Sorry to keep going on about spidey, but I can't seem to let it go lol. Why didn't they just do a thing where Disney keep Peter parker and Sony make them with miles morales!
I still live in hope that someone will come out and say it's all cool!

Disney will just buy Sony....don't sweat the small stuff LOL
Im on my 4th watch of Endgame and man its just brilliant. The emotional punches don't get any less heavy on repeat viewings IMHO. Awful pity Coulson couldn't have been included though....massive hole at Tony's funeral.

But that will realistically never happen because A) Sony is not for sale. B) Even if Sony was for sale, Fed Court would never pass it due a potential Monopolization that Disney would have in the movie/entertainment industry. That’s why the sale of 20th century Fox took so long, and that almost didn’t happen for the same reason.

Yeah...I was joking about Disney buying Sony. No way that's gonna happen. Sony's shite choices and flop after flop at the box office might force something though.

According to Everything Always, Sony has “supposedly” offered Spider-Man and Venom to Marvel Studios. Marvel will get their 30% cut but they have to incorporate Tom Hardy’s Venom into the MCU.

While I hated Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock I would happily take him being in the MCU in order to keep Spider-Man there. I hope this turns out to be true!

According to the video, Feige supposedly consulted for Sony on the Venom movie so maybe this has all been one big Mysterio illusion as far as this whole debacle is concerned

I knew that they would do business again, didn’t know it would be this soon. But this is where Spider-Man needs to be long term financially and creatively. Regardless of details, spectacular news.

So it looks like Holland will be in Sony’s Spiderverse. It’ll be interesting to see how that works out.

Woo Hoo!!!! That is awesome news I am really excited to see how they put this Spider-Man in two universes. With the MCU embracing a more cosmic side it is something that I see working really well. With the next movie out in 2021 they must already have a script or at the very least a story that is done. I wonder what other MCU Spider-Man is going to be in. Does anyone think he will shop up in one of the other next phase movies that have already been announced?

Like it was ever in doubt. There is too much money in it for them not to work together. I still think Marvel is gonna phase Spider-Man out. 1 more solo movie and he will show up in 1-2 movies and then I imagine he's done.

Scar Jo and RDJ both died on screen and BOOM they’re both in a new movie. Granted, it’s set before they died.

In 2024 we aren't gonna get a "What REALLY happened between Endgame and Far From Home?" movie. They'll phase him out to avoid further contractual issues. MCU doesn't really need Spider-Man if guys like Thor, Hulk and new Cap are sticking around.

Fantastic news. I always kinda figured they'd work something out, because there's just too much money sitting on the table for them to not have, and Marvel positioned Spidey so high up in Far From Home, but it's nice to not have to sweat it anymore.
