Wrestlmania 24: a 59-year-old man and a 42-year-old man put the rest of the roster to shame.

I have to absolutely agree with all the matches listed, and add in Big Show versus Ric Flair for the ECW Championship. It was far from a technical masterpiece, but I remember being in awe with the spots Flair was taking.

It's a tie between all of em, even his first match back against McMahon was quality, his bout with taker, his matches with HHH of course, then his matches with with Foely, the TLC match with Edge, the match against Big Show. Match with Austin, geeze the list just goes on.

Wrestlmania 24: a 59-year-old man and a 42-year-old man put the rest of the roster to shame. It's not about age. It's about the ability to tell a story, and that is what they did on that wonderful night. Even today, one of the best workers in the WWE is in the broadcast booth, and I'm not talking about Punk, Jerry Lawler is old, but he can still wrestle circles around 99% of the roster.

Wow. When you think about it Flair was gold for about 80 percent of his "later years" run. I have to add 2 more to our list though: Flair vs Lawler from RAW in 04. Not the greatest masterpeice by this point in their career, but a dream come true for a Flair/Lawler mark like me. I've seen the Memphis matches(81/85 respectively) but they were never conclusive in any way. Glad it happened on RAW for real. Also add that early 04 match on RAW where Flair and Beniot chopped each other until their chests bled! Brutal and classic stuff from Flair.
