition of TNA iMPACT begins with a TNA Turning Point highlight video, showing what went down at this past Sunday’s pay per view. Directly after the video, there is the new TNA Cross the Line opening video. The camera circles around the iMPACT Zone, as the pyro explodes and the screaming TNA fans go crazy. After a minute or two, the camera would settle on Mike Tenay and Don West, who quickly go over the events of TNA Turning Point just four days ago. The continue on, announcing the run down for tonight, which includes X Division action, Feast or Fired announcement, the beautiful knockouts, Judas Mesias, Jeff Jarrett and his buddies, Kevin Nash and Scott Steiner, and the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion, the “Phenomenal” AJ Styles. We start with a simple tag team match up. Beer Money Inc. def. Rock N’ Rave InfectionThis was a decent opener, but nothing too great. The match was mostly one sided with Beer Money in the driver’s seat for the most part. However, they were many false finishes featuring Rock N’ Rave almost picking up the win. However, Beer Money, with help from Jacqueline, would always get out of those situations. In fact, the interferences of Jacqueline caused Christy Hemme to start a catfight between the two. While the referee was too busy breaking up the two women, James Storm knocked Lance Rock out with a beer bottle. The two would eventually hit the D.U.I. for the victory. The fans were into parts of the match, specifically the finish, but also some good spots. Overall, a solid match, watch able, but it should have been better. The big problem was miscommunication, but nothing too bad. The match lasted about eight minutes, which was reasonable. There looked to be some friction between the two teams. Rating: C- Shortly after the match, the camera goes into Jim Cornette’s office, where Rock N’ Rave Infection and Beer Money Inc. throw open the door and begin the yell and complain to Cornette, who shuts the up by saying, “Shut the hell up!” He pauses, as the two teams calm down, he says, “Now, what is the problem!” The two teams explode, doing the same as they did when they first came in; yell, complain, whine, etc. Finally, Cornette assumes why they are here, when he says, “Let me guess, you people want TNA Tag team title shots. Am I correct?” The two teams look at Cornette, and say in unison, “How’d you know?” Cornette says, “All tag teams lately have been complaining about being underutilized, and boy, am I getting sick of it! Therefore, I will tell you what. At Final Resolution, the four teams who are demanding title shots will face off in a tag-team-turmoil match. The teams are; Beer Money Inc., Rock N’ Rave Infection, Delirious & Shark Boy, and the returning, are you ready for this, Team Canada, featuring Johnny Devine and Tyson Dux! I hope all of you are happy!” Kaz def. Consequences Creed & Eric YoungI would not say this was the match of the night, but it was damn close. These three have some great chemistry together, and it was an entertaining match. For the most part, the fans were really into the match. They were mostly cheering for Creed and Young, but there were a few Kaz fans out there. However, Creed and Young could not feed off the cheers, as it seemed like Kaz ate them before either Creed or Young could get to them. The match was mostly made of back and forth, fast pace, aggressive, and highflying action. All of those together can make a brilliant match, and it showed here tonight. The match lasted about seven minutes, and with such a short amount of the time, they used each second perfectly. I swear that if this short of a match featured some top people, it would not have been as good. The match would end when Creed hit the Creed-D-T on Young, followed by Kaz hitting the Wave of the Future on Creed. After the match, James Gibson came out and went face to face with Kaz. He grabbed the microphone from his hand and said, “Kaz, at Turning Point, it was just a warm up. At Final Resolution, it’s the real deal!” The iMPACT Zone went nuts as Gibson hinted an X Division rematch. Rating: B Following the match, there is a commercial for TNA Final Resolution. The event will be live on pay per view, Sunday December 7, 2008, from the iMPACT Zone in Orlando, Florida. After the short commercial break, TNA iMPACT returns with the camera once again in Jim Cornette’s office, where a cluster of wrestlers are standing, waiting for the announcement from Jim Cornette. After a few