not a good enough answer... if you were to subtract the cost of shipping they would still be around 20-25 dollars per fig. what other fig is that expensive retail.

It looks like they're pumping up the price for the American market. They no doubt figure anyone who can find the site is a hardcore fan or collector who'll pay those prices. They're okay figures, but I can get high quality Japanese figures for that price. If they had Averno and Mephisto I would pay $35....for both together. I'm betting if they sell these in Arena Mexico they go for about the equivilant of $5. Arena (bootleg) figures of nice quality sell for only a few U.S. dollars and the masks that can be bought on the streets in Mexico for the equivilant of $5 U.S. sell for $25 in U.S. shops. Using that logic I'm betting they jacked up the price for us.

Within Mexico they sell for $20 according to the site. In the United States people balk at paying twenty dollars for an action figure. In Mexico, where the economy is in far worse shape, it's insane to imagine anyone paying twenty dollars for an action figure. If they do sell them for that price there it's to tourists and the more well-off of their fanbase. What I'm trying to say is, I doubt they're selling a lot of figures at those prices.

Those are some awesome figures, cartoony but I like them. Hope they come out with some more people and there is a cheaper way to get some.

I wonder what scale they are. They look close to TNA figs, but I could be wrong. Their torso looks to be a little bigger.
