Raw - January 11 Target Center, Minneapolis, MI
After the intro video, the pyros go off but we quickly go to a camera backstage after showing Cody Rhodes, Mark Henry, and MVP attacking John Cena. Randy Orton is heard yelling in the background giving them orders to them. He tells them to take him to the ring. At first they don't do it, and Orton grabs Cody by the shirt telling him to do it now. They proceed to take him to the ramp. Cena sends a few punches back, but Henry clotheslines him. They pick him back up and bring him to the ring, preceding by hitting his head into the steel steps. Once in the ring, Orton walks around a bit. He backs to the corner and motions to Cody. He picks up the WWE Champion, and delivers the Cross Rhodes. Orton leans down in satisfaction as Cole begs he doesn't do this. Cena begins to rise, and Orton runs at him for the punt, but Cena avoids it. He gets up and begins to strike Henry, then MVP, and lastly a clothesline to Rhodes. He lifts Orton up for the Attitude Adjustment, but Henry strikes him from behind. Orton gets up angry, and motions they all gang up on Cena. As they begin to, out comes Ted DiBiase, Evan Bourne, and Kofi Kingston. They scare the rest of them off up the ramp. After they stare down and Cena rises, we are given a plug for the huge main event tonight.
Commercial Break
Sheamus vs Local
We return from the break with Sheamus coming down to the ring. Justin Roberts announces his opponent, Jackson Andrews. The bell rings and Andrews makes his way over only to be hit with a hard clothesline. Sheamus hits multiple stomps and pulls him up. A few punches to the head and a clothesline over the top rope. He gets out of the ring and begins to assault him even more. The referee is counting, and Sheamus throws Andrews into the steel steps. The ref reaches a 10 count eventually, but Sheamus doesn't care.
Winner: Double Count-Out (2:09) [No Rating]
The local begins to get up with the assistance of the referee, but Sheamus throws the referee out of the way and hits his bicycle kick move on the local. He stares him down, and from behind comes Jamie Noble! He begins to strike on Sheamus rapidly across the back and ducks a clothesline. He throws the Celtic Warrior into the steel steps head first, and furiously delivers punches. Sheamus pushes him away and makes his way up the ramp in shock as Noble talks at him.
We cut backstage after, and see Teddy Long backstage. In comes Triple H. "Teddy... last week when me and Shawn faced Jerishow... it wasn't my best performance. I took my eye off the ball and paid attention to Shawn and got hit with a Knockout Punch by The Big Show. And Shawn... couldn't keep his mouth shut for just-" In comes Shawn Michaels from behind. He looks at Hunter, "Something wrong? You look a little angry." They stare at each other for a second, "Oh I get what's going on here." He glances to Teddy, "He doesn't like you cause you're black!" Teddy looks at him offended, "Now wait a minute-" Hunter speaks up to cut him off, "Shawn... last week on Raw you cost us the Unified Tag Team Championship... and now you're in the Royal Rumble Match, and I'm not. Leaving us with no chance at the tag titles again." Shawn looks at him, "You think it's my fault?" He continues to speak over HHH quickly, "No, no, no you just clearly blamed me for losing the match last week. You just can't take responsibility can you Hunter? All you are is about fun and games, fun and games, until it comes down to gold. That puts splits between us... just look at the past. When I came back to the WWE you turned on me and once you were done with that you got the World Heavyweight Championship. And then when we reunited D-Generation X in 2006, you wanted the Tag Team Championship so bad you ended up getting injured doing it. Bottom line is Hunter, we may not be going for the Tag Team Gold anymore, and I am going to win the Royal Rumble, but we are not going to be broken apart because of this. You understand me?" Hunter looks at him like he didn't know who he was, "Yeah. I understand you." He walks out.
Commercial Break
We return where backstage we have Josh Mathews. He introduces his guest at this time, Vance Archer. "Vance, you've been wrecking through ECW Superstars in your career here so far... what are your plans now that you are on Raw?" Archer stares at him. "Pain. Punishment. Destruction... all things that will make me the best. That have already made me the best." He snickers, and walks away.
