For me growing up in the RA era for the most part there is a list of people who I think Jakks missed from the line
1. Rodney Mack and Jazz: I was a fan of both of them back during the thuggin and bugging enterprises and when I think of Theodore Long I think of the SD GM and the manager from back in 2003, I remember Rodney Mack being in Here Comes The Pain and being as op as Kane, I feel they both had talent in the ring and are definitely a miss and I do consider Jazz on the same level with Trish, Lita, Victoria and Gail Kim as in my top 5 from 2003-2004.
2. 3 Minute Warning: They were heavily featured to begin with when they started when they were Bischoff's guys that I'm surprised they weren't made while we did get Rico and Rosey the Rosey is from his team with Hurricane, I think they were there just long enough to have figures.
3. Gail Kim: I know she had the Jakks Deluxe Agression figure from the TNA line but I'm always surprised at the lack of figures she's had, she caught my attention during her debut for her matrix like moves and winning the Women's Champion in her debut match, I do feel she's one of the most talented women from the Ruthless Agression Era and just barely got to show what she had in WWE, she did put the TNA Knockouts Division on the map with her matches with Awesome Kong.

I kind of feel certain guys are missing in certain styles
Like having no TTL Malenko, Val Venis, Dlo Brown, Mark Henry, Bull Buchanaon, - seems odd based on the time

There's a few guys who I think should've gotten Classic Superstars figures considering how obscure they would get with that line and how many people apparently were able to get signed legends deals. Its nothing like it is today where the amount of legends that are available to be made make up a pretty small group.
But I always wanted a CS Paul Roma and Dino Bravo. Seems like two people that should've been in the line at least once.
I also find it odd that we never got CS figures of the Rougeaus and Pat Patterson.

Too many Classics to name, but we did miss a lot of guys and a lot of big names.
If we're sticking with the RA era of figures on the current roster, you hit the nail on the head for me. How we never got a Jazz when she was a big part of '02-03 is beyond me, same goes for Molly Holly. That is a big miss. I know we got a titan tron Molly, but we never got an RA style one and it was needed!
I wanted more than anything a Mordecai. I know his run was insanely short but how damn cool would that have been!

Chuck Palumbo in his FBI attire to go with Johnny the Bull and Nunzio. Rodney Mack and Jazz would have been cool, but then we would need a Christopher Nowinski to go with Mack. Mike Awesome would of been.. Awesome. I am sure more will come to me. I try not to think about CS, because you could just name an endless list.

I had always hoped for David, Kerry and Kevin Von Erich in the Classic line. I thought they would've been a given considering the Freebirds got a 3-pack.

3 Minute Warning in RA for sure.
The Patriot, Stan Hansen & Steiner Brothers Scott Steiner, US Express Rotundo to match Wihndham & Johnny V to match Jimmy in CS were huge omissions.
