Hey Matt, I will have to admit that this is my first time reading this diary though. As being a ECW 06’ writer myself, I’m interested to see what are other people doing.
So far, it seems that it’s in the true realism veins of the real WWE-ECW. I like it, but I’m curious to see what you will do.
Glad to see RVD retaining over the Big Show, as well the return of the ECW Tag Team Championships. But I do like that Doring and Roadkill has tried to take them but only to be denied by Heyman. I like this whole battle between Balls and Awesome, it has a chance to be one of the most hard fought battles.
I’m kinda interested in where you’re going with this Thorn angle, Killdozer Brian Lee? Holy Flashbacks. Hah, Angle’s getting bored of waiting? I love Angle has this vendetta against the Originals, and especially wanting Funk in the ring.
I totally digged the Main Event, what an awesome Battle Royal. But I’m shocked that Tony Mamaluke won though. But then again, with Brian Lee made that mistake of getting bundled out.

Glad Awesome beat up Balls as Awesome is def better. Not sure I know who Brian LEe is. You're really dragging out Angle/Funk, it's been great. Guessing FBI won't be winning the belts now. I feel like the battle royal may have taken up too much time especially considering it wasn't for the titles or anything.

Brian Lee is famous for taking the fall from the scaffold, and of course he played the famous double Undertaker back in 94'. Brian Lee and Tommy Dreamer has a huge history in ECW.

Well I've actually been reading this one for a while, just not in depth enough to reply. I really like the Angle/Funk feud you have going on in this. Hope Angle goes over in the end because Funk is like what 976? The RVD/Show feud is okay but I hope it ends soon. Glad your giving main event pushes to CW Anderson and CM Punk. Your tag division is really stacked and I can't believe there are so many teams. I hope Thorn and Lee win the belts first though. Nice job man.

ECW News and Notes: August 9, 2006
ECW drew a 2.6 rating this week. Officials are disappointed with the drop in viewership, but feel the company is still drawing well.
Brian Lee has officially signed a contract and made his debut last night as a member of Disciples of Apocalypse. Brian Lee is still in great shape and impressed a lot of people with his strong showing last night.
Trevor Murdoch and Lance Cade also made their in-ring debuts last night. Murdoch is viewed as a better athlete, but both men are liked.
Sabu is reportedly banged up and might be taken time off before his injuries get worse.
There are talks about having a 2 hour edition of ECW in replacement of a PPV this September. If the plan goes through, this could be the night that ECW crowns its first Tag Team Champions. -----------------
Show Preview
This week on ECW:
Kurt Angle will be featured in a handicap match as he is pitted against C.W Anderson, Justin Credible and Al Snow. Early today reports broke the news that Terry Funk will be at ringside for the match. How will Kurt Angle react with the Hardcore Legend at ringside!
Also, two of the opening round matches to crown a ECW Tag Team Champion will take place. What four teams will be in action?
Also, The Big Show has promised that he will prove himself worthy of another shot at the ECW Heavyweight Championship.