Kaval vs JTG w/Shad
Out comes Cryme Tyme first, to a small pop. Then comes Kaval. The bell rings and Kaval locks up with JTG. Some back and forth action early on, but Kaval delivers a huge kick to the side. Some more fast kicks, but slow movement. He hits off the ropes but is caught with a flapjack. JTG takes control with some half-paced moves for a minute or so, and picks Kaval up. Some shots to the face, and he hits off the ropes for a clothesline, but Kaval catches the arm and throws him over fast. He works in a sitting headlock, and the crowd begins to will JTG on. When he begins to rise however, Kaval drops him back down. He begins to bridge him over the knee, and pulls back up with him. He drops for a neckbreaker after yelling something out, but JTG slips out. Kaval rises and as JTG goes for a clothesline, Kaval jumps and hits an enziguri. He rolls out to the apron and climbs to the top rope. He jumps off and delivers the Double Stomp and gets the pin.
Winner of the match: Kaval (5:35) **
Post-match, Kaval has a blank expression on his face as he looks at Shad. He slips out of the ring and backs up the ramp.
Commercial Break
We return with Triple H sitting in a hallway on an equipment box talking to some staff. They walk away and up comes HBK. Hunter rises, "Shawn... we already got everything straight. I understand you." They stare at each other a bit and Shawn speaks silently, "You don't understand a damn thing. All you are about is being the best, but guess what... being a 13 time World Champion doesn't only mean you won the title 13 times, but you lost it 13 times. Including to me. And at Royal Rumble, when I do win, I don't want you complaining or trying to get in my way of being in the main event at WrestleMania and taking your spot on top." They glare at each other and HHH looks down. "You know Shawn... you're right." He looks eye to eye with him, "I do want to be the best. Including being your best friend. Obviously, that's not what is going on right now. Maybe we should keep DX split for a while, Shawn. You got your chance to become a 3 time Royal Rumble Match winner... so go ahead and do it." Hunter leans down and picks up a duffle bag. He slings it over his shoulder, nods to Shawn, and walks down the hall.
We go down to the ring where we see carpets making an Italian Flag, and 2 wooden chairs. Santino Marella's music hits and he comes down to the ring and gets on the mic. "Ladies and a gentlemen, let me a welcomeh you all to Santino's Square!" He claps for himself, "And let me welcomeh you, the first guest on the Square, a square of his own, the United-a-States-a champion, The Fiz!" Out comes The Miz, and he takes his time getting to the ring. Once he's in he stares at Santino, "Why don't you introduce me the right way, Santino?" He looks confused, "I did!" Miz gets up to him, "No. You're supposed to announce me as who I truly am... the greatest, no, most awesome! United States champion to ever step into a wrestling ring." Santino nods, "Alright, alright... I'll trya this again, hm?" Miz tells him he better, "Ladies and a gentlemen, let me introduceh to you, the most annoying United Statesa champion to ever stumble into a wrestling ring!" Miz puts the US Title on his chair, "Santino... you just made a mistake. A big one." He swings for a shot to the head, which Santino ducks. He begins to punch Miz, who takes his US Title and clocks him with it. Miz looks in anger, then raises the championship in taunt, and gets down in Santino's face to tell him he's awesome.
Commercial Break
We return with a promo video for Edge's Royal Rumble return.
Vance Archer vs Jimmy Wang Yang
We follow with Wang Yang in the ring, and he is announced as Raw's newest acquisition. Down to the ring comes Vance Archer. The bell rings and Archer immediatly delivers a big boot. He mounts ontop of Yang and delivers tons of punches straight down. He pulled JWY into the corner after picking him up and worked him some more before delivering a powerhouse clothesline. For the next couple minutes he just showed off with powerful moves and eventually ended the match with his Bulls' Eye finisher and got the pin.
Winner of the match: Vance Archer (2:10) *
Post-match, Archer slips out of the ring and walks to the ring announcer. He pushes him away and takes the chair. He gets in the ring as JWY rises, and Archer thinks for a minute. He offers a handshake, but as Yang reaches out he pushes the chair into the gut. Then Archer smacks it across the shoulder and leaves the chair in the ring. He laughs with satisfaction and exits the ring.
We cut backstage and see Maryse and Jillian walking down a hall together, as Maryse seems annoyed.
Commercial Break
The Bella Twins vs Diva's Champion Maryse and Jillian
We return with The Bella Twins making their way down to the ring. They are followed up by Jillian and the Diva's Champion. The bell rings as Jillian is starting off with one of The Bella's, nobody can really tell who. Jillian has control early on, but the Bella fights back quickly with rapid smacks to the face. Jillian backs down and the Bella dropkicks her. She tags in her sister, and she runs at Jillian, but she rolls away and tags in Maryse. The Diva's Champ gets in and begins to hit tons of aggressive moves. She delivers tons of rough moves over and over again for about 2 minutes. She begins to go for a French Kiss DDT, but the other Bella Twin takes her down. Maryse is angry, and the Bella's both get out and under the ring. Disgusted, Maryse tags in Jillian who comes in confused. Out from under the ring comes one Bella, and she gets in the ring looking hurt. Jillian walks over and kneels for the cover but she is rolled up. The 3 count on Jillian.
