IF (and that's a big if) the Yankees hold on and win this game, this is really all you can hope for. You have a big win going into the series against Boston and the Red Sox just lost. Plus, you once again have your 3 best pitchers lined up against them. First place is still way out of reach, but picking up a game here and there doesn't hurt.
