While the card isn't the best, I'm still looking forward to this event.
Looking forward to Orton vs Sheamus the most, followed by Team WWE vs Nexus.

Not really interested. For most PPV's no Captain Charisma on the card = no buy for me as I've seen everything else a billion times over at this point. Will be interested to see the results of the Nexus vs. WWE match, though...

What are they going to do with Evan Bourne, The Hart Dynasty, The Usos, Ted Dibiase, The Miz, Christian, Dolph Zigler, Jack Swagger, Drew Mcintyre, and Kofi Kingston?. and only 5 matches WTF  . remember Sunday Night Heat the hour right before the PPVs back in 1998-2000 when they had about 4 matches on Heat right before the PPV for those that did'nt make the cut on the actual PPV itself?. that's alot of unused talent tbh. are they gonna do a battle royal or something for the sixth match at Summerslam?. looking forward to Kane vs. Mysterio and Team WWE vs. Team Nexus the most ;D. Shemus vs. Orton and Alicia Fox vs. Melina should be good too  . |

Not sure if it's intentional or not, but I like how in the breakdown of the card, they have Team WWE all broken up in different directions and then Nexus is all next to each other. (The small video before they cut to the graphic) Shows the unity of Nexus and the troubles of Team WWE.

This looks like one of the worst put together SummerSlams ever. Not ordering Same, here. The only thing that would make me consider buying the PPV is if John Cena himself confirmed that he's turning heel and alligning with the Nexus, and even then, is Cena switching out Armbands and the "WWE Universe" chanting "YOU SUCK, YOU SUCK" really worth $45? |

Melina vs. Alicia Fox
Rey Mysterio vs. Kane
Big Show vs. S.E.S.
Randy Orton vs. Sheamus
Team Nexus vs. Team WWE
Guess the 7 on 7 is gonna go for a good hour then...
I will order for the main event. The two title matches will be okay but passable, and the Divas title match will be one to miss I would think. The other two matches on the card might be decent.

Weird, I got an email from WWE hyping summerslam on Sky Box Office and it showed the matches it would have and one of them was a 6-Pack challange for the IC title :-\  Shame we didn't get it.. |

im still playing with the thought of buying this ,bad matchcard but you never know if i dont buy it somthing will happen that will piss me off not seeing its just the thing that would happen to me

Bored, so I'll do SSlam Predictions:
Kofi/Ziggler for IC Title: Ziggler retains
Melina/Alicia Fox for the Divas Title: Melina becomes new Divas Champion
Big Show/SES: Big Show wins, but I can't really elaborate why. Maybe it will be to further the SES' screw-up storyline
Randy Orton/Sheamus: Sheamus loses, but retains via DQ, after The Miz takes out Orton with the MITB Briefcase, Miz then cashes in on Sheamus, which means The Miz will be your new WWE Champion
Mysterio/Kane: Kane retains, but some weird video plays after the Match that insinuates Kane put 'Taker in his current Vegetative State
Nexus/WWE: Nexus wins after The Miz, the WWE Champion and seventh member of Team WWE turns on Cena, allowing Wade Barrett to pin Cena after hitting his Finisher.
I would love and think it makes complete sense to turn Cena heel on someone like The Miz or someone (else) from Team WWE, but I'm not sure WWE's willing to do that, so I'll go with The Miz being a Tweener all night, then turning. Miz joining the Nexus gives them the one guy on RAW who absolutely hated his NXT Season 1 Rookie, and since he(Daniel Bryan) wouldn't get the job done, The Miz, a young Superstar and now WWE Champion, felt his services were best suited for the Nexus.