Winners of the match: The Bella Twins (5:54) *1/2
Post-match, The Bella Twins are celebrating their victory together. In from behind comes Maryse and she begins to attack them both. Jillian comes over and assists in it. Down to the ring comes Melina and #1 Contender Gail Kim. Melina begins to go at it with Jillian well Gail goes after the Diva's Champ. They each trade shots over and over again until they both clothesline Jillian and Maryse over the top rope at the same time. They help The Bella's up and raise their arms together.
We go to backstage in a lockeroom where we have Randy Orton giving orders to Rhodes, MVP, and Henry. In comes the Unified Tag Team Champions Jerishow, and Jericho speaks, "Randy, if anybody is calling the shots of what is going on it will be me and not you. Understand?" They stare for a little while and Orton talks silently slowly raising his voice, "You are not, NOT in control of this team! I am the #1 contender and this is Team Orton and you should be honored to be a part of it, Chris... and you're going out their first." Orton seems angry, and storms out of the room.
Commercial Break
We return for the Main Event. Justin Roberts goes over the way the match works.

WWE RAW: Monday 11th January 2010...I am not really a fan of the pyrotechnics going off, but then going backstage, it just doesn't go with the flow in my opinion. Don't quite understand why Mark Henry and Montel Vontavious Porter are joining Cody Rhodes in attacking John Cena. Hopefully Mark Henry does something else, whereas MVP can try and feud Cena, whilst Cody could easily become like the WWE United States Champion at some point in 2010. I'd like to see him on his own, actually. Like that it burst out to the ring, too. Was nice. Looking good for an eight man tag team main event, but Randy Orton feuding John Cena again is a massive no-no for me, especially after the intense feud they had previously. It's not good anymore. After the hype for the Ironman match at Bragging Rights, I thought we'd never see it again for a long time. The fact it could take place on pay-per-view at the Royal Rumble makes my skin sizzle. Sheamus beating Jackson Andrews, the local competitor is useless. Sheamus is going backwards, and I am not looking too forward to where he could be next. Jamie Noble attacking Sheamus, really? I hate that you're making all of these smaller guys look dominant, especially when they don't need to be; Jamie Noble's done enough to retire now and become a road agent, and Chavo Guerrero is no longer relevent, in fact if I'm honest, looking at the fact that he headlined SmackDown to face Batista last Friday, it really turned me off. Don't let Sheamus become an average embarrassment of Noble like Chavo has to Batista. Sort of similar angles going on. Triple H and Shawn Michaels' segment was nice, but should have been in the ring in my mind. I feel that this layout is getting annoying though, personally. Also, a lot has changed, and that isn't a good thing to me. Why is Cryme Tyme suddenly on RAW? Kaval back? Since when? Et cetera. I just feel like you've resigned way too many people in a short time period, and it's putting me off slightly. It's still an enjoyable read, but I fully live by realism, and while it's good you're doing all of this, and you are an exceptional writer and story creator, but half of the stories aren't realistic, or just wouldn't work in my mind. Oh, and I wish that all the show was in normal size=2 and not all in red, as it bugs my eyes a little. The continuous DX angles remind me of the Attitude Era, though, which is a positive thing. Santino Marella getting a talk show is good, though 'Santino's Square' sounds suckish. Wish it was 'Santino's Casa' just like the WWE.com segment he hosted. Another random addition to RAW; Vance Archer and Jimmy Wang Yang are both not needed on RAW. Archer winning is pathetic, and really, Sheamus' squash was more relevent than this. Nowadays, there will never be more than one squash match on RAW, in fact there is rarely more than one in an entire week. Okay win for the Bella Twins, but please don't make them credible rivals for the WWE Divas Championship. Maryse has a lot of enemies, good. Team Cena beating Team Orton was okay, no problem. But thirty minutes for this match is a bit ridiculous. Overall, it was a good show, and the direction of this diary is good, but I cannot keep up with it. You've added and switched positions of so much talent on the roster, I cannot dig it under realistic terms. It's hard to keep up with it, because even if I miss ECW on SyFy, like a lot will have changed. Not to mention, you've got way too much talent doing nothingness, then Jamie Noble and Chavo Guerrero in main programs; not good. On the upside, you are talented.