August 15, 2006 The Blood of ECW
The ECW on Sci-Fi introduction video plays which is proceeded by a small arrangement of pyrotechnics. We than quickly cut to Joey Styles and Tazz, who are our broadcast team for the night, as they welcome us to the ECW on the Sci-Fi Network. Joey Styles and Tazz quickly hype tonight’s show which will feature two opening bouts in the ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament and Kurt Angle taking on C.W Anderson, Justin Credible and Al Snow in a handicap match with Terry Funk at ringside.
Opening Contest: Full Blooded Italians – Tony Mamaluke & Little Guido w/ Trinity versus The Basham Brothers – Doug & Danny Basham ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament
The Full Blooded Italians have been having tremendous success in ECW on Sci-Fi. They have continued to win their matches including a battle royal last week that featured all the participants of the tournament. The Basham Brothers, on the other hand, have had very limited success. In their debut they were easily defeated by Tommy Dreamer and Sandman and they both have humiliating eliminations last week in the battle royal.
The match itself was rather good. Both Doug and Danny got in some good offense and really utilized their experience as a tag team. They singled out Tony Mamaluke and using quick tags, they really wore him down. Tony finally hits a dropkick on Doug Basham, the legal man, and was able to make a hot tag. Little Guido gave Doug and Danny a good beating and busted open Danny’s lip after a sick dropkick. The end came after Little Guido was able to lock in The Sicilian Stretch on Doug Basham for the win.
Winners: The Full Blooded Italians - Tony Mamaluke & Little Guido w/ Trinity
In the back, Kurt Angle cuts a promo and announces tonight he will get his hands on Terry Funk and it will not be pretty. He says ECW’s death begins tonight.
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
In the back Mike Awesome is standing by. He says that he is the greatest extremist there ever was and Balls Mahoney is only denying the truth to himself. He says Balls Mahoney will find out the hard way why people run in fear when they hear the name Mike Awesome!
Match Two: The Big Show versus Stevie Richards Extreme Rules
Stevie Richards has fallen into hard times the last few weeks. Trying to make a name for himself, he has tried to revamp himself as the greatest extremist to ever live, but has had disappointing loses since. The Big Show has been a dominating force since the rebirth of ECW. Although he had a disappointing lose against Rob Van Dam two weeks ago, in an ECW Heavyweight Championship match, he is still a force to be feared. He is now once again trying to earn a show against Rob Van Dam’s ECW Heavyweight Championship.
Show makes quick work of Stevie Richards, hitting him with some powerhouse maneuvers. Show tosses Richards to the outside and slams him ribs first into the guardrail. Show then grabs a chair and brutally beats Richards. He then slides out a table and sets it up. It quickly gets destroyed though, as Show nails a Chokeslam through the table of Richards. He then pins him for the win.
Winner: The Big Show
The Big Show then grabs a microphone and tells Rob Van Dam that he is coming for his championship. Rob Van Dam then comes out on stage and tells The Big Show that no man is taking Rob Van Dam’s ECW Heavyweight Championship away from him.
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
In the back, C.M Punk reminds everyone that he is straightedge and he is better then you. Match Three: Knox & Test – Mike Knox & Test w/ Jazz versus The Pitbulls- Jamie Noble & Kid Kash w/ Kelly Kelly
