Everything around me is silent, despite being deafening. I'm sitting in my gear, a black sleeveless shirt, think Quackenbush, and red tights with black lighting bolts across the sides. My black boots still look raddy. The tape on my hand is still fresh and stiff. I pull my knee pads up, just as Daniel Power opens my door, quickly saying "Lets Go Kid..". My mind is racing. How did I get here. This is it. This is what I've spent a life's journey. My debut match. It's finally here. I exit the locker, only to see Chris and Brittney waiting for me. They wish me luck, but I can't say anything. I can't believe that I made it, just to here. 'Born in the USA' hits and Daniel Powers walks out, with Zeus and Jaysin Sabbath already in the ring. 'Crosstown Traffic' by Jimi Hendrix hits and I completely transform. The scared young wrestler, about to wrestle his first official match, into a scared fan, about to wrestle his first match..

Your last entry was really good. I was able to visualise everything really well. I love it when people can get so into diaries like this and almost make it seem like it's really something that happened to them. Keep it up man. Your doing amazing so far.

Nice entry. The diary has been great. As Blade said this seems like you have experienced it. This gets better every entry. Keep up the good work and expect a longer reply with the next entry.
FCCW Reply please?

The last update was my favourite yet. You capture the atmosphere around Original so well, it's as if I'm there seeing it happen. I can't wait for the next update.

I step through the curtain, in total Eric Young mode. I don't know if it was my character shining through, or my own personal stage fright. I look up to see Power in the ring clapping. I look around, the entire audience applauding me. I walk around the ring, high fiving the fans. I rush the ring, but I trip on the way, through the ropes. I stagger up as Power whispers "Nice Move Kid, that'll really make them believe your untrained."...yeah...that was planned...lets go with that. So me and Power had a short conversation in the corner. He basically told me that I need to be on the apron, really really loudly. So I stepped through the ropes, and started clapping.
Jaysin Sabbath and Zeus vs. Daniel Power and The Fan Power kept Sabbath on defense. He did show a lot of powerful moves for a good minute and a half, until Sabbath made a quick tag, to Zeus. Zeus, being a 6'6 monster, pushed down Power, and took a glance at me. Zeus lifted Power over his head, hitting his, apparently patented 'BRAINBUSTAAAAAAAAAAAH!'. He got a two count, but I broke it up, but then chicken crapted out of the ring, as Zeus charged for me. Zeus tagged in to Sabbath, who went on the cocky offense. Sabbath taunted at me, but the referee made sure I stayed on the ring apron. Sabbath had Power in DDT position, but when the referee had his back turned, I made my way to the top rope, I dropkicked Sabbath in the back. The audience erupted as I connected. I rolled back onto the apron, and got a 'We Will Rock You' stomp going. All the emotions I've ever felt, were coming out full force, and I wanted in there in the worst way. Power made the hot tag, and I jumped over the rope, clotheslined Sabbath, who truth be told, was barely taller than me. Then gave Zeus an almost picture perfect AJ Styles Elbow shot. Zeus crumbled to the floor, as Jaysin slowly stood up. I motioned to the audience that something was coming, then ran against the ropes, and hit a enzuguri. Sabbath did sell that really well, doing a flip and such. I looked at Sabbath, down on the mat covering his face(blading himself to be honest), then at the crowd. I went back up to the top rope, and hit an RVD inspired frog splash. I landed perfectly on the stomach of Sabbath, to make the three count, winning my first match.
Winners: The Fan and Daniel Power
I celebrated like no tomorrow. Kinda like what Colin Delaney did. Daniel Power looked at me with a look of horror. I motioned 'What?'. I found out seconds later, when a tree limb hit me in the back of the neck. I soon found out that it wasn't a tree limb, it was a Zeus limb. Daniel Power rushed in, to save_me, but Zeus left the ring, before HoganPower could avenge me. The 'medics' helped me to the back, as I heard the ring announcer thank the fans for coming out...and honestly...it was the best feeling I've ever had.

Wow. Really nice first match. It's cool that you won and all, but don't win every single match obviously. I love how well written this diary is. It makes me miss my old "WRESTLING_SPIRIT.Y2J" diary. Hell, just from reading this, it has me wanting to bring that back. Keep up the great work Matt. I'm looking forward to more of this.

Don't worry we can't win 'em all. And bringing back your Y2J thing would be awesome man.

Incredible entry man, no joke. You could totally visualize this, and It was easy to get into. I love how you write this man.

Usually I don't like a paragraph of full wrestling moves but I enjoyed that it had the right mix between calling the moves and the atomsphere. Bit unrealistic about Sabbath blading himself in a small indy show lol, still no name huh?, hope this develops well I'm hoping for a Zeus/You match soon and maybe some indy stars making an appearence good luck and keep this rolling because Power-mania is running wild brother like its never run wild before!

Liking the idea behind this Matt, you might want to turn down all the wrestler references when delivering moves but it doesn't bother me. Nice to see you win your first match, doubt you'll go on an undefeated streak seeing as you got attacked after the match. I hope this diary actually lasts to the point you wrestle at Wrestlemania 30 or something, hehe.

I loved the last update, the way you write really helps to visualize everything that is happening, whether it be in the ring or your feelings while wrestling. I really hope that you keep this going, since it's one of my favourite diaries to read right now.
