Love the carding on these figures. I'm usually a loose collector when it comes to retros, but with stuff like the ReAction figures, the cards are part of the display for me, and these hit that sweet spot like that, too.

Sarge does look great. So is this the Sarge that was silhouetted in the promo featuring the Big Rubber Guys ad? Or will there potentially be a Big Rubber Guys Sarge? Looks like it. This would be a great look for a big rubber guy Sarge, too.

That Macho is sick! It's so amazing how faithful these Bendies and BRG's are to the Bend Ems and LJNs.
Man, if they would ever do a Hasbro style line, that Macho would be perfect.

I think Cardona and Myers need to look into doing something like that. Cardona is a real big fan of the old Hasbro line; I think he would do his best to stick as close as he can to the old looks. I think Zombie has some really nice figures, but not all, or most, of them fit in with the old Hasbro's. Also, it would be nice if the figures could have "actions". I know I've heard people say that the Hasbro line would have evolved over time, and while that is true, the original line didn't. It ran for just those 4-5 years and didn't evolve. For the figures to fit in with the old ones, they need to stay as close/true to the original designs as possible. The Hasbro line is still my favorite, I would love for someone to take over on these and put out as many guys as possible to complete the Hasbro roster, and even expand a few years out (1987-1996 or so). That's probably not 100% possible, because the WWE still owns the rights to a lot of guys, but it still should be possible to get out a number of guys from that time period: Dino Bravo, Powers of Pain, British Bulldogs, Barbarian solo run, another Warlord solo run, British Bulldog from 1991/92 and from 1994-96, more Macho Man's and Macho Kings, Haku solo run, Colossal Connection, One Man Gang, Bad News Brown, Big Bully Busick, Billy Graham, Billy Jack Haynes, Hercules solo run, Power & Glory, Butch Reed, Hakushi, Jeff Jarrett, more Jim Duggan's, Jimmy Snuka, JYD, King Kong Bundy, Mountie, Quebecers, Rougeau Brothers, Nailz, Rick Martel, Outlaw Ron Bass, Ronnie Garvin, more Sgt. Slaughter's, Dean Douglas, Shane Douglas, more Sid's, more Texas Tornado's, Brooklyn Brawler, Buddy Rose, Hillbilly Jim, Koko B. Ware, the Godwins, the Heavenly Bodies, Bastion Booger, Mr. Hughes, Bob Backlund, Mr. Backlund, Don Muraco, Honky Tonk Man in wrestling gear, heel Jake the Snake, more Rick Rude's, King Harley Race, Jerry the King Lawler, Big John Studd, Ken Patera, a better LOD, Roddy Piper in wrestling gear, more Shawn Michaels, 1995/96 Marty Jannetty, Hart Foundation tag team, etc. Not sure how likely these would be, but would be great too: Red Rooster, the Genius, the Body Donnas, rookie year Tatanka, Natural Disasters Earthquake, Canadian Earthquake, Tugboat, Max Moon, Kama, Strike Force, Sparky Plugg, Col. Mustafa, Gen. Adnan, Rhythm and Blues, Made in the USA Lex Luger, more Rockers, Owen Hart, more Razor Ramon's, Diesel, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Beverly Brothers, Bolsheviks, the Islanders, and the Orient Express. I also agree about the Bendies Macho Man. I wasn't going to purchase any of these because I never purchased any of the original Bend Em's from the 90s, but that Macho Man may be too good to pass up. Same with Sarge. Big fan of both guys. Damn you Cardona!!!!

His bog complaint about the Mattel retros when the podcast first started was that they were too simple/cartoony and then his major praise of Zombie's style has often been they they feel like like slightly "modernized" Hasbros. I feel like his idea of a Hasbro-esque line would be that.

It's fantastic. I wish they could have found a way to the do the LJN figures as one piece (or even all rubber, like the originals). I think it would have made a big difference.

Got it! From the video someone posted, it looks like it was rubber pulled over a frame, not two pieces of rubber put together. Glad to hear it's all rubber and no frame underneath!

I have them and they look and feel as solid as the originals, i would never know they connect at the waist and even knowing now that they are…i still cant tell

ECW Bendies (bloody and non-bloody) are up on their site. The packaging is fantastic. Overall the packaging in this line might be the strongest thing about it. The respective Indiana Jones and TNA Toy Biz packaging on the con exclusive Matt and Brian was outstanding too.

Has this affected the price of the original bendies? I don’t follow them that much, mainly just got the ones I really wanted years back (luger, bret, Owen etc)
Really good we’ll put together line. Love that there’s less focus on modern guys - I wonder if that’s based on performance of past figures?

I'd be curious to know this -- but they are SO plentiful, I'm guessing the answer is largely no. But Cardona/Myers have definitely been a boon to the industry as a whole. Who knew when they started that podcast...

I’m pretty late to the party with these - they look pretty cool….I don’t suppose anyone is able to share a picture with them next to ljn bendies, just toys bend ems and hasbros?
I’m aware that might seem like a random ask, but I’m interested to see how they scale in comparison.

The respective Indiana Jones and TNA Toy Biz packaging on the con exclusive Matt and Brian was outstanding too. This was the first time I've been truly disappointed by how prohibitively expensive their international shipping is - I would've loved to have the 4 blood variants from the Extreme series, I thought they looked amazing on Myers' stream.

Just started piecing together a collection. Mainly going to be getting bendies of the Major Pod group and modern day indie talent.

Just got the British Bulldog and blue trunks Hacksaw. Both are really nice figures, and I think these have improved from the early waves. The detail on Bulldog's vest is really nice and he fits perfectly with the original bendies. I am really tempted to grab the ECW set now.