These two teams have had a heated rivalry over the last month and a half. Jamie Noble and Kid Kash debuted in ECW to protect Kelly Kelly from her controlling ex-boyfriend, Mike Knox. Knox formed an alliance with Jazz and Test and the three of them have proved too much for The Pitbulls to handle as they seem to always be gaining the upper hand. It is interesting to note that last week in the battle royal featuring all the participants of the tournament, Kid Kash eliminated Test and himself from the match.
The match is not as impressive as the previous tag match of the night, but the fans seem to really get into it. The match showcases abilities from all four men, but Test and Mike Knox keep a more distinctive advantage over The Pitbulls. Test levels out Kash with a Pump-Handle-Slam and it seems like the match may be over. Test is about to go for the cover, when Kelly Kelly hops on the apron and flashes Test! Test is caught off guard and Kash is able to roll him up. Noble nails Knox with a dropkick and Kash steals the victory!
Winners: The Pitbulls – Jamie Noble & Kid Kash w/ Kelly Kelly
The Pitbulls try to celebrate their victory, but it is short lived. Test, Knox and Jazz attack the trio and eventually level out the two extremists and the sole vixen. Test, Knox and Jazz stand tall over the victors of the match, still maintaining their dominance.
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
The Disciples of Apocalypse : Kevin Thorne, 'Killdozer' Brian Lee, Ariel and Daffney Ostentatious, are backstage. They say next week is their night to shine and darkness will prevail over Danny Doring & Roadkill.
Main Event: Kurt Angle versus C.W Anderson, Justin Credible & Al Snow w/ Terry Funk Handicap Match
This rivalry has been the vocal point of ECW on Sci-Fi for the last ten weeks. It all started with Kurt Angle’s disapproval of Rob Van Dam throwing down the WWE Championship and claiming himself ECW Heavyweight Champion. Kurt Angle has been disgraced to be involved with ECW since then and has made a mockery out on being extreme. He has attacked C.W Anderson, Justin Credible and Al Snow on numerous occasions over the last ten weeks. He also attacked Terry Funk and over the last few months has had in-ring encounters with him. Over the last two weeks, Angle has been calling out Funk and he has not shown his face until tonight.
Angle dominated both Credible and Snow with ease. He lays both of them out with a beautiful assortment of a supplex. He then levels out both men with the Angle Slam. Anderson then locks up with Angle and gives him a run for his money. Anderson nearly wins the match with a devastating Spinebuster! Angle got his foot on the rope however. The crowd is fully behind Anderson, but he just can not put Angle away, even after a second Spinebuster. Angle begins to regain his offense. He nails a beautiful over-head-supplex on Anderson and locks in the Ankle Lock. Just when it looks like Anderson will tap, Credible comes out of nowhere and nails him in the jaw with a stiff kick. Snow then appears on the top rope and nails Angle with a headbutt. Credible picks up Angle and levels him with a That’s Incredible! Al Snow then picks him up and levels with The Snow Plow! Anderson then levels Angle with a Spinebuster, but somehow he is able to get his foot on the rope. The three originals are in shock as Angle falls to the outside of the ring. Angle is now under the ring and he has a chair. He slides back into the ring and levels all three men with sickening chair shots causing a disqualification.
Winners: C.W Anderson, Justin Credible & Al Snow by disqualification
Terry Funk then rolls into the ring and faces off with Kurt Angle. He starts to throw hard right punches and Angle exchange punches back. Funk begins to get an upper hand and Angle just retreats up the entrance ramp, leaving Terry Funk standing tall.

