Heart Throbs come to mind as well as Chad and James Dick.

I feel like 3MW came around during a weird time for Jakks. This was late 2002 when the Ruthless Aggression line was just starting after Jakks messed around with stuff like R3. It felt like they weren't sure where the WWE line was going.
Jakks also didn’t make many fat wrestlers until later. Viscera never got a TTL figure. Rikishi did, but that body couldn't be reused for anyone else. There really weren't many fat guys on the roster back then and they weren't making Classics yet. So if Jakks made a fat guy body, they probably wouldn't be able to get much reuse out of it. Unless they made a generic body and put 3MW in soft goods, which would probably look weird.
I feel like if 3MW came out a couple years later, their chances of getting figures would have been better. Jakks went through a phase where literally everyone got made - Gymini, Mexicools, etc. Plus, they had more body types to use after Classics gave us a lot of bigger guys.

More LJN Styled Figures from the Classic Superstars Line Loved the sub set of the LJN line, wish they'd actually made Classic guys from the late 80's early 90's though to fit more with the vibe. Putting Cena, two Rey's, Hardy's based of their current (at the time) looks in the Classic line just annoyed me and felt so out of place. If they were wanting to keep it in line with the original concept, even doing updated attires of guys that actually had LJN's then I'd have been down for that too. As a Classic collector now, it's still cool we got what we did. I can't help thinking it was a missed opportunity though.

I’ve always assumed that the sculpt of the first S-H-I-T Rosey was a Three-Minute Warning body.

I still don't understand how most of the guys PowerTown is potentially going to make, missed getting a classic superstars figure. I sincerely wish someday Jeremy Padawer could write a tell all about negotiations and his near misses with talents.

Watching back, Terry Funk/Chainsaw Charlie should have had a BCA figure.

Watching back, Terry Funk/Chainsaw Charlie should have had a BCA figure. He had a mini figure released and they were based on the larger BCA's. There had to be a prototype Charlie made because the mini figure wouldn't exist without it.

I remember my friend having this set and we were marking out over the chainsaw mini fig. Also hart foundation bca Jim Neidhart was a big one we didn't get. Along with a 96 jake roberts.

Also hart foundation bca Jim Neidhart was a big one we didn't get. Along with a 96 jake roberts. It’s possible that one might exist. The person or persons responsible for designing/sculpting the mini would be the one(s) to ask, but I don’t think their identities are known. Cactus and Chainsaw were said to be scheduled for 2 Tuff Series 2, but no prototype photos were ever shown of that proposed 2-pack. BCA Cactus was eventually released in a couple of three-figure boxed sets in the fall of ‘98. Regarding Neidhart, my understanding is that he had a deal where he was being paid per appearance in ‘97, so I doubt Jakks ever had a realistic shot at making him. Jake should’ve been eligible as long as he was under contract, but I don’t think the timing worked in his favor. There were several others ahead of him on the card that were arguably more deserving of a spot in the first few series. He may have been used as a placeholder name at some point (I’ve not seen it with my own eyes, but I’ve heard it said about names such as Piper in ‘97), but based on what I know of the lineups and when they were confirmed, Jake never got close when he had the chance.

In those Early Jakks Days - I swear I heard rumors of 1-2-3 Kid and Adam Bomb, I never heard Jake Roberts till much later when the time frame seemed to fit him as a logical series 1/2 choice - maybe those 3 for series 2 but they got canned for repaints

BCA Era. TTL Era. APA ring attire Bradshaw was released in ring gear, oddly in a 2 pack against Test. You'd think the same set would've had an Albert vs Faarooq 2 pack, but no such luck. Walmart exclusive from 01 or 02.
