So I've been busy the last couple of days.
The Sharks game was an absolutely disgusting goaltending game. The Pens were up big going into the third and somehow found themselves losing via shootout. Terrible, but at least they got a point out of the game.
As for the game against the Kings last night, how the Pens managed to win is beyond me. They were pretty much outplayed by the Kings all game, but somehow they managed to take it to a shootout and pick up the victory. This has been an interesting trip to the West for the Pens...good stuff.

Well, considering the Rangers essentially have an absolute cakewalk for their next three games and the Pens don't play again until Friday, there's a possibility.

Gotta say I'm somewhat surprised the Blues fired Payne. We weren't off to that bad of start, but he obviously has not gotten the job done the past couple of years. Hopefully Hitchcock can turn this team around and bring the playoffs back to St. Louis.

Mark Letestu ---> Blue Jackets 4th round pick ---> Pens
Mark must be thrilled. lol
Also heard rumors of the Blue Jackets shipping Nash, some teams I've heard that have submitted offers include the Flyers, Leafs, Islanders, and Bruins. Again, all speculation. Although this latest trade adds on to the rumors.

Rick Nash is one of the most underrated players in the NHL. He has potential to be a 100 point scorer without a doubt. I hope he gets traded to a semi-decent team. He deserves it.

Red Wings win their second straight 5-2 over Colorado. Im believing that Franzen had a hat trick lol Hopefully we can keep momentum going over Edmonton and Dallas this weekend.
As for Nash. I would love for Detroit to get him, but Id doubt Columbus would trade him to a Central rival.

Nash to Vancouver! That would be amazing. Nash playing with the Twins, or even Kesler would be AMAZING. And I agree that Nash is very underated. Always been a fan of his.

I wouldn't mind seeing Nash on the Bruins... selfishly I wouldn't mind him on the Hurricanes though.

Rumor has it that Pronger will play tonight...they could use him against the Bolts.

Nash on the Bruins would make my life. Don't see it happening, though.
Does anyone else ever play the hat trick challenge thing on NHL.com? I love it, but I always get stiffed out of a win lol.

LOL@TB/Philly....really with the standing around? Do you WANT hockey to lose even more reputation? The sport's already a laughing stock outside of Canada.

Ugly win for the Sabres last night, our defense played like poop and yet we were somehow able to score 6 goals, thanks to a dozen power plays. The sport's already a laughing stock outside of Canada. No, not really. Try watching something else other than ESPN.

Wow, that Philly/Tampa Bay game is causing quite a controversy. How embarassing for the NHL.