Note: I am cutting down on the match details all together excluding Pay-Per-Views, making it easier for me with the other things I am doing lately.ECW - January 12 James Brown Arena - Augusta, GA
The show kicks off with the regular pyro effects and such, and is followed up by the new music of Primo. He makes his way down to the ring with Rosa next to him. He gets on the mic and talks about what went down last week and shows the clip of him taking the contract of Rosa. He speaks on for a couple minutes before he is cut off by Curt Hawkins. He speaks at him speaking mainly about how he stuck his nose in business that doesn't belong and such. This brings out Zack Ryder, and he claims no one deserves somebody as lovely as Rosa except him. They all talk at each other until Tiffany comes out and gets them to quiet down. She says she knew something like this would happen and next week it will be Primo vs Curt Hawkins vs Zack Ryder with Rosa on the line.
Commercial Break
Mike Knox and Eric Escobar w/Vickie Guerrero vs The Hurricane and Goldust
We return with Hurricane and Goldust coming out. They are followed by Mike Knox, then Eric Escobar. An okay match here as Goldust had the upper hand early on over Knox, but when Escobar made the blind tag he would take ultimate control. Hurricane would get the tag in and make tons of offensive work to Escobar's lower body, until he was hit with a big boot. Escobar and Knox kept control for most of the match then. Goldust made a blind tag however, and after Knox hit the Knox Out on Hurricane, he was rolled up for the 3.
Winners of the match: The Hurricane and Goldust (5:35) **
We cut backstage to Abraham Washington in Tiffany's office. He seems to be hitting on her and she takes it, not really caring. Washington offers her to be his guest next week, not on the Abraham Washington Show, but on a date. She says no at first, but comes around after and agrees.
Up next is the debut of Bryan Danielson.
Commercial Break
We return with a hype video for Edge returning at the Royal Rumble.
Bryan Danielson vs Yoshi Tatsu
Tatsu is already in the ring after the hype video. Out comes Bryan Danielson to a mixed reaction, the crowd unsure of his alignment. The bell rings and Danielson offers to shake Tatsu's hand, but pulls it away. He gets lots of offense in showing an aggressive side to him early on, but pulls out eventually. Multiple suplex variations off from Danielson, but Tatsu begins to fight back with hard kicks to the side. He takes control for a minute before Danielson ducks a roundhouse kick and pulls off the Cattle Mutilation, leading to Tatsu giving up.
Winner of the match: Bryan Danielson (3:58) *1/2
Post-match, Danielson taunts to the crowd and walks over to Tatsu. He offers to help him up, and does so. He shakes his hand, but they are ambushed from behind by Shelton Benjamin. Haas makes his way in behind Benjamin and tells him to stop, but he pushes Charlie away and delivers the Paydirt on Danielson. Haas looks on in anger at Benjamin, who doesn't take lightly to it and slaps his partner before walking out.
Commercial Break
We return where backstage we have Savannah with Tommy Dreamer. She asks him about what went on last week losing to Eric Escobar. He told her it was his own fault and he didn't prepare properly. He mentions how tonight Tiffany asked him to pick a team to face Escobar and Knox, and when he chose Goldust and Hurricane he had faith in them. He believed they were better then 'the scum like Eric Escobar and Mike Knox'. Before he can say anymore, over comes Vickie Guerrero, yelling at him. He tells her to shut her disgusting mouth before he is clotheslined by Escobar. He has Knox with him and they stomp him down till referees can pull them away.
We go to a locker room and see Kozlov and Regal talking over things. In comes Drew Dalton, and he nods to them. They begin to walk out to the hall as their match is next.
Commercial Break
Ezekiel Jackson, Christian, and Tyler Reks vs ECW Champion William Regal, Vladimir Kozlov, and Drew Dalton
We return with Dalton and the Roundtable coming to the ring. They are followed by the individual entries of Reks, Christian, and Jackson. Kozlov and Christian start things off and it is pretty slow paced for the most part. They both trade momentum for the first couple minutes of the match before Christian dropkicks Kozlov and tags in Reks, who begins to strike him viciously before being dropped hard with a spinebuster. This allows Dalton to be tagged in and aggressively work on Reks. He stays in for a few minutes until Reks clotheslines him over the top rope and we go to commercial. Upon return we have Reks and Kozlov in the ring again, and Reks works his way back and tags in Jackson. Lots of heavy action coming from Jackson as he maintains control for the most part. Kozlov scrambles to his corner and tags in Dalton. They work hard at each other and Jackson manages to tag in Christian, who brawls at his recent rival. They stay in together with Dalton taking control half way through the 4 minutes there. They each make tags, Jackson and Regal both coming in. The ECW Champ seems afraid, and begins to go to his corner but Jackson knocks him down and then his partners. He brings the champ up into a corner and is prepared to beat the hell out of him before Kozlov hits him with a chair from behind for the DQ.