Glad you put up the tourney brackets. Figured FBI would win this match as they won the battle royal. Show winning made sense and was obvious. Fitting tag match there, surprised Pitbulls won. Main event was fine with how it went down. Angle retreating is good; I'm just glad the other three didn't actually win.

Nice show man. I'm glad FBI won their match, and I hope they go to the finals. Good way to get Big Show back on the right track with the win over Stevie. Surprised that the Bulldogs went over in the second match but I hope that opens up Thorn's team to go to the finals. Great way to end the show with the Angle/Funk feud. Good "win" for Angle and I'm glad CW gave him a run for his money. The final match should be great. Good work, I hope you get the spotlight.

I wasn't too bothered with the outcome of The FBI/The Bashams. I can see them reaching the finals, tbh. Wow, shocker that The Pitbulls went over. I always like them when they tagged together back in 2006. Main event was solid. Thankfully, the trio didn't go over.

-Tag Tournament looks nice and the 3 on 1 Handicap match should be interesting -Good to see the FBI get the win, they were very underrated in my opinion -Show over Richards was obvious -Punk promo would be good, I'm sure -Loved the Pitbulls winning as neither Test nor Knox has ever been impressive to me -DOA is an interesting faction with an interesting group of people -Glad the 3 Originals didn't actually get a clean win and the ending was good to promote Funk/Angle
Another good show, this is going really well so far

Tag Tournament looks solid and nice to see you've assembled a more then solid tag division and a nice way to open the show, nice to see the FBI pick up a win, although it's a shame to see the Basham's getting jobbed out. Good to see The Big Show getting some heat and momentum back, although I really don't know how much steam his feud with RVD could possibly have left in it an expecially if Show doesn't go over. Pitbulls/Test & Knox sounded good, glad to see the pitbulls advance and Test & Knox get their heat back. Main Event was alright, a 3 on 1 handicap match is hard to book, but at least you made Angle to look like a beast and the trio didn't look like complete jabronis in the process, so good job and a nice way to continue the Funk/Angle match. Keep up the good work.

Joey Styles and Tazz quickly hype tonight’s show which will feature two opening bouts in the ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament, Kurt Angle calling out Terry Funk and Rob Van Dam in action!

