I thought for sure that HHH was going to show up to restart his feud with Sheamus. I was so sure...can't believe he didn't.

Nope. Not gonna stop. So get used to that. You guys want to blab how good this Del Rio guy is?? Then I'm going to voice MY opinion on why he sucks and isn't ready for that main event WrestleMania spot. Deal with it. You only seem to come around when a young guy breaks through. Troll.

The WWE has two options for WrestleMania. Money maker but sucks hard or Makes decent money but is amazing That is the reality facing them today. It looks like they are going for amazing. This is the year that they have to take a risk. HBK isn't there. Jericho isn't there. Taker isn't there. HHH isn't there. Batista isn't there. They have to do something about that and pushing these young guys is what they've decided to do. It is fantastic. best post.

You guys said he'll headline, not me. You guys said it over and over. I'm just saying neither him or Miz are worthy enough to headline a Sunday Night Heat card, let alone a friggin' WrestleMania. ;D every time I read one of these posts I think about lighting myself on fire. Good. Go ahead and do it. I'll supply the matches and lighter fluid. ;D

If I had to take a reasonable stab at Wrestlemania, I'd guess the following:
WWE Championship Match The Miz (c) vs. John Cena
World Heavyweight Championship Match Edge (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio
The Undertaker vs. Wade Barrett
Randy Orton vs. CM Punk
Triple H vs. Sheamus
The Nexus vs. The Corre (in some fashion, be it 4 on 4, 3 on 3, etc)
Money in the Bank
Diva's Title Match
Special Attraction or two

You've been crapping all over the younger talent of WWE for ages and its getting pretty old. Sure, it seems like a shot in the dark, but I like it, and I can't wait to see what will happen next with Del Rio.

I think one thing that distorts wrestling fans minds is that they actually think Wrestlemania is a big deal. Outside of the city its in and wrestling world, nobody really cares. Its not as big as say the World Series or the Super Bowl. You can put two crappy teams together in the Super Bowl and people will still make a huge deal out of it and companies will pay Millions if not billions to be part of it. Wrestlemania isnt like that. Mania needs a selling point. They need a Hogan vs Andre. As much as they wanna feed us that the Miz is on the Today Show or Regis and Kelly or MTV2...He's not "the name" that can suck in the casual or even non fan like others can. That's precisely the point I was trying to make. With a card like that, Wrestlemania falls risk to feeling like nothing more than your average Pay-Per-View. Take those four matches and assign them to any other event throughout the year and you've got a hell of a card, but at Wrestlemania it doesn't cut it. The only thing I can assume is they're banking on Cena to carry the kids viewership and Del Rio to pick up a heavy hispanic viewership ala what they did with Rey Mysterio.

Diesel and Booker got good pops. Not really a surprise though.
Also. People are really sold on Taker and Barrett at 'Mania, huh?

Not really. This board is still filled with Del Rio marks for God knows what... You can go through my post history for every Raw and Smackdown thread, I can't stand the guy. Annoying, bland, and boring. And they are going to put a guy in his first year up in the WWE in the main event of their biggest show in a title match?? Give me a break. I really hope he either loses his title match somehow, or they get to be a fatal 4 way or triple threat so he can get carried through the match. I have no problem with him being a mid card wrestler, even though I would still rather see him off my TV altogether. Once it got down to Barrett, Cena, Del Rio, and Orton it was a lose lose. (I guess a lose, lose, lose, lose) I honestly wanted Santino to win at that point.. ing Santino. Wait, Del Rio would need to be carried in the match yet you wanted SANTINO to main event? Seriously? Now you're putting words in my mouth. I never said I wanted Santino to win the Rumble. I was saying I would rather have Santino ing Marella (A comedy act wrestler) over Cena, Orton, Barrett, or ADR.

I love Del Rio, but I do believe he might of gotten pushed a little too fast. I would of liked to have seen him work his way up, by going through the mid card, winning the IC title and having a good reign, and then go from there. But honestly, with SD's current talent, there isn't anybody in a better position to face Edge at Mania. Christian would be nice, but the WWE doesn't want him in the main event. They've proved it for the past 7 or so years.
Mania most likely isn't going to sell this year, no matter who they put in the Main Event. That's just how it is. Most casual people aren't going to chuck out money for a product like the WWE these days. It's not the "it" thing. It's obvious going into this year's Mania, the WWE's biggest priority was to push new stars. With the emergence of guys like Wade, ADR, Miz, and Ziggler. Why should the WWE neglect them and push somebody else when it isn't going to sell anyway for Mania?

All you're doing is making some bullpoop up about him and Miz not being worth to main event heat. Great back and forth argument, dumbass. All he's really doing is being an obnoxious dick, this board would be so much better if he just stopped posting because all he's good for is being a jackass... oh shit, name calling against TOS dude
