I started and ended the show cool! Red Assassins alright name, face turn for Assassin...again. Great to see Punk pick up a victory in a great opening match. Jordan Devine being pushed is intresting wonder were this will go. Suprised Nick Jacobs didn't call out Aotf or something, I thought that something was needed there. Carnage picking up the win is ok but I can see a future feud with Necro Butcher in the future (more like hope) McCraver wins! I would be a little upset how Safu lost but your write up made it sound great. Loving seeing us win as the babyface team, some team in NWC needs to step up, cool to see us using power moves to adapt to their style, and its good how you use the finishing moves like Red Dragon Driver cause some sims just make their own moves up. Can't wait for the next show hopefully Ryland will win but who knows! Keep it up

This has been a fun diary thus far, It's very realistic with Danielson bringing in his ROH buddies and such.
I really like the booking thus far, I like the work that my guy is doing. 2-1 record baby! Anyway, I would have changed up the brackets a bit. The matchups have been great, but I would have had a heel get the bye into the finals, and the top face (Ryland) having to face Anoa'i, then overcoming the "Monster heel" he would go into the finals facing a fresh McCraver.
The tournament finals does look good though, I see Ryland making history and becoming the first NWC world champion. Also this Aries/Jacobs feud has been interesting thus far, I can't wait to see what goes down on the next show.
Keep up the good work.

Welcome to our live coverage of National Wrestling Circuit's fourth show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This week's special guest has been revealed to be ROH Wrestling Accademy student, Mitch Franklin. Tonight, NWC will also be crowning their first ever world champion, following the main event. The name of tonight's show has been reported as "Crowning a Champion". 1) Jordan Devine defeated Tim Smith (16:12) with the "Moon Over Miami". ***1/4. You couldn't have asked for a better match to start off the show. Even though he didn't win, Smith shined brighter than ever in this match. Although it wasn't too clear last week, his gimmick's basically that of a collegiate wrestler, coming out with traditional wrestling tights, along with the head gear, as well. His fighting style's also mainly mat-based. On the other hand, like I said before, Devine's a phenominal athlete, who can pretty much carry anyone to a decent match. I'd love to see these two go at it again in the future. 2) Kid Carnage defeated Brock Irish (9:03) after nailing him with the Tiger Driver. **3/4. Yet another really solid match. Although clearly a hardcore wrestler, Carnage surprisingly worked well with Irish, a hard-hitting MMA-like fighter. Both men really beat each other senselessly, resulting in a very stiff bout. The match came to a finish when Carnage countered a German suplex in mid-air into the Tiger Driver for the three count. --- After the match, Carnage and Irish shook hands, and seemed to have formed some kind of alliance. Keep in mind that both men are not your respectful bunch, so a handshake coming from each of them is pretty rare. --- 3) The Red Assassins defeated Eddie Rodriguez and Safu Anoa'i (14:59) after Assassin hit the "Dragon's Way" on Rodriguez. ***1/2. It just goes to show you how dominant the Red Assassins are right now. Not only did they take down the impressive, Rodriguez, but they also took down the beast, Safu Anoa'i. Dare I say it, but as singles wrestlers, Assassin and Red Dragon were pretty much your average jobbers, but as a team, they're simply amazing. 4) Nick Jacobs defeated Steven Kagemann (6:25) with the "Guitar Solo". *. Not much to say about this match, as it went by rather quickly. From the offense we saw from Kagemann, he didn't look half-bad. Jacobs is on an absolute tear right now, so it's really going to be interesting to see how he fairs against the Age of the Fall next week. --- Intermission break. --- 5) Nikollaj Punk defeated Mitch Franklin (18:33) with the "Nikollaj Driver". **1/2. A long and boring match, but the finish was pretty surprising. This was one of those matches that ended up being bad live, but turn out to be awesome on DVD. I would've never thought that Franklin would be on the losing side, and being a big Nikollaj fan, myself, I was glad to see him pick up the win. 6) NWC World Championship - Matt Ryland defeated Anthony McCraver (31:04) with the "That's Original!" to become the first champion. ****1/4. As expected, this was one hell of a match-up. Not to mention, McCraver couldn't have played the heel role in this match any better than he did. With a countless number of near-falls, this match will surely be one that remains in my heart forever. The finish saw McCraver attempting to win the match "I'd Hit It", but out of nowhere, Ryland knocked him with the "That's Original!" for the epic three count. --- As confetti poured down from the ring, Bryan Danielson made his way down the entrance ramp, and officially crowned Matt Ryland as the first ever NWC World Champion. With a tear in his eye and his newly won world championship around his shoulder, Ryland grabbed a microphone and dedicated his title win to all of the faithful NWC fans. --- There's no other way to put it: Matt Ryland's championship victory was truly heart-warming. He's easily the best face in National Wrestling Circuit right now, which made him one-hundred percent worthy of becoming the first world champion. What's really going to be interesting is Ryland's upcoming title reign. Whether he's defending the belt against Nick Jacobs, Safu Anoa'i, or Jordan Devine, I'm sure that all of Ryland's matches with his belt on the line will be spectacular. Expect another huge blog write-up from Danielson this upcoming week.

Your diary is a good read. I had Dragon/Assassin teaming a week before you, so I was just stating what I saw. But you seem to have a whole different storyline than I do, so its fine man. I like the name Red Assassins too. I won't use it, but good pick. Please reply to the SMA.

Having the top face as the World Champion is a good direction, seeing as McCraver might be the top heel, him as champion would be a good direction as well so the fans will come every week to see him cheat, or get his ass kicked.