Next, on September 12, 2006 ECW on Sci-Fi will have a two hour special entitled Hardcore Heaven! The two hour special will feature the finals of the ECW Heavyweight Tournament and an ECW Heavyweight Championship match.
The Big Show comes out and hits the ring. He demands he gets another shot at Rob Van Dam’s ECW Heavyweight Championship. Paul Heyman denies Show the title shot and says title shots are earned in ECW. Show replies by saying ECW is now in danger of one angry giant.
The Big Show then grabs Paul Heyman by the throat and raises him high up. He then slams him to the mat with a Chokeslam! The Big Show then warns all ECW Extremists to beware of The Big Show!

Opening Contest: Southern Miracle – Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade versus Dreamer & Sandman – Tommy Dreamer & Sandman ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament
Southern Miracle is a newer tag team in ECW, only competing in one match up thus far, the battle royal two weeks that featured all the participants of the tournament. Lance Cade was eliminated rather early on in the match, but Trevor Murdoch had a decent showing, eliminating Kevin Thorne. Tommy Dreamer and Sandman have been feuding with Roadkill & Doring and The FBI for over a month now. They are determined to win the ECW Tag Team Championships and become the top tag team in the federation. They two last competed in the battle royal featuring all participants of the tournament. Tommy Dreamer and Sandman both had a great showing.
The match was rather competitive, with all four men getting in offense. Trevor Murdoch put on a great showing and the crowd really gave him the heat he is out to get. Murdoch busted opened Dreamer’s mouth with a stiff knee to the jaw. The match nearly came to an end when Cade hit a nasty brianbuster, but Sandman broke up the count. Dreamer made a hot-tag and Sandman really gained momentum. The end saw Cade get pinned after a White-Russian-Legsweep
Winners: Tommy Dreamer and Sandman
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
In the back Rob Van Dam runs into C.M Punk. Punk reminds Rob Van Dam that “My name is C.M Punk, I am straightedge and I am better then you.” Rob told Punk that he has a lot of nerve and better watch himself with an attitude like that.
The Full Blooded Italians cut a quick promo stating that they are the greatest tag team to ever live and will soon be ECW Tag Team Champions.
Match Two: Mike Awesome versus Stevie Richards
Mike Awesome has been a dominate force in ECW picking up many victories. He has been feuding with Balls Mahoney which has proved to be a hard hitting feud. Stevie Richards is trying to make a name for himself as the best extremist to ever live. He has had disappointed loses lately, will tonight be his lucky night?
Mike Awesome really dominated most of the match. He size and power advantage seem too much for Stevie Richards to handle. Mike Awesome hits a beautiful Awesome Splash and nearly puts Richards away. Stevie Richards manages to pick up a little offense, fighting Awesome off for a few moments. Eventually, Awesome nails The Awesome Bomb and puts Richards away.
Winner: Mike Awesome
Balls Mahoney hits the ring and his fists are covered in glass. He starts swinging at Awesome, who quickly slides out of the ring and retreats up the aisle.
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
In the back, The Pitbulls are standing by. They are still celebrating their victory over Mike Knox and Test from last week and claim that they are on their way to win the ECW Tag Team Championships.
Match Three: Disciples of Apocalypse – ‘Killdozer’ Brian Lee * Kevin Thorne w/ Ariel & Daffney Ostentatious versus Roadkill & Doring – Roadkill & Danny Doring ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament
Roadkill and Danny Doring have made quite the name for themselves since ECW was reborn. They have had some major victories and both men did well in the battle royal featuring all the participants of the tournament two weeks ago. They proclaimed themselves ECW Tag Team Champions a few weeks ago, which lead to the start of this tournament. The Disciples of Apocalypse, or D.O.A, are a newly formed tag team. The team had a great showing two weeks ago in the battle royal and many are viewing them as the favorite for this match.
All though Danny Doring and Roadkill have the experience advantage they are easily overpowered by D.O.A. Killdozer seems like an indestructible monster as he easily tosses around Doring around the ring. Doring is able to get some offense in when Kevin Thorne enters the match, and eventually makes a hot tag to Roadkill. Roadkill uses his size to really give Thorne a beating. Thorne tags in Brian Lee who knocks Roadkill down easily with a big boot. Roadkill tags back in Danny Doring who receives a huge Chokeslam. Lee goes for the win, but Roadkill breaks it up. Ariel jumps up on the apron and distracts the referee. Daffney hands Thorne a chair who whacks Roadkill and Danny Doring with it. Lee then nails a Chokeslam on Doring and wins the match.
Winners: Disciples of Apocalypse – ‘Killdozer’ Brian Lee * Kevin Thorne w/ Ariel & Daffney Ostentatious
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
Kurt Angle comes out to the ring in an angry tyrant. He grabs a microphone and demands Terry Funk get out here now. Terry Funk does not show up, instead Rob Van Dam comes out. He says that Kurt Angle does not have the authority to call out a legend like Terry Funk and says since he is scheduled to have a match tonight, why not have his match against Kurt Angle? Kurt Angle accepts and says he will send a message to Terry Funk.
Main Event: Rob Van Dam versus Kurt Angle
Rob Van Dam is the current ECW Heavyweight Champion and has been since June 13, 2006. He has been feuding with The Big Show lately and won their first major encounter three weeks ago. Kurt Angle has been obsessed with taking out ECW and has especially grown hatred towards Terry Funk.
The crowd is going wild for this match. Rob Van Dam and Kurt Angle both get some offense in. Kurt Angle shows off his arsenals of supplexs and Rob Van Dam using his dazzling kicks and aerial attacks. Rob Van Dam gains the upper hand and knocks Angle down with a roundhouse kick. He climbs to the top rope and goes for the Five-Star-Frog-Splash. Suddenly, The Big Show comes out and punches Rob off the top rope, causing him to crash into the guardrail.
Winner: Rob Van Dam by disqualification
The Big Show starts to manhandle Rob Van Dam and they end up in the crowd, fighting towards the back. Kurt Angle is left alone in the ring and Terry Funk comes out. He says September12th, 2006 ECW on Sci-Fi is having a two hour special. He challenges Kurt Angle to settle this rivalry on that night. Kurt Angle nods his head yes.