minutes of wrestlers asking others what is going on, Jim Cornette walks in and answers their questions, “Gentlemen, you have been called to my office to hear my big announcement. Last year, TNA held their first ever ‘Feast or Fired’ match. There will be three briefcases, on with a TNA World Heavyweight Championship shot, one with a TNA X Division title shot, another with a TNA Tag Team title shot, and the last one, which is a pink slip, meaning you are fired! Anyways, you fourteen wrestlers will participate in this match. I congratulate all of you. Have fun!” As Cornette leaves, the room fills up with talking. The participants are Claudio Castagnoli, Matt Morgan, Rhino, Jay Lethal, Curry Man, Tomko, Hernandez, Homicide, Volador Jr., Hiroshi Tanahashi, Eric Young, Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, and Dos Caras Jr. TNA iMPACT continues with Crystal Louthan standing with the former TNA Women’s Champion, Cheerleader Melissa. Crystal begins the interview with, “Cheerleader Melissa, this past Sunday, you suffered a terrible lost to a fan favorite in ODB. What are your thoughts and what will you do next?” Cheerleader Melissa sits there for a second, as her face becomes angry, “The match at Turning Point was a mishap. I gave it my all, but some how ODB came out victorious. I mean, look at ODB. Does she, or should I say he, even seem and look like a women? She is a bimbo, just like the Beautiful People stated earlier this year. ODB, at Final Resolution, I will use my rematch clause. At Final Resolution, the title will be on the line, in a Bimbo Brawl! Melissa walks off, throwing stuff off the walls. Cheerleader Melissa def. Taylor WildeNot too much of a surprise this match was a total squash. I wish TNA would have Taylor Wilde’s debut in a real match, but this was still decent. From the offense the fans saw from Taylor Wilde, they really enjoyed it. She got over with the crowd in her debut, and I could see her being a future TNA Women’s Champion. Taylor Wilde has talent and just something special about her. Even though the match lasted only four minutes, it was still good, and the crowd was supportive for Wilde. Nevertheless, Melissa would pick up the win when she hit the Curb Stomp. Immediately after the pin, TNA Women’s Champion ODB ran out and attacked Melissa from behind. The two brawled until security ran out and broke the two up. ODB grabbed a microphone and stated, “You know what, Melissa. At Final Resolution, you are on! However, since I am champion, I want to spice things up. If you win, you get my title, but if you are to lose, well, let’s just say you’ll you’re spot on the TNA roster!” Melissa looks at ODB as if she just saw a ghost, ODB says, “Make up your choice, either the title or your job, yeah!” Rating: C- Backstage, James Mitchell and Judas Mesias are standing in a dark room, with candles as their only source of light. Mitchell begins to talk about Abyss, saying, “Abyss, even thought Mesias destroyed you at Turning Point, our job isn’t done yet. In fact, our job is not done until you are out of TNA. You see Abyss; no one in TNA wants you here. They look at you and say ‘What a freak’. Abyss you are a freak. However, if you look deeper inside you, you will find the regular, normal Abyss. You will find Chris. And Judas Mesias will help you find Chris. He will torture you until you have no choice to submit to your real self. Hell, Judas may even get some help from his friends. Too bad you cannot get help, considering you have no friends. Abyss, your days are numbered, and Judas Mesias can prove it to you.” The two walk off as Mitchell laughs only the way he can. Following a short commercial break, the camera goes backstage were Jeremy Borash is standing with the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion, AJ Styles. Borash starts the interview welcoming Styles, “AJ Styles, first of all I would like to congratulate you on your big title win at Turning Point. However, tonight, you must team with Samoa Joe to take on Christian Cage, and the new number one contender, Giant Bernard. I need to ask you, what are your thoughts on Giant Bernard, the man who could possibly make your title reign shorter than expected.” AJ Styles hesitates to answer, but he does, “You know, whenever I hear the name Giant Bernard, it freaks me out. I mean, here is a person, who is about two times your size and has made a name for himself over seas and has taken on top superstars. I am very nervous. However, I