Have I missed something? Back in Nov I pre ordered the Arn & Vlad and give seen nothing. Shows eta was April I’m not too in the loop on these but there was mention on last week’s episode that there were problems with getting Vlad’s glasses correct. There wasn’t much detail other than that. They updated their website a couple days ago but missed correcting the first entry from the looks of it: |

Looks like he is in stock with at least one shop if you Google it (can’t mention it here by name or post links). I’ve only heard of this company; never ordered from them. Might check the MWFP Facebook group as well. WSW will have theirs for preorder - I would imagine it’ll be shipping by the end of September but can’t confirm that.

Hey Matt, have you already decided on what packaging style you'll be using on Joe Hendry? Will it be TNA-ish style Marvel Toys or Jakks Pacific homage? I definitely would want to keep that one on-card and wondering what style it will be. Thanks.

Ordered a bloodied variant Jerry Lynn during the pre-sale window, and they sent the standard version instead, which I didn't want.
Tried emailing a week ago to seek a replacement or a refund, and my emails have been ignored, and now its outside of the PayPal refund window.
Has anyone else had these issues from MWFP? I would've thought considering their reputation, the customer service would be a bit better than this :/

First I have ever heard of it. Haven’t really ever seen a CS complaint that wasn’t dealt with within reason. Kanik and Matt are on here so maybe try tagging one of them or DMing them here?

Weirdly enough, I couldn’t find that contact email anywhere originally, but I appreciate you getting onto it right away for me once it was brought up.
Full credit, I’ve had an issue with a past order that was sorted out pretty quickly, so this one definitely felt a bit odd considering how rapidly that was solved. The rapid response has restored my faith, so thanks again!
