Mine got to be the I Quit Match at Summerslam 2007(I believe)vs. Mick Foley. Runner up would be Undertaker vs. Flair Wrestlemania 17 or 18 one of those.

I was present at the I Quit match... It was SummerSlam 2006.
On topic, I loved his WM 24 match with HBK. I was also in person for that one.

Gotta be either WM24, WM18 or SummerSlam 06 and im a fan of Wrestlemania 20 Evoultion vs Rock N' Sock if you count tag matchs or handicap matches

- Ric Flair vs Triple H inside of a steel cage at Taboo Tuesday 2005.
This match was vintage Ric Flair, it showed me and the world that Flair still had it. I love every minute of this match. Reminded me of Flair vs Race many years prior.

I have a soft spot for the Flair vs McMahon street fight from Royal Rumble 2002. I don't know why, but something about that match just had me glued. It's obviously not the best match he's had, it had me, and the crowd going crazy at the time.

I really liked his ladder match vs. Edge on Raw in early 2006 for the WWE title. There were moments during the match where I actually thought he was going to win it to become a 17 time champion. His daughter in the front row screaming and him taking crazy bumps just added to the atmosphere making it a really fun match to watch.

Undertaker vs. Flair at Wrestlemania 2002 god Undertaker just destroyed him in that match Arn comes out and gets squashed as well

vs Undertaker at WM18.
that match had heavy drama and they made it seem like Flair was gonna do it several times.also AAs interference was sound!!

The Raw TLC match vs Edge is my favorite. The Wrestlemania 20 match vs Rock & Foley was great, too. He and Rock had so much fun in that one, and it was great to see them really enjoying themselves out there.

He had some other really good matches. but nothing really touches those two for me.