got other things to worry about, and that’s Christian Cage. I know I defeated him and took his title, but I got a feeling he will be coming back. Let’s hope not.” Styles walks off, looking at his new title. Giant Bernard & Christian Cage def. AJ Styles & Samoa JoeThis match was pretty good, nothing too special though. The match was mostly one sided, as Bernard and Cage were just a step ahead through the match. It was mostly brawling, but with AJ Styles and Samoa Joe in there, there was also a little bit of highflying and chain wrestling. The fans were enjoying most of the match, but there were parts they found a little boring, and did not react to a few things. Other than that, they were for the most part into it the entire fifteen minutes. There was a small problem, though, and it really scarred me. When AJ Styles and Giant Bernard were in the ring, they did not have much chemistry at all. In fact, there were many botching and miscommunication errors. Other than that, it was a solid match. It could and should have been better, but it was still fine as it was. Giant Bernard would pick up the win when he executed the Bernard Bomb on AJ Styles. Following the match, Christian Cage stated he wanted a rematch for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, along with Giant Bernard. It looks like there will be double the trouble for AJ Styles at Final Resolution. Rating: B For the last segment of this week’s TNA iMPACT, Jeff Jarrett, Kevin Nash, and Scott Steiner came out to the ring, with Jarrett holding a microphone. He began saying, “I know, I know. Most of you people are wondering why Steiner and Nash are out here. Well, it is quite simple; we are taking over. What you TNA fans witnessed at Turing Point was the new Kings of Wrestling, the Kings of Wrestling v2. And Booker T, as for you, these two have unfinished business. Since the closing of WCW up until now, these two have hated your guts, and so have I. At Final Resolution, how about we finish this one last time, in a six-man tag team match. You can go ahead a pick your own partners, but choose wisely. Like I said, we’re taking over.” The three men laugh and hug as TNA iMPACT goes off the air.

Glad BM won, although I'd rather see them on their own. Very realistic backstage segment as I could really picture Cornette saying that. But please don't give TC a big push, especially if it's just those two. Kaz winning is always cool. Kaz-Gibson again? Please have Kaz retain, he is just awesome as x-division champ. And Gibson would make a good "always coming up short" type guy. Interesting Feast or Fired match, especially since Angle & Joe are there. I honestly hope Melissa loses, but I think she'll win. Abyss-Mesias honestly makes me yawn. Good backstage promo to put over Bernard as a serious contender. Good momentum for Bernard with that win. Good ending segment, although I don't think the "v2" part is necessary. I thought Nash was retired, so I'm a little confused there. Overall awesome diary, and the next PPV looks good. Please drop a reply to my ECW 2007 when you get a chance.

For me Impact was abit too much detail, I like shorter write ups really but props for writing out one hell of a show. Not really a fan of Beer Money or Rock and Rave and as they are both heels (unless you changed it) why would Corny put RockRave into the match after losing glad that Canada is back with Dux he is damn good. I don't like Creed he just isn't a X-Divsioner in my opinion, don't really like Kaz (man who do i like?) The feast or fired is back yeah! hopefully Joe wins something (not fired) I allways get bored in diva matches and segments sorry. Good Mesias promo I like dark promo you suited his character well. Giant Bernard in main event damn! Anyway Kings of wrestling 2 is awsome as long as they don't allways come out in elvis suits. Bernard main event for PPV why! Kaz/Gibson 2 should be lots of fun. Good Luck and keep this up

I wasn't a fan of the opening tag team match, it just didn't seem worth watching to me, and the tag team turmoil match seems a little thrown together. Great to see a Kaz/ Gibson rematch on the cards, as well as Kaz getting the win. The Melissa/ ODB stipulation is pretty cool, cause I can't see either one losing what they have on the line, so it should be interesting. A triple threat match could be good, but I don't see Styles losing the title so soon after winning it. I dont really like the KOW v2 idea, it just doesn't appeal to me.

