I preferred Bulldog and Owen over Bulldog and Dynamite.  I loved their match at WM2, though. In addition, the Funks vs Santana and JYD inspired me when it came to tag team wrestling. I hated that match type before that match when I was about six. watch the bulldog's japan work, it's phenomenal. |

Marino, you said it as it is. They don't understand what a good tag team is. They have teams of random guys tossed together that don't even mesh together. You hit the nail on the head there. I have all the respect in the world for Big Show and Miz is becoming a big star in his own right. They were still just thrown together for a short time. I would never compare a patchwork team like this actual teams like the Road Warriors, who existed for years solely as a tag team. If Vince wants to rebuild the tag division (obviously, he doesn't) he could do so by bringing back a Crockett Cup style tourney. |
