I'm just wondering if there is a pitch to walmart for each series. If so, had to be hard to sell them on series 2. This is Kevin Nash but with a hat on! This is when wwf made Isaac Yankem dress up like Diesel. This is Rey Mysterio in the outfit from the Nitro set that didn't get funded. This is Triple H in basic tights.

Hmmm. One case per store if that. I don't want this stinky set peg warming.

from the feedback they are not even peg warming most are hard to find from what I understand. Walmart needs better distribution. cant wait for Harlem heat to come out, probably hard to find. as far as rey Mysterio same tights different body.

Mine was meant to be justification to why walmart didn't order more than one case per store. And I've been scouring walmarts for weeks.

I ended up just ordering all 4 from eBay at basically double the price. Told myself I wasn’t going to do it but really got tired of wasting time and money driving to multiple Walmarts a day just to leave disappointed. What a debacle.

When mattel shows off walmart exclusives at sdcc tell steve thanks but no thanks. We need to start telling them from the start that we no longer want walmart carrying our favorites. i love this line but it has no chance to survive at walmart. Unfortunately Mnw is doomed like all the other lines that died after x # of waves or years. Ringside is the best option for these. Ringside already has the nwo retro exclusives there. These would fit perfect with those.

when do we start to say no to walmart exclusives? I started my boycott of walmart last month. If we want change we need to do something about it


Mattel is better off putting all these sublines available for preorder and then in limited quantities once the window is closed. Mattel would sell out and we would not have to drive around with our heads cut off to find them. Click. Boom. Done.

They get 100% of the profit too. No need to sell cheap to walmart.

series 2 of MNW was seriously scarce in Ireland. I got what I needed but it wasnt without some difficulty. In reality this series lasted no more than a week here at retail in Smyths. It was gone online almost immediately & most of the stores are out of stock physically when you look at click n collect as well. A few scattered HHH figs but that's it.

They are 1-2 case and it’s not fun. However, I remember old BCA sets being the same so it’s not too crazy. I was impatient but then when I wait a few weeks and come on the shipping dates they were there. But anyone with a real schedule would have a hard time w this

First time I’ve ever seen reports of Smyths cancelling online orders too. Stock was the most limited I think I’ve ever seen them get.

Yup that was new to me as well because I feared my online stuff was gonna get the chop too!! I was relieved when it arrived

Out of this set already. Cutting down on how many series I collect. Kevin Nash not being packed enough, didn't want to get a Bret Hart Ultimate at these online prices either.
Might just get the sets that Austin are in and Harlem Heat.

Well, my wfigs brethrens. The day has finally come, after all these years of asking for that black singlet Bret and Mattel releasing it…. I caved in… and bought it on the bay. I paid a little more than what I wanted to, but at this point it is what it is. This year has been a year where I’ve slowed down heavily on collecting and have lost a lot of interest. However, this Bret has been one of my top wants and although I slightly regret purchasing it. It’s a staple piece for my collection. I want Piper, but he’s going to have to wait, especially while I recoup the money I spent on Bret. I now have to track down a Bret head to swap onto this one. Not sure now if I’d like to go with the straight faced target exclusive or the ultimate straight faced scan from the first Bret with the hair swapped. Thanks for reading if anyone did! I have mixed feelings 😂

My Bret ultimate is en route from an indie seller in the UK. £65 including postage. I have picked up the MNW elites from a different indie seller loose straight from the packaging, minus the BAF parts. It's probably evened itself out in terms of cost. Some other Elites have been £13-£14, so I'm quite pleased with that.

So excited for Bret to turn up, he will make me fully complete on Bret Ultimates and Elites.

I keep checking daily but the local stores still are empty. They did get the new Basic set weeks ago and Katana Chance disappeared right away well the rest have sat. Plus someone must have returned an Elite Lesnar last week since none of the others were anywhere to be seen.

Short packing the figs that are FTITL or wrestlers who won't get elites is so stupid, the stores I frequent have a million 138 Edge & Drew figures.

I've seen the first set of MNW UEs re-stock maybe 3 times now, which I feel is a good thing. If I was convinced that anybody at Walmart corporate could read sales data, let alone look at it, it might convince them making these sets brick & mortar exclusives is stupid and they're losing out on collector $$$ as a result. The elites are a different story, the shipper came and went, series 1 came and went, and series 2 is presumably in a landfill somewhere. My hope is that series 3 and beyond are readily available online and ship constantly. I had assumed since we're getting chase versions in those sets, they need something to draw you into the store to stare at empty pegs.

I wonder if they will go the SummerSlam shipper route again and include MNW series 2 and 3 on it, since 2 seems to be incredibly scarce so far. You just have to pray that your Walmart actually gets a shipper...
