trust me bud. taker has been drawing since his career started in wwf, when hbk was nothing. undertaker has been the biggest draw in wwe for years now. get your facts straight.

Yeha but during that time, HBK really didn't draw if I remember correctly.
And from the 94 Royal Rumble, He took a much need sabbatical.
he wasn't on and off that much. He had a staph infection of his elbow during his feud with Foley at summerslam where he took a quick break

The fact that people think Flair at any point and time was better than HBK is depressing. How was he better? How? His battles with Steamboat? Sting?...both solid performers who much like HBK can bring out the best in anyone. I can't say the same for Flair. He doesn't bring the best out of other wrestlers. He was never all that exciting on the mic. HBK can have fans love him one minute and absolutely despise him the next. He knows how to play the role of both heel and face. Flair can't do that...at least not in the last 12 years he hasn't been able to. No matter if he is face or heel people cheer him because of his WOOOOOO. You can say they respect him as a wrestler but that is not it. They find him entertaining because of the little antics he does like his strut, his elbow dropping a microphone, his quotes that he has been saying for the last 20 years "to be the man WOOO you gotta beat the man"..."the jet flyin...kiss stealin blah blah blah" etc...
Now the smarks on wf will be quick to defend Flair... and rightfully so if you truly believe he is better than HBK.
but in my opinion he was never better than HBK.

Tons of guys have beaten Flair. So there are tons of "Men". lol, yep, HBK is not the only 'Man', but from what you are getting at, there are 3 i suppose, H, HBK & Take, the next wave:Cena, Orton, Dave & Edge. I define "THE MAN" to be the guy that if you beat on a major PPV, you've made it to a certainly higher plato than many many others in the WWE, you definately not in the cheap seats when considered for title runs, that's fo sure.

I guess he is, considering he ended Flair's career.

if you seriously think hbk is in the league of guys like steamboat, flair or macho man you need your head checked. Shawns in a completley different class then those guys. Those were all WRESTLERS Shawn is a PERFORMER. Shawn could out-perform any of those guys on their best day, and any of them could out-wrestle shawn on his best day (besides Macho). And when you mix those two styles you get one hell of a match. and to Sandman: You really just said the Exact Opposite of what flair is. That had to have been an april fools joke.

flair and dusty were the best performers. never man. their only performances is stuff like those brutal bloody matches they had in the 80's, but those few matches dont overshadow shawn's hundreds.

Knowing the type of guy HBK is, im pretty sure its likely he became a man before he was eighteen, IF you know what I mean.
