I have to think the horrible handling of these is going to kill Super 7's wrestling line; even if RSC hadn't gotten them early, people would be complaining it was April and they STILL didn't have them. (Brian said in the future, RSC wouldn't be allowed to ship until Super 7 had theirs ready to ship)

I'm trying to be understanding and not get pissy and swear off Super 7 forever. craphappens, not getting these figures isn't the end of the world. But the fact that so many people all over the world have received theirs already from RSC getting them is a very bitter pill to swallow. I just hope they stick to their word and it doesn't happen next time.

I'd be less frustrated if Super 7 would communicate with us up front, rather than us having to email customer service for the same response that they're still stuck at the port a month later. The last official communication was February 23 and then radio silence, unless you contact customer service.

Call me a bit insane in the membrane but over the weekend I placed an order thru Ent Earth for MOC seconds (besides Okada which were sold out).
That order has already shipped out before Supes has even gotten around to addressing my 18-month PO.

So, a friend received two of these today from an online store and noticed this..  I'd love to know how there's a German distrubition for them, yet I (as someone who pre-Ordered from the UK) hasn't had a shipping notice yet. |

Will never buy anything from Super7 again. I pre-ordered the day they went up, I get why there were delays but RSC getting them first and we are still waiting is total BS.
Looking at their IG, they have a post on March 6th saying they are shipping out that week. Then Flynn responds to someone else's question on a different post last week saying that they will be shipping this past week. Still nothing. At this point they are simply lying about when/if these will ship.

Part of me wants to email RSC and ask if S7 has authority to tell them when they can or can't ship S2. If they say they have the right to ship them when they want, I'll cancel my S7 order and place it with RSC. Then again, I think I read something about S7 cancels?

Big Bad hasn't received their order either. They did say they are stuck at the port, and Ringside has had similar issues in the past with Mattel product being stuck and delayed. Supposedly they were trying to get better with getting their act together with the ultimates and hitting their target dates, now thundercats wave 3 is shipping before wave 2. Seems like Ishii is going to be the sleeper of the set, Ringside don't have him up for backorder. Still I'm glad to have New Japan figures

The reason I ordered from them directly in the first place was to show my support for their new line. RSC had them up and I could have saved a few bucks, but no. I tried to be the nice guy. And like every other time in my life, it bites me in the a**. I do wonder if Supes can indeed hold back other companies from sending out their product for the inevitable S2 delay. |
