Reached out to Super7 and got this response:
Hello,
We are waiting for the okay to get the figures from port. We expect to begin shipping this week but it may be pushed to next week depending on when we can get the figures to the warehouse.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Thank you for your patience.

Everyone be patient, these sum'bitches are going to drop in price. Other retailers have had them "Sold Out," for months, and they are now suddenly available again. People are cancelling. The price will drop. You do realize this are not going to retail right?

They do look better from people's photos rather than the initial ones we saw. But factoring in shipping it would cost me like $70 Canadian per figure. I really enjoy new Japan but that's just not gonna be feasible.

Don't have any in hand yet, but I still have my mind open for these in the future. Just for the love of a giant spaghetti monster I hope they learn some lessons from the first run.

Just opened mine, Okada and tana. Way better in person. May go and order osprey, not really wanting ishi, especially with wave 2 around the corner which had 2 i want, and 2 meh. Online pics do not do these justice from in hand, besides making the flaws stand out more. Excited a series 3 is happening. Hope Jay white comes with US title, and hope we get ibushi, KENTA, in the wave as well. If it stays faction themed, van definitely see G.O.D. and back luck fale the other 3.

I'm really happy to hear series 3 is happening, and also really happy Jay White is part of it. I would love G.O.D. to be part of this series too.
I just got my set of series 1 figures, and at first glance they look good. I haven't opened them yet, but I'm still really glad I ordered them. So far, I think they look better in person.
There are lots of other wrestlers I want in this line, so I hope it can go more than 3 series.

Anyone want to take bets on whether the Super7 Jay White figure or the F+C Jay White comes out first? lol.

Any news from the Twitch interview on Major Pod? Honestly I recommend checking out the entire interview. It was a fascinating look behind the scenes about what goes into making and producing an action figure. He did go into detail about why it was delayed so long (originally they booked the factory that also makes WWE Mattels so that the plastic would be the same, but that factory kept putting them behind Mattel and delaying production and got about 1/3 of the way done while they were still months and months behind ... so Super 7 had to take all the moulds and go to a new factory, which compounded the delay but ensured that they'd finally get made) He also went into detail about certain design decisions and why they in certain cases chose design over articulation (and even compared it to the wonky arms on the Ultimate Bret). It was just really, really interesting and educational from a figure perspective.

Thanks -- I will definitely check it out after this recommendation. THANKS for taking the time

Got my Okada today, really pleased with it overall, I think the IWGP title is gonna be impossible to get back around his waist again. It’s like the tabs are too soft to push back through the holes

The MWFP interview with Bryan Flynn was great. Explained the delays and such, as well as why he decided against double joints, which I agree with. And no matter where ordered, series 2 will have same ship date, like all their other lines.

Did he speculate when series 2 might be in the hands of customers?