Good opening segment, put Show over as a monster. Fine to have Dreamer/Sandman win, the other team is unproven. Glad Awesome won, hope he beats Balls when they fight. Figured Lee/Thorn would win their match, not complaining though. Good main event to the show, non-finish was fine. Can't wait for Angle/Funk when it happens.

I like the opening segment with the Big Show. I still hope he doesn't win the belt though. Good win for Dreamer/Sandman but I hope they lose in the next round. I can't wait to see what you have in store for CM Punk. Awesome squash was okay, I just wish Stevie had something else to do. Glad DOA got over and hope they continue their winning ways. Good main event and good choice to end with no finish. Can't wait to see the Funk/Angle stuff come to a head.

Love the detail in the opening segment. Surprised Show chokeslammed Heyman, this should be interesting. Nice tag match there, liking the team of Dreamer and Sandman. Nice match, glad Awesome beat Stevie, as im not a big fan of stevie. Liking the Disciples of Apocalypse, they got the win. Great main event, big match, nice choice to go with a DQ finish, that way the rivalry can continue. The two hour ECW should be good. Great stuff. This continues to be my favorite diary on the board.

ECW News and Notes: August 23, 2006
ECW drew a 2.9 rating which is up from last week’s 2.8.
The two hour edition of ECW was announced last night to take place September 12, 2006. The event is entitled Hardcore Heaven and will be a Pay Per View equivalent show for ECW. Many are unsure if ECW can continue to draw buyrate running solo PPV’s.
Since Sabu is out with a major injury, expect to see a new superstar rise into that prominent role that he held.
Vince McMahon is pushing for The Big Show to win the ECW Heavyweight Championship. Most are against the idea, but at the end of the day what Vince McMahon wants, Vince McMahon gets.
Mike Awesome and Balls Mahoney may be facing off in a Taipei Death Match for Hardcore Homing. Also expect Kurt Angle and Terry Funk to face off, the tag team champions to be crowned and The Pitbulls rivalry with Mike Knox, Test and Jazz to also conclude. Obvious, the ECW Heavyweight Championship should also be on the line and show be The Big Show versus Rob Van Dam. --------
Show Preview
This week on ECW:
Last week, the seven foot tall giant left the ECW Heavyweight Champion out cold. Will the wrath of the monstrous Big Show be felt again or will Rob Van Dam be able to regain his momentum as ECW Heavyweight Champion. No matter what, expect these two men to clash this Tuesday on ECW!
Kurt Angle and Terry Funk have set the date for their matchup that is close to three months in the making. Paul Heyman announced today that these two will be participating in a contract signing this week.
Mike Awesome also has some words for Balls Mahoney after Balls chased him off with fists covered in glass and Awesome can not be pleased about this.
Catch all this and more this week on ECW on Sci-Fi!

August 29, 2006 The Hardcore Homecoming
The ECW on Sci-Fi introduction video plays which is proceeded by a small arrangement of pyrotechnics. We than quickly cut to Joey Styles and Tazz, who are our broadcast team for the night, as they welcome us to the ECW on the Sci-Fi Network. Joey Styles and Tazz quickly hype tonight’s show which will feature one semi-final match for the ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament, Big Show and Rob Van Dam clashing, and a contract signing between Kurt Angle and Terry Funk.
Paul Heyman comes out and begins to address the crowd. He firstly reminds everyone of Hardcore Heaven which will be airing September 12, 2006. Paul Heyman then addresses The Big Show and how he viciously laid him out with a chokeslam last week. Paul Heyman said that The Big Show will have hell to pay for his actions; however, her certainly proved a point last week. Paul Heyman says he told The Big Show to prove himself worthy of a rematch for the ECW Heavyweight Championship and Heyman says that he earned it. He announces The Big Show will take on Rob Van Dam for the ECW Heavyweight Championship at Hardcore Heaven, but it will be contested under Extreme Rules!
Rob Van Dam hits the ring and tells Paul Heyman that no matter who he puts him in a ring with, he will retain his ECW Heavyweight Championship. Rob continues by saying he defeated The Big Show easily a few weeks ago and he will have no problem doing it again.
This brings out The Big Show who quickly gets in the face of Rob Van Dam. He tells Rob that he should treasure his final weeks as champion as he will soon be losing the title. He then grabs Rob Van Dam and lifts him up for a chokeslam. Rob is able to counter with a stiff kick to the head. Show is shaken up as Rob van Dam nails him with a huge spin kick which causes him to fall out of the ring. Rob Van Dam then goes flying over the top rope and crashes onto The Big Show.
Rob Van Dam has one-upped The Big Show this week but will certainly have to repay his actions.

