I look forward to the fall when Series 7 is still on the shelves and people are bitching because their Target can't get Series 8. Ok then i have a feeling those 3 matt hardy wrestlemania elites will still be clogging the pegs of my local target. You wanna make a bet ? No they wont because people want that Matt Hardy now for an AEW collection.

This is what disappointment looks like. I hit six Targets today and never found anything good. Only one Legends and it was the one I didnt want. To be fair the Ronda pic is a Meijer but I thought it was hilarious. It was so annoying to drive all the way to another Target park mask up walk in when popfindr shows 5 in stock and see nothing. All i wanted was bobby heenan and maybe a chance for a chase rude. And all I see are aj, finn, ronda, Nikki Bella or Billie Kay and Seth all over the place. Where are these mystical 5 I kept seeing online?

I wish Mattel cared about international collectors. Facts. It's a shame that almost 2 years later, there's still little to no solution from them to try and help International's get these US Store Exclusives. The price conversion from USD to AUD (in my case) is killer... So you could imagine how much it'll cost me to get these. - Eddie - Razor - DoD Kane - DoD Big Show Hopefully RSC carries the WrestleMania & Survivor Series sets again, so i don't have to add Edge, JoMo & Kane to that list.

I live in a city of 8.5 million. You will never, ever get figures at the stores. I always order them.

/\ That won’t work. It’ll actually work against you. Their inventory is automated and automatically reorders when the system gets down to 3 pieces or less. Hiding the product will only keep the system from ordering more. I have a few friends who work at various Targets and there’s been a few times where they did a manual override when I asked them to because their system showed items were still in stock and they couldn’t actually find it in the backroom location. But I have also seen many employees tell other customers they couldn’t override the inventory count to get more. That’s true, HOWEVER, at least once a week they are required to adjust inventory manually. What that means is they have to check if they actually have 3 in stock and if they can’t find them, they have to adjust the inventory total. Any employee can adjust it, they just either don’t want to, or are told not to by a manager. Regardless, once a week an authorized employee HAS to make the adjustment so if you find a certain employee who won’t or can’t, ask another or just wait because it’s only a matter of time before a full timer adjusts it themself The auto inventory is so off all the time there anyway it’s not even funny. Reason is they have self checkout, if a customer goes up to the checkout with multiple items the same price, they’ll scan one item three times instead of each individually throwing the inventory off. That’s why they have to do it manually once a week haha If this is the case then the employees that work the toy section at one of the stores near me needs to be fired. The inventory has shown 16 elites on the floor since Christmas with not a single elite out. On a side note, I went to one Target today, had a picture of the barcode and used the aisle price check scanner. Showed 5 in stock, 5 in back. Asked an employee who brought them right out for me, 1 of each. I get the frustration but I feel like more often than not I'm able to get someone to help me pull from the back if the scanner says they are there.

Oof, I’m amazed they have gotten away with it for that long. At the location I worked at the district manager would make a visit once a week and he’d go around randomly scanning for inventory inaccuracies. Since my management didn’t know what he’d scan, they had to just make sure everything was good haha. If I were to guess, somebody is supposed to have pulled 16 from the back, they scanned them out but never brought them to the floor. They’re probably back in the bays. How has nobody done inventory since Christmas!? Good Lord, the person that needs to be fired is your district manager for not following up with the store

It sucks since its the closest one but there are six other Targets within 10 miles of me so I don't make a big deal about it.

I feel you man. I can't even order anything from RSC unless it's under the £15 threshold otherwise I'd end up paying around £20+ in import feet on a single figure

I went in at 8am, walked to the toy aisle, located an associate, gave him the DPCI, and he came back with the figures I requested. This happened in both stores I checked, but I left without Razor, because I’m waiting for the running change.
Out of the 20 closest stores to me, the only unit which sold is the one I purchased. I’m sure that will change once they hit the shelves.
I think having the boxes on hand and keeping them in the back until the street date hurt the stores. Now, the boxes are buried in the stock room.

In my area, some things are MUCH better this summer as opposed to last summer. Last year, several stores had nothing on the pegs for weeks. Mattel and/or Walmart and Target are doing much better this year with that problem.
The big issue this year is case breakdowns. In the early going, Valentine will be the big seller because he is new to the line. Having one Valentine per case is a major botch. We've already had Heenan twice and Razor multiple times.
The case breakdowns with basics is huge right now as well. My Walmart has had 6 basic 106 Balors hanging on the pegs since May 1. Meanwhile, Aleister Black and the Street Profits sell out in less than a day. They should be able to adjust the case breakdowns later in production and try to line it up better with whoever is on Raw/Smackdown tv right now.

I don’t bother to ask employees about said figures cause most of the time I get the “If it’s not out here then it’s not in the back” or they disappear & come back & say “yeah nothing in the back.”
I hate store exclusives. I don’t blame Mattel I blame the retail stores. Great the stores posted exclusives online & for preorder.... look at how that turned out. These figures will/are (if you want them) on the bay, & that’s the way you’ll have to get them. Sucks.

Never before have action figures been released during a global pandemic. Nothing is normal right now. Everyone needs to relax about this and everything else with action figures right now. This right here is the issue. I would normally be out hunting WWE and NECA, but I have elderly parents and an immunocompromised girlfriend whose father is a cancer patient, so I just can't justify going to stores like nothing is happening and risk spreading that virus to people who probably couldn't survive it.

Yesterday popfindr wasn’t working, but this morning it showed a case at my closest store. The employee was very helpful, particularly considering she was in the middle of working the reset and brought out the case for me to choose from. The Valentine wasn’t a chase but I feel good finally getting the set.