Winners of the match via disqualification: Ezekiel Jackson, Christian, and Tyler Reks (14:39) ***
Post-match, an all out brawl between all 6 man endures with Reks being tossed out of the ring first and then Christian taking Dalton over the top rope with himself. Jackson is left brawling with his opponents at Royal Rumble, but the numbers game gets to him and Kozlov and Regal get the upper hand before Kozlov chokeslams him. Regal takes his ECW Championship from the referee, but Kozlov refuses to raise his arm as he glares at the ECW Championship again to end ECW.

-> According to sources, the WWE's signing from a while back with Goldberg is still in tact. It is a short-term contract, and he is apparently only back for one big feud to enter. He should be making his return soon, and it seems as if he will not have much ring work done in the time he is around. -> Expect the last of the Royal Rumble Qualifiers to be done next week, as not many spots are left in the match, and only a couple weeks away from the Pay-Per-View. -> The rivalry with Chavo Guerrero/Rey Mysterio and Batista is expected to be put away soon, as WWE feels that Rey and Batista need to be in different scenes on the roster. As for Chavo at this point, it is unknown.

Smackdown - January 15 James Brown Arena - Augusta, GA
After the intro video and pyros and a shot of the crowd, we have CM Punk make his way out to the ring. He's holding the briefcase and brings the mic up and takes a few shots at the crowd calling them "beer guzzlers" and "lung cloggers". He talks about beating R-Truth last week and then moves onto The Undertaker and the bounty is still up for grabs. This brings out Paul Heyman and he tells Punk he is wise, but still a coward for putting a bounty up to take out his opponent at the Royal Rumble. He says that since he is going to be letting somebody else take care of his dirty work, he can not lay his hand on The Undertaker until their match at Royal Rumble unless it is in a match, or else he is fired. Punk is furious as we go to commercial.
Commercial Break
Paul Burchill w/Drew McIntyre vs Finlay
We return with Finlay coming down to the ring. Out comes Burchill with McIntyre. The match goes back and forth throughout, and both men get some powerful moves in on each other. They end up getting outside the ring at one point and McIntyre beats down Finlay well Burchill distracts the referee in the ring. Finlay is rolled back in and is hit with the re-debuting move, the Flip Bottom, as soon as he gets up and is pinned.
Winner of the match: Paul Burchill (5:23) **
Post-match we have McIntyre get into the ring and both men begin to beat down on Finlay. Out comes R-Truth with a chair in his hand and he hits McIntyre with it. Burchill slips out of the ring and runs back to pull McIntyre to safety from Truth, who helps Finlay up and taunts.
We see Big Show and Chris Jericho making their way down to the ring.
Commercial Break
We return and out comes Jeri-Show. Jericho, as usual, speaks for the both of them doing his usual "hypocrites" "parasites" plug and then says that no matter who becomes their next number 1 contenders, they will fall to the 'greatest tag team in the world'. They take a seat ringside.
#1 Contenders Match to the Unified Tag Team Championship Carlito and Chris Masters vs World's Greatest Tag Team
Carlito and Benjamin start it off and it's pretty high paced between these two. Each men get a lot of offense in but Carlito ultimately takes the control from Shelton and him and Masters trade tags back and forth. Haas gets tagged in and gets lots of work in. He checks on Shelton after about a minute of control, and Masters comes up from behind and applies the Masterlock. He whips him back and forth and eventually gets the win.
Winners of the match: Carlito and Chris Masters (6:08) **1/2
Post-match, Masters and Carlito celebrate their victory, and Jerishow is satisfied with who they are facing. Shelton makes his way over to Haas and helps him up and checks on him in the corner. Haas knees him in the groin and hits tons of strikes knocking him back to the opposite ropes and clotheslines him over against the announce table. He taunts at Benjamin.
Commercial Break
Non-Title Match Beth Phoenix vs Diva's Champion Michelle McCool
We return with Phoenix getting her way down to the ring and McCool comes out after. The bell rings and Phoenix gets lots of aggressive moves on the Champ, and keeps it on for over 2 minutes before Layla comes down to the ring and she lightly pushes McCool for the DQ.
