First match sounded allright but drop the colleage wrestler gimmick, stiff match maybe continue till next week in a hardcore match? Oh an Alliance! Hopefully nothing for the Red Assassins to worry about *gulp* Happy with the Red A's match basically a match to put us over. Jacobs is on a role baby, can't wait for next times match but again I think a promo was needed. boring match yawn, if you were going to do a crappy match put it lower down the card, Great main event glad a face won but that rivally must continue. Spotlight well deserved and the sticky. Can't wait for the Danielson blog hopefully that has the card for next time and i'm expecting aepic write up on the age of fall match. Keep it up. Reply to RSW please

There are numerous rumors going around online that Bryan Danielson's small independent promotion, National Wrestling Circuit, will begin holding drug tests for their superstars, as soon as next week. It should also be noted that Danielson has openly expressed how much he detests the fact that many athletes have been using performance-enhancing drugs in recent years. With that being said, it should be interesting to see what happens if any of Danielson's students are tested positive. Bryan Danielson has yet to confirm if these rumors are true, himself. More updates on this situation will be posted here, as soon as new information on this subject is revealed.

Wedneday, June 4th, 2008Sorry for not posting a blog last week. With the new world champion being crowned, I was busy with a whole bunch of things. To be honest with you all, I was very hesitant about posting one this week, as well, but I figured that it was necessary. Let me start things of by congratulating the first NCW World Champion, Matt Ryland, on his huge title win, this past Sunday. What's really amazing is how much Ryland's developed over the past couple of months. Once again, I tip my hat off to you for your hard efforts. Good luck defending the gold, man. As many of you may know, Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black of the Age of the Fall will be the special guests on this week's NCW show. They will be taking on the team of Nick Jacobs and an unidentified ROH mystery partner of his choosing in the main event. Newly crowned NCW World Champion will also be in action, as he defends his belt against the undefeated, Jordan Devine. Will Ryland be able to continue his hot streak against NCW's "greatest athlete", or will he ultimately fall to the "Moon Over Miami"? The newly formed team of Brock Irish and Kid Carnage will also be in action, as they take on the seemingly unstoppable team of the "Red Assassins". There is no doubt in my mind that this is going to be one hell of a show. All tickets will be sold at the door, starting at the price of $15. Don't miss out on this great experience. Before I take off today, I'd like to post the full results to the NCW World Championship tournament. Once again, congratulations, Mr. Ryland. You are a well-deserving champion. P.S. The rumors that were posted on Gerweck.net earlier in the week are one-hundred percent true. Adding to that news, any wrestlers that violate this policy will be released immediately. No exceptions. "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson

Welcome to our live coverage of National Wrestling Circuit's fifth show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tonight's special guests have been revealed to be Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black of the Age of the Fall, along with one other mystery ROH wrestler, who is supposedly going to be Nick Jacobs' tag-team partner. The name of tonight's show has been reported as "End Time". 1) The Red Assassins defeated Brock Irish and Kid Carnage (11:14) after Red Dragon hit the "Red Dragon Driver" on Irish. **3/4. Even though Carnage and Irish looked great out there as a team, the Red Assassins were just far too much for them, as they literally countered every big move that they threw at the duo. All and all, this was a decent match, which had the crowd glued to the ring. --- Before the match, Johnny Arsenic got on the microphone and began calling all Americans "trash". Trying to defend his country from Arsenic, Tim Smith came running down to the ring, and the referee called for the bell. --- 2) Johnny Arsenic defeated Tim Smith (6:31) with the "Dishonourable Discharge". *3/4. Arsenic absolutely slaughtered Smith in a very impressive showing. This is easily the worst I've ever seen Smith look in weeks. Not only was he not performing well, but you could tell that he just didn't want to be out in the ring tonight. The finish saw Smith walk right into the "Dishonourable Discharge" for a quick and easy three count. 3) Eddie Rodriguez (13:37) defeated Evan Pagano and Leon Trait after he nailed the Puerto Rican Splash on Pagano. ***1/4. All three men in this match looked fantastic, but the man that really shined was Rodriguez. His fighting style and look remind me of Carlito from the RAW roster. After some quick-paced back and forth action, while Trait was knocked out on the outside, Eddie managed to hit the "Puerto Rican Splash" on Pagano for the pinfall. 4) Anthony McCraver defeated Klinikz (2:22) with the "I'd Hit It". DUD. Tonight, we saw a completely different side of McCraver, as he pushed aside his comedic ways, and looked like an absolute murderer in the ring. I even counted the amount of moves Klinikz got in. Zero. Just amazing, to say the least. --- After the match, Anthony McCraver yelled for a microphone, and declared that he'd continue crushing his opponents weekly, until he recieved another shot at the NWC World Championship. The crowd was highly in disapproval over this. Nice heel mic work on McCraver's end. --- --- Intermission break. --- 5) NCW World Championship - Matt Ryland defeated Jordan Devine (18:05) with the "That's Original" to retain the NWC World Championship. ***1/2. Devine showed off some great moves, trying to weaken Ryland any way that he possibly could. With a heart of gold, however, Ryland came back from a beating, and managed to reverse the "Moon Over Miami" into the "That's Original" for the three count. Truly an excellent match put on by these two men. (1st defense) --- After Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black of the Age of the Fall made their entrance, Nick Jacobs called for his mystery partner backstage. It's Chris Hero. No f'ing joke. The crowd went absolutely wild, as Hero made his way down the entrance ramp, regardless of being a heel. For some odd reason, Larry Sweeney did not accompany him to the ring. My only guess is that his schedule must've gotten tied up. --- 6) The Age of the Fall defeated Chris Hero and Nick Jacobs (29:54) after Jimmy Jacobs made Nick Jacobs tap to the "End Time". ****1/4. Being in the ring with three other experienced ROH superstars, you would've thought that Nick Jacobs would've gotten lost in the mix, right? Wrong. In fact, he performed just as well as the other guys did. All four of these guys were taking some of the craziest bumps I've seen in years, including a missed suicide dive onto the announce table by Hero. The finish saw Jimmy catch Nick's "Guitar Solo" into his own signature move, the "End Time", which Nick tapped out to rather quickly. As the crowd chanted throughout the match, this match was truly "awesome". Pretty much your average NWC show (which definately isn't a bad thing), until the main event, which really made this show separate from the others. I don't think anyone expected Chris Hero to be Nick Jacobs' mystery partner, which really brought in excitement. Austin Aries was personally my pick to be Nick's mystery partner and probably would've been better suited for the match, but whatever. I'm not going to complain. The match ruled. End of discussion.

We cut to Nick Jacobs locker room, where he seems pissed after his loss to Age of the Fall. Jacobs: DAMN IT! I'M IN NO MOOD FOR A ING PROMO, GET OUT OF MY DAMN LOCKER ROOM!

Great show yet again, Red D's still on a roll wonder who will stop us? I like Arsenic you build him up well even though his name begins with Arse. Good Triple Threat, Eddie being like Carlitio is allright but I would have liked more on the match less about Eddie. Squash match could have been lower down the card, 1st defence from Ryland Whoo Mcraver rematch soon Double Whoo,Chris Hero how did you know I like him lol, Nice pick althought I would have liked to have more from Black, maybe even a double team move, it seemed a bit short as you siad quick highlights. Can't wait foe the next show but I would love for a bit more info. Reply to RSW please

The following statements were released on NWC's official homepage, just a couple days back: "National Wrestling Circuit has come to terms on the release of Klinikz, as of June 9th, 2008. We wish Klinikz the best in all future endeavors." and "National Wrestling Circuit has come to terms on the release of Tim Smith, as of June 10th, 2008. We wish Tim the best in all future endeavors." Klinikz was reportedly the first wrestler to fail NWC's new drug testing. Within an hour of recieving his results, Bryan Danielson terminated Klinikz's contract and released him from the company. Tim Smith, on the other hand, requested his release, claiming that he was unhappy with the way that the company was using him. He also refused to take any of the required drug tests. Reports backstage say that Danielson did not hesitate to release Smith from his contract. As far as I'm concerned, all of the remaining wrestlers on the NWC roster were clean. If we are informed of any further releases, the news will be posted here as soon as possible.

I'm really beginning to get behind The Red Assassins, they sound sweet! Eddie Rodriguez as Carlito is sweet, I can just picture him wrestling. McCraver destroying sounds nice, I like him. I didn't expect Ryland to lose the title so soon, but you picking Devine to challenge for the title is just plain awesomeness. Was shocked to see Hero in NWC. Another fantastic show!