Opening Contest: Disciples of Apocalypse – ‘Killdozer’ Brian Lee & Kevin Thorne w/ Ariel & Daffney Ostentatious versus The Pitbulls Jamie Noble & Kid Kash w/ Kelly Kelly ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament
Disciples of Apocalypse have been a red hot tag team since their debut only three weeks ago. The team’s destiny is to shed complete darkness over all of ECW. The Pitbulls were a Smackdown teamed who got released from their contracts and quickly picked up by ECW. They made a shocking debut coming to the aid of Kelly Kelly from her possessive (ex) boyfriend. Mike Knox then found friends in Test and Jazz and ever since the two teams of six have been having a heated rivalry. Two weeks ago The Pitbulls had a shocking victory over Mike Knox and Test which earned them this spot in the tournament.
Brian Lee starts off the match with Kid Kash and easily over powers him. Lee has proven that even at his age, his is still a great extremist. Lee and Thorne make consistent tags and effectively hit some big double team moves; but eventually Kash is able to outsmart their double team attacks and quick tags and makes a hot tag to Noble. Noble uses him momentum to knock down both men and eventually levels out Thorne with an inverted ddt. Noble goes for the victory, but Lee breaks it up. Kash then enters the ring to attack Lee. The Pitbulls gain control of the match and eventually it looks like they may put D.O.A away. Test, Mike Knox and Jazz come out and distract The Pitbulls just after they are going for their finishing move. This allows Kevin Thorne and Brian Lee to nail their respected finishers on The Pitbulls and win the match.
Winners: Disciples of Apocalypse – ‘Killdozer’ Brian Lee & Kevin Thorne w/ Ariel & Daffney Ostentatious
After the match, D.O.A celebrates their victory and walk back to the backstage area. Test, Mike Knox and Jazz hit the ring and begin to beat on The Pitbulls. After a beat-down they then challenge The Pitbulls to a six man tag match at Hardcore Heaven!
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
In the back, Mike Awesome is standing by. His fists are taped in glass and he has some lacerations on his forehead. He talks about how much he enjoys pain and loves the sight of blood. He says Balls Mahoney wants to play with glass and now so does Mike Awesome. He then challenges Balls Mahoney to a Taipei Death Match!
We then cut to The Full Blooded Italians lockeroom where they announce they will defeat Tommy Dreamer and Sandman next week and then D.O.A to win the ECW Tag Team Championships!
C.M Punk is standing in the ring and he says “My name is C.M Punk, I am straightedge and I am better then you!”
Match Two: C.M Punk versus Al Snow w/ Justin Credible
C.M Punk has had a bad attitude lately with his better then you attitude. Al Snow has been on a downslide lately. For weeks he has been involved with a rivalry involving Kurt Angle and has not done well against the Olympic gold medalist.
The match is rather competitive and the crowd really gets into it. Punk dazzles the audience with stiff kicks and Al Snow really puts Punk over. Snow gets some offense in himself hitting his signature moves to really gain the crowd’s support. Al Snow looks to put Punk away with the Snow-Plow, but Punk slips out and nails him with a roundhouse kick. Punk then levels him out with a GTS for the victory.
Winner: C.M Punk
We quickly cut to the back and see The Big Show brutalizing Rob Van Dam!
<<<<<Commercial>>>>>
Terry Funk and Kurt Angle, with Paul Heyman, are now in the ring and ready for their contract signing. They both quickly sign the contract and make the match for Hardcore Homecoming. Paul Heyman announces that it will be a Grudge Match and the match will only end in pinfall or submission. Terry Funk then begins to ramble on about how disrespectful Kurt Angle is and how excited he is to kick his ass! Kurt Angle calls Funk a washed up hag and that there is no way in hell Terry Funk could defeat Kurt Angle.
Suddenly, C.W Anderson comes out. Anderson comes to the aid on Funk and says Kurt Angle is a egomaniacal psychopath. Anderson says that he is confident that Terry Funk will tear Kurt Angle to sheds at Hardcore Heaven; however, C.W Anderson wants one more shot against Kurt Angle! Kurt Angle agrees to the match and Paul Heyman announces that next week will feature Kurt Angle versus C.W Anderson III!
Suddenly, Terry Funk starts throwing punches at Kurt Angle! C.W Anderson sits back and watches as Terry Funk beats the living daylights out of Angle. The show fades to black with Kurt Angle getting busted open the hard way!

Two matches seems a bit empty in my opinion but There was alot of segments none the less. Am definitely rooting for D.O.A to win the tag titles. Brian Lee was one of the KroniK members in WCW, right? CM Punk over Al Snow makes sense, Punk being a heel is also fantastic. Angle vs Funk has been built up really well, really looking forward to it.

-Good opening promo, RVD/Show at the PPV like show should be great -Not a fan of the DOA winning. Hopefully, Pitbulls can get a win at Hardcore Haven -Taipei Death match doesn't seem like something WWE would put on -Glad to see Punk winning, can't wait for his eventual push to the top -Liked that Funk stood tall to end the show, CW/Angle should be awesome next week
Another good show, this is one of my favorite sims going