Winner of the match via Disqualification: Michelle McCool (2:59) *
Phoenix is angry, and she begins to attack both women. She does this for about a minute, taking her time, and clears them out of the ring and taunts.
We cut backstage after and Josh Mathews introduces his guests at this time, Rob Van Dam and Booker T. He asks him about their likelihood of facing Dolph Ziggler at the Royal Rumble. They take turns with each other saying each that they have considered it, but both say they will win the Royal Rumble. They argue a bit as Dolph walks in and tells them they shouldn't even try.
Batista is shown making his way down to the ring.
Commercial Break
Batista comes down to the ring after we return and lets the crowd boo him. He speaks up and mentions how back at Survivor Series, he destroyed Rey Mysterio. He then speaks of Eddie's music being played after it, and he said he had no idea how stupid Chavo was. He blames him for Rey's injuries, and his own. He shows what he has done in a compilation video since Bragging Rights, and it lasts about a minute and a half. He then calls Chavo out. He waits, and calls him out again knowing he isn't here tonight. He begins guarentee he will win the Royal Rumble match, and Rey Mysterio makes his way out to the ramp limping. He speaks about what Batista did last week was worse then everything else combined, and now Rey won't be able to compete for weeks. He tells Batista he guarantees that 'The Animal' won't win the Royal Rumble match, which gets him mad, and Rey begins to walk away but stops himself to tell Batista he better be ready for his match. Out comes John Morrison and walks out to the center of the ramp and does his taunt. It'll be him vs Batista next.

He keeps it in for almost 5 minutes and beats the living hell out of the former Intercontinental Champion. He grabs the steel steps on the outside out of rage and tosses them into the ring. RVD is tagged and he goes for the 5 star frog splash, but Kidd rolls away and Smith clotheslines Booker over the top rope before hitting a running powerslam on RVD and gets the surprise pinfall.

Taker stares at Punk, and taunts again to end Smackdown.

-The opening segment sounded pretty good, like the idea of Punk putting a bounty on 'Taker's head -Burchill over Finlay is sweet and I like the Burchill/McIntyre pairing -Didn't even know that the World's Greatest Tag Team reunited in this. Surprised Carlito & Masters won -I like Beth taking out both McCool & Layla -RVD & Booker are going after the IC Title? Didn't expect that -Morrison over Batista is excellent, really helps get Morrison even more over -Not a fan of Booker & RVD/Dynasty being so short, but glad the Dynasty got the win -The Brothers of Destruction winning was the right move, liked that Kane was ready to take the bounty, but 'Taker spoiled it
Very solid Smackdown, a few things I didn't agree with, but for the most part, it was very good.

Raw, MVP and Mark Henry aligned with Orton? Unique to say the least... Shocked to see Santino go over the US Champion, Miz, but it was non-title, so it's all good. I hope Santino doesn't become the Champion, though. I'm not sure where you are going with DX, I can't put my finer on it. Meh, could care less for Divas action. Good to see MVP and Henry pushed, but not sure about them being heels. HBK leaving HHH? Interesting. Wow, huge squash for Sheamus. Vance Archer on Raw? Unsure about that decision. Good to see Kaval getting a win here, but I hope Kingston doesn't job out. A Disqualification victory for Cena is good because it doesn't really hurt Swagger. A Punt to Cena on Raw? The Punt is usually a career ending move, but I suppose Superman can get away with that, so I'll let you off.
Overall, I think it was a good Raw, just a few decisions I am unsure about, though. I'll be reading on either way.

ECW on SyFy: Tuesday 19th January 2010...Need to get back into this somehow. Alright, sort of a weird way to kick things off if I'm honest, with Bryan Danielson and Yoshi Tatsu teaming up against the lone Charlie Haas. Why is Haas alone? Handicap matches should never occur unless it is hyped, and this didn't seem to be hyped. Danielson winning is okay, but there really wasn't need for Yoshi to be there. Also personally think it could have started the show stronger with a promo. I sure hope Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas don't rebond as the World's Greatest Tag Team to be honest. They went seperate ways; Shelton doesn't need it, nor does Haas [even though Haas can't get over alone]. Not fond of this, even if it is a positive mood for the tag tea division. Abraham Washington and Tiffany's date seemed amusing. I felt that the triple threat match could have been without, considering we've had a triple threat match and a handicap match on the same show. Not fond of Rosa Mendes going to Primo unless Zack Ryder get's a push. Actually seems like an interesting storyline though, could develop Primo's persona, and advances Ryder and Curt Hawkins feud [which I personally think should be nearing the end now]. Lastly, good main event with Christian and Ezekiel Jackson beating William Regal and Vladimir Kozlov. Good show with a nice step in the right direction. I'll try to get back into this.

