I have a couple of questions myself, that need to be looked into. A) where are they produced? The paint & production looks too high end for Mexican factories. 10 points of articulation & none of the pieces look warped or falling apart? B) photography is too high end as well. You never & I mean NEVER see product photography for anything from Mexico, especially figures. If they are produced by a U.S. company like OSTM then they might make it to some sort of retail outlet like a dollar tree, etc...But toymakers.net updates their site less than I do. * to prove point B check out their masks that they have for sale. They don't show the product, but instead scaNS OF THE ACTUAL WRESTLERS (oops!) from magazines.*

Not osftm I think; they had shoulder articulation in the ECW line... so? doesn't mean it's not OSFTM.... their figures from WCW to ECW were completely different. Cost determines articulation, accessories, ammount of detail put on product. Ever wonder why Jakks will put a cammo design on the front of a wrestlers pants & not on the back? Cost.

Ever wonder why Jakks will put a cammo design on the front of a wrestlers pants & not on the back? Cost. True, but would they really take a step back? Sure they would! Think about it this way: If they are manufacturing figures for a company in Mexico that has a market limited to pretty much Mexico, then they have to adjust their spending on the figures production (limiting articulation, etc...) in order to keep their margins (profit) high. As with most other wrestling figs from Mexico these so far seem to be one body type with different heads & paint schemes, so if a company like OSFTM is producing them, they're doing it wisely because they are keeping their tooling costs on molds down & swapping out heads. Also let's not forget that OSFTM has never been a company who's name is synonomous with "kick ass wrestling figures." Sure the ECW stuff was neat, but it did have it's flaws. I'm going to place another call to toymakers to see if they are producing them.

Just called the woman who answered said "No we are not making new wrestling figures".
Anyone who wants to call can:
Customer Service Toll Free: 1-866-4SF-TOY (1-866-473-8697) - 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).
Quick Update: Spoke with a friend in Mexico & he said that the most he's seen them for is $10, but he's going to look into them today & find out who makes them.[/b]
