anyone know how playable a heavily painted figure would be? im looking to commission a Halloween havoc rey misterio jr from someone, and as I play with my figures quite a lot, I didn't want to order one only to find the joints were locked up, or the paint rubbed off on my other figures/ring. thanks in advance for your help. (im assuming this can go here, if not please let me know where it should be, im still quite new here and am still getting familiar with the rules )

I always hear we have to use acrylic paint right? Why not oil? I used several kinds of acrylic brands now, it stays so sticky, what's the deal with this?

No idea what I do wrong, whatever acryl brand I use, the paint just doesn't cover, it just wipe away when Im softly painting on a figure.