-Interesting that Jackson is a face in this diary, good opening segment -Weird handicap match, but as long as Bryan Danielson keeps winning keep it up -Knox and Escobar together could be interesting -Tiffany sabotaging Abe's date is going good so far, but I feel she will eventually enjoy it -Not a fan of Primo getting the girl, don't like him at all -Washington at GM will be good -Jackson and Christian winning is great, figured that would happen
Solid ECW, some stuff I didn't like, but for the most part, good stuff

Smackdown - January 22 Bi-Lo Center, Greenville, SC
We get the whole pyro display and such and following that we immediately have the lights go out. The crowd goes nuts right off, but the lights come back on and CM Punk comes out mocking them. He gets on the mic once in the ring and asks them if they expected somebody else. He says they shouldn't of, because he is the World Heavyweight Champion. Punk goes on about how that the bounty is still up for grabs. He says that if nobody gets it by the Royal Rumble, he will simply refuse to compete following him beating Taker. This causes Kane to come out. He tells Punk he doesn't have to worry, because he will make sure his brother doesn't even make it standing to the Last Man Standing match. He laughs and Punk says he'll be watching.
Commercial Break
Paul Burchill and Drew McIntyre vs Finlay and R-Truth
We return with this tag match going to happen after all the entrances. Burchill and Finlay start. They have lots of action go between the two, and Truth gets in eventually. He keeps control until McIntyre gets the blind tag. We get lots of trades of momentum as well as trades of who's in the match during it, and it is kind of sloppy. Truth is hit with a huge DDT by McIntyre on the outside well Burchill hits the Flip Bottom on Finlay for the 3.
Winners of the match: Paul Burchill and Drew McIntyre (6:15) **
Post-match we have McIntyre get into the ring to celebrate with Burchill.
We cut backstage to see Paul Heyman and Jerishow. Paul tells them they better be ready to defend those titles tonight, and they better not try and get out easy. Show says he beat that team a few years ago with Kane, and he has a better partner in Jericho now and it'll be even easier. Jericho does his whole best in the world at what he does bit and claims that this is just descending the ladder for competition.
Commercial Break
Unified Tag Team Championship Jerishow(c) vs Chris Masters and Carlito
We return with Masters and Carlito coming down to the ring. They are followed by Jerishow. Jericho and Masters start and it is pretty fast paced to kick it off. Masters and Carlito get advantage after making frequent tags to each other. Jericho manages to rake the eyes of Masters and tag in Show. He gets in and cleans house of the two. He eventually catches them both by the throat and delivers a double chokeslam for the pin.
Winners and still Unified Tag Team Champions: Jerishow (9:51) **1/2
Post-match, Jerishow celebrates their retaining and Jericho gets on the mic. He demands for some real competition. Out come The Rotundos. Jericho and Show burst out laughing. Bo speaks up for both of them, he asks Jerishow if they really think they are the best tag team ever. They say they know they are, and The Rotundos end up challenging them to a match for the gold next week. Jericho laughs at them even more and agrees.
Commercial Break
We return with the video for Edge's return.
Batista and The Hart Dynasty vs Rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, and John Morrison
After the video we have all the men enter. Morrison and DHS start things off. The match seems pretty one sided to start thinks off and DHS has the early offense with some power moves. Morrison fights back fast and hits lots of moves of his own. He eventually tags in Rey who gets leg work on the big man. DHS eventually hits a big boot and tags in Kidd. He works on Mysterio and keeps the control. The match breaks out after Rey hits a hurricanrana and tosses Kidd out of the ring and everybody gets involved.
Commercial Break
Upon return we have everything clear now with Batista and Morrison in the ring. He has a headlock applied and we are reminded about Morrison's upset victory last week. Some good action goes between these two after Morrison escapes. They are both in the ring together for a solid 4 minutes or so. Morrison trips Batista up in between the ropes and takes out The Hart Dynasty well Rey gets in and goes for the 619. Batista catches him, however, and Morrison rolls him up from behind fast for the pin!