Seemed like a really average opening contest, really. Beer Money Inc picking up the win is alright I suppose, I'd like to see Jimmy Rave pretty much go after the TNA X-Division Championship with Lance Rock as a bodyguard with Christy Hemme, the groupie. Kaz beating Consequences Creed and Eric Young sounded a tiny bit thrown together for my liking. It should of been a singles match really in my mind. Kaz getting the win is alright, obviously and I hope that James Gibson ends up picking up the win at Final Resolution. I dislike the Feast Or Fired Battle Royal stipulation, and I feel that you made Jim Cornette look like a teacher here. Especially with Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe in there. It made it seem very obvious that they are going to win the X-Division or TNA World Heavyweight Championship shot briefcases. You should utilize this match to end up bringing up some TNA talent, really into the main event picture. Cheerleader Melissa beating Taylor Wilde is fine, I haven't kept keen interest in the Womens division really, but Melissa is alot more convincing than Taylor Wilde when it comes to fighting Awesome Kong. Seemed like a great main event between Giant Bernard and Christian Cage & AJ Styles and Samoa Joe. The card for Final Resolution looks good, Giant Bernard in the main event rocks. The Kings of Wrestling v2 hopefully runs longer than the first run, should be good.

-The reason for the Bimbo Brawl match at Final Resolution is due to Cheerleader Melissa’s feelings about the current way she is being used by the company. TNA iMPACT November 20, 2008This week’s episode of TNA iMPACT starts like most others, with a TNA Cross the Line opening video. Followed by the opening, there is a recap video showing the highlights of last week’s TNA iMPACT. At the end of the video, text comes up saying, “We’re taking over!” As the camera circles around the iMPACT Zone, going over the screaming TNA fans, the pyro in the rafters explodes as the week’s TNA iMPACT show officially begins. After a few more shots of the crowd, the camera settles on the announcers, Mike Tenay and Don West, who do a brief recap of last week’s episode, emphasizing on the formation of Kings of Wrestling. The continue, talking about what will go down tonight, including X Division six-man tag, knockouts action, tag team competition, and the Kings of Wrestling. In addition, the double main event, which is Giant Bernard taking on an opponent of AJ Styles’ choosing, and Christian Cage against an opponent of Styles’ choosing. We get started with the X Division. James Gibson, Consequences Creed, & Jay Lethal def. Hiroshi Tanahashi, Ultimo Guerrero, & Volador JrUsually, six man tag team matches are average and even below average, but this one was different. In fact, this was the best opening match I have seen on iMPACT since September. I mean this was well above average, and the fans loved every minute of it. It was back and forth, fast pace, and was full of highflying moves. There were only a few problems, the biggest being a few miscommunication errors, but an average wrestling match has two or three of those. Nevertheless, the fans were into the entire nine-minute match, and it was an excellent way to start the show. The match would end when Jay Lethal hit the Lethal Combination, followed by a big Elbow Drop from the top rope for the pin. However, the action was not over yet as during the celebration, the TNA X Division champion Kaz ran out and attacked Gibson from behind, but security broke the two up before anything could get started. Rating: B- TNA iMPACT continues as it goes backstage where Jeremy Borash is standing with the newly formed Team Canada, which is Johnny Devine and Tyson Dux. Borash starts the segment by saying, “Team Canada, we haven’t even heard from you guys yet, but we know you are together once again. Any surprises for the upcoming weeks?” Johnny Devine grabs Borash’s microphone and raises his voice as he says, “Jeremy, we have a surprise for you. Next week, on iMPACT, our newest edition of Team Canada will participate in the second annual Turkey Bowl, which he will win and bring home $25,000. You see, Canada is a dominant force. We are a sleeping giant, which comes to the tag team scramble at Final Resolution, which Canada will also win. Motor City Machine Guns, be ready for the maple leafs!” Devine