Winners of the match: John Morrison, Rey Mysterio, and Chavo Guerrero (15:51) ***
After the match, Batista is raging with anger. Morrison, Mysterio, and Guerrero celebrate. Batista gets up and begins to take them all out. Once The Hart Dynasty gets in to help, Batista takes them out to. He destroys all 5 men and stands tall over all.
We are told Beth Phoenix vs Michelle McCool is next.
Commercial Break
Non-Title Match; Layla is banned from Ringside Women's Champion Michelle McCool vs Beth Phoenix
We return and McCool makes her way to the ring, seemingly scared. Phoenix follows. The bell rings and Beth gets early domination over McCool. She delivers tons of powerful moves but McCool gets some cheap shots in after the referee pulls Beth away. McCool goes for a top rope crossbody but is caught with a huge powerslam. Beth basically dominates from here and finishes it off with the Glam Slam for the win.
Winner of the match: Beth Phoenix (5:59) *1/2
Post-match, Phoenix steps out of the ring and grabs the Women's Title. She stares at it. From behind, however, Layla jumps onto her back. Phoenix seems irritated, and throws Layla over onto the floor. McCool comes from behind and clotheslines her. She begins to attack the victor along with Layla. She takes the Women's Title and tells Beth it's hers.
We cut backstage to Josh Mathews with Dolph Ziggler. Josh says he understands Paul Heyman granted Ziggler the opportunity to pit 2 former Intercontinental Champions against each other tonight. Ziggler says it is true, and he has selected former tag team champions together, Booker T and Rob Van Dam. He tells them they shouldn't dare step into the open invitational though, because it would be meaningless cause he would remain the champ.
Commercial Break
Booker T vs Rob Van Dam
We return and Booker makes his way to the ring, followed by RVD. As the bell rings they seem like they don't wanna face each other. Out comes Ziggler and he says if they don't have their match, Ziggler will personally make sure they don't make it to the Royal Rumble at all. RVD and Booker look to each other, shrug, and step out of the ring. They begin to go after Ziggler together. The IC Champ backs off quickly. This allows the referee to count to 10.
Winner of the match: No Contest
The crowd is disappointed by this as RVD and Booker go backstage. The camera follows them and Ziggler attacks them both with the IC title. He taunts at them telling them never to cross his path again.
We then go to a different area where we see CM Punk in his locker room. The lights begin to flicker, and Punk doesn't seem phased by it. In comes Heyman, and Punk flinches when the door opens. Paul mocks him and says 'expecting somebody else?'. He tells Punk that since next week is the last show before the Royal Rumble, and Punk has been off a lot as of late, he will be in action against the man who has upset Batista two weeks in a row, John Morrison. As for The Undertaker, he doesn't need to come around unless he chooses to, so Punk might want to watch his back.
Our main event is next.
Commercial Break
Undertaker vs Kane
We return and Kane makes his way down to the ring, followed by his brother, the #1 contender. The bell rings and these two brothers go back and forth. Kane takes full control first and dominates. He delivers tons of powerful moves such as hard uppercuts, big boots, and clotheslines. He goes for a top rope clothesline but Taker avoids it and hits a big boot of his own on Kane's rise. It doesn't knock him down and Taker just delivers a series of blows until he goes down. Taker then has control for the next couple minutes. Kane fights back though and hits a huge clothesline over the top rope to keep us wondering if Taker can come back against his brother.
Commercial Break
We return with Taker in control in the corner. He delivers lots of hard strikes to the ribcage and Kane is in pain from it. Taker holds control until Kane misses a big boot and accidentally clocks the referee. Taker then begins to strike him viciously. Out come running The Hardy Boyz with Punk following behind holding his bounty briefcase. They begin to attack Taker along with Kane. A triple team forms but Taker fights back quickly knocking both Hardys over the top rope and chokeslamming his brother upon rise. Punk then hops onto the apron and hits The Deadman with the briefcase, laying him out. Kane gets up eventually as does the referee and waits for his brother to get up. He does and Kane delivers a chokeslam for the pin.
Winner of the match: Kane (14:36) ***
After the match, Kane laughs evilly and Punk gets into the ring slowly. He has the briefcase in hand but Taker sits up. Kane doesn't notice, and then follows Punk's eyes. He turns to his brother and picks him back up and begins to strike even more. Taker fights back and Kane gets out of the ring. Punk scrambles but Taker grabs him by the shirt and yanks him back, having Punk drop the briefcase. He lifts Punk up and delivers the Last Ride before taunting over him to end Smackdown.