and Dux grab their Canadian flags as they march onward for their first tag team match against Shark Boy and Curry Man. Team Canada def. Curry Man & Shark BoyThis was a decent match, but it should have been better. The two teams had some problems with chemistry, so the match did not seem to flow very well. Along with the chemistry issues, the crowd was dead for the majority of the match. These teams are not over with the crowd at all, therefore it would not be a surprise if people are snoring and crickets are chirping throughout the match. Other than that, the match was ok, but these four people can do better than they did tonight. The match you go on for about eight minutes, and the finish was great. After this match, I believe with some improvement, Team Canada can really become one of the top teams in TNA. Team Canada worked really well together, I just think the booking was a little off for this one. Team Canada would win when Dux rolled Shark Boy up and pulled the tights for the cheating win in an attempt to build heel heat. Rating: C Shortly after the match, there is an announcement for the second annual Turkey Bowl, which is next week on the Thanksgiving night edition of TNA iMPACT. Following a short commercial break, TNA iMPACT returns with Crystal Louthan in the back with the former TNA Women’s Champion, Cheerleader Melissa. Crystal begins the interview by stating, “Cheerleader Melissa, at Final Resolution, your career in TNA may be cut short as you take the TNA Women’s Champion ODB in a Bimbo Brawl. If you are to lose, you must leave TNA, your thoughts?” Cheerleader Melissa answers calmly at first as she says, “Crystal, I am very nervous right now. It just a few weeks, I may find myself in an alley in Las Vegas looking for you know what. ODB, you have gotten on my last nervous. You do not deserve that title. I deserve it. I was champion for three months, and I am not going out that easy. Tonight, I’ll show you just a preview of what’s to come at Final Resolution.” Melissa walks off angrily following the interview. Cheerleader Melissa def. Daizee HazeAs expected, this match was a total squash. Cheerleader Melissa was showing ODB what she could do to her, and if I were ODB, I would be a little nervous right now. I mean, Melissa was ramming Haze into the turnbuckle and did anything she could do to scare ODB. However, it did not look like ODB was intimidated, as about halfway through the match; she came out to ring side and stared down Melissa. The match would go on for about six-minutes, as ODB saw the entire thing close up. The crowd was really into it, especially because of the tension between ODB and Melissa throughout the match. Other than that, there is not much to say about this one. It was just like any other squash, plain and simple. If there is anything I got out of it, was that Haze is a great seller. Anyways, Melissa would pick up the win when she hit the Kondo Driver. Before she could leave the ring, Melissa stood face to face with ODB. Rating: C- Following the match, there is a commercial for TNA Final Resolution. The pay per view will take place on December 7, 2008, at the iMPACT Zone in Orlando, Florida. Backstage, TNA original Jeremy Borash talks with one of the number one contenders, Giant Bernard. Borash talked to Bernard about his match tonight, as he said, “Giant Bernard, tonight you take on an opponent of AJ Styles’ choice. You must be wondering who it is, your thoughts.” Bernard answered quickly by saying, “I don’t care who AJ Styles throws at me, whoever it is, I’ll destroy them. I am Giant Bernard, I am bigger than most of the TNA roster, and the fact is that I am unstoppable. I have risen to the tope quicker than anyone in TNA history has, and that is a major accomplishment. AJ Styles, after tonight, let us focus on the match at Final Resolution. Forget about Christian, focus on me, the challenge. I will not win without a fight. Just don’t forget, I am Giant Bernard.” Bernard walks off, and as he exits, he passes Christian Cage. The two exchange glances before they continue onward to their destination. After the segment, a commercial for the new Kurt Angle: Champion DVD airs. The commercial gave a sneak peak of the Bruno Sammarintino interview. Following the quick commercial break, TNA iMPACT continues with Jeremy Borash backstage with the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Christian Cage. Borash begins, “Christian, I know you aren’t too worried about your match tonight, but rather the triple threat at Final Resolution. It will be your chance to retake what is rightfully yours and make AJ Styles’ reign short. Please, voice your opinion on AJ Styles and this future match at Final Resolution.” Cage takes no time, as he replies right away, “You know Jeremy, I have a lot of respect for AJ. The problem is he has no respect for me. He is a great wrestler, tremendous athlete, and the fans love him. However, for some reason, he has no respect for me. About the match, I got a third of a chance to regain my title. But with Bernard in there, it will be tough. All I can say right now is, may the better man win.” Cage walks off, as he gets ready for his match tonight. AJ Styles Chooses Opponent: Giant Bernard def. Samoa JoeSamoa Joe was a wise decision on AJ Styles’ part, because he put up a hell of a fight against Bernard. However, even with the aggressiveness and the great fan reaction, the match was a small train wreck. I mean, the chemistry was there, but they just did not use it. It could have been better, but neither wrestler gave it there all, but the fans stilled loved the entire, twelve-minute match. Back to aggressiveness, these two were stiffing the crap out of each other. By the end of the match, you could see the start of bruising and even some bloody noses on both participants. These two could put on a promising feud, but I think tonight was just an off night. Nevertheless, it was still watch able, back and forth action, and they built up a story during the match. I think TNA is trying to build up to a feud between the two following Final Resolution. The match would end when Bernard hit a Magic Killer. As AJ Styles walked out to ringside, Bernard said the belt is his, though it does not look like he has a chance. Rating: C+ AJ Styles Chooses Opponent: Christian Cage def. RhinoThese two have pulled off some entertaining and great wrestling matches in the past, and this one was no exception. The two wrestled for fifteen minutes, and the fans were standing up for the entire time, no joke. They were on fire, and this inspired Cage and Rhino to continue, which made the match grow into the match of the night. It was back and forth, and just great overall wrestling. It was so great, if it went longer, it could have passed as a Bound for Glory main event. However, every match has problems, and the biggest on was the occasional botch, but it was still good. Towards the end, the two slowed down the pace, and they began the technical wrestling. False finish after false finish, the crowd went nuts, and eventually, Christian would pick up the win when he hit the smashing Unprettier. Following the match, AJ Styles ran into the ring and confronted Cage. However, it was a bad idea to turn his back, as in a matter of second; Giant Bernard ran out and viciously attacked Styles. The segment would end with Christian Cage and Giant Bernard staring at each other with the TNA Heavyweight title between them. Rating: B+ The final segment of TNA iMPACT starts with the Kings of Wrestling making their entrance to an excellent new theme song. After a long walk to the ring, Jeff Jarrett grabs a microphone and begins, “Well, it looks like Booker T’s search just isn’t going to good. Rumor has it that everyone Booker has talked too has refused to work with him, as everyone feel the Kings of Wrestling are the superior in TNA. I do not blame them. Me, Nash, and Steiner, have talked it over, and we have came to the conclusion, Booker will not find and partner, but if he does, he’ll be in for a…” Jarrett pauses as Booker T’s theme song blasts through the iMPACT Zone; he makes his entrance with a microphone of his own. Jarrett says, “Well look who joined the party!” Booker replies, “Shut up. Jarrett, you, and your egotistical friends are wrong. In fact, I already recruited one of the best in the business…” Jarrett stops Booker and says, “Ok, ok, who is this top guy, have him come out here!” Booker finishes, “May I introduce one of my two partners, the only Olympic gold medalist in pro wrestling history, Kurt Angle!” The iMPACT Zone goes nuts, as does Mike Tenay and Don West. In the ring, the Kings of Wrestling look at each other in shock as TNA iMPACT ends. Tune in next week for TNA iMPACT!

Solid opening match and I'm glad the foreign guys lost. The Kaz-Gibson stuff continues to be great and I love Kaz as x champ. Wasn't a fan of another x-division ish match right after the other. Melissa-ODB has been built up pretty well. I'd like to see some name established divas getting involved. Giant Bernard over Joe? Pretty bold move right there in my opinion. Glad Christian beat Rhino, and you created an atmosphere to make it really good. Wonder who else Booker will choose to be on his team. Nobody else I can really think of, but we'll see. I like the world title storyline the best, followed by Kaz-Gibson as that continues to be really good stuff. Keep it up man, this diary is one of my favorites on the board.

TNA Wrestling News
-The participants for the 2008 TNA Turkey Bowl will be Petey Williams, Eric Young, Consequences Creed, Matt Morgan, Tomko, Claudio Castagnoli, Hernandez, James Storm, and Lance Hoyt. The winner of the tournament will receive a $25,000 cash prize and the loser must wear a turkey suit.
-Following the TNA iMPACT tapings, Giant Bernard was suffering from pain in his ankle, where he tore ligaments at Turning Point. However, doctors have cleared him to wrestle, but if things get worst, he may have to take time off. This comes at an unfortunate time as Bernard was in for a big push.
-This week’s edition of TNA iMPACT scored a 1.7 rating. This was down from last week’s rating of 1.8, the highest in TNA iMPACT history. Spike TV and TNA have been very happy with the ratings these days, and Spike TV believes the increase of advertising on their network may help with the ratings.
-The December 14, 2008, TNA television special “This is TNA”, which will air on Spike TV, will have special guests, including former WWE commentator and wrestler, Mick Foley. Foley has been in talks with TNA lately, and he may come in to work with TNA. Tickets for the event are on sale at ticket master.
-Due to high attendances in the United Kingdom, TNA president Dixie Carter stated that in the summer of 2009, UK fans could expect a TNA pay per view in one of their hometowns. TNA will be going on a UK tour in January called Maximum Impact; all dates except one are sold out.
-All of the suspended TNA superstars will return to in ring action next week on TNA iMPACT. The next round of drug testing will take place in late December or early January. There has been changes, including testing for nothing only anabolic steroids, but painkillers and marijuana.
-Next month, Gail Kim and Christian Cage’s contract will expire. Currently, World Wrestling Entertainment has begun talks with both wrestlers, and it looks as if Gail Kim will be making her way to WWE. However, Christian has not made a commitment to either company.
-A few weeks ago, rumors were swirling about the creation of a mid-card championship. At this time, updates have came in, and it appears TNA will be creating either TNA X Division Tag Team Championships or a TNA Hardcore Championship. Many wrestlers are behind the Hardcore Championship, including Rhino, Abyss, Giant Bernard, and Homicide. Check for updates in the coming weeks.

Seems like it's going to be a good show, wonder who the choices will be for tonight's two matches. Great way to kick off this edition of iMPACT setting us off with some six-man tag team X-Division action. I always love a show when the X-division or the cruiserweights/light-heavyweights kick off the show, seemed like a good way to kick it off. Glad that Jay Lethal picked up the win for his team, but that should lead to his re-pushin, he's a good talent afterall. Alright advancement of the rivalry between Kaz and James Gibson but I hope it comes to an end at Final Resolution. Two pay-per-view matches between the two is enough in my eyes. Very weird that a match containing Christopher Daniels [who I hope returns to be Daniels after the Feast of Be Fired match], Shark Boy and Johnny Devine, all decent wrestlers having an average match, though it could be an overness factor, really. The match between Cheerleader Melissa and Daizee Haze was fine, I hope that Haze will end up grabbing a grip and getting a push much like every other independent superstar that have all had a push in the past. Giant Bernard and Samoa Joe had a decent performance in there, but it was pretty obvious that it wouldn't be the best of matches, being that both are big and stiff performers. Christian Cage and Rhino put on a decent match and main event. I am not happy about the Kings of Wrestling Version 2.0 took the main event spot when really the TNA Heavyweight Championship should have. It overshadows the real TNA title positioned stars. Final Resolution is shaping up good.
