#CancelWWENetwork is trending. People are this butthurt about Roman Reigns winning? Talk about taking wrestling way too seriously. Like I get it, you like Reigns but you don't think hes ready. But you knew this was coming. Like Batista last year and John Cena in 2013. So why act surprised anymore? Why get this butthurt over something you knew was going to happen. I'm not one of these people angry. I have complete faith in WWE that they know what they're doing. They've never let me down before. I guess since I dont care for Ambrose, Bryan or Ziggler that I didn't have a problem and don't see the problem. Dean Ambrose is great but he's not WWE Championship material anytime soon. He's a solid higher midcard wrestler, especially with the gimmick he has. Daniel Bryan got injured and was out for 9 months. You can't expect WWE to stop the storylines they had going just for him to get him back into the title scene. He's going to get back there, just give WWE some time. Ziggler is the same as Ambrose. I'm not saying Ziggler doesn't deserve a title run, but you can't expect Dolph to be a long time title holder. Is this for real? You're really gonna go with the "let's see how it plays out" argument, despite the fact that thing always play out the exact, terrible way all of us saw coming a mile away?

I'm not thrilled about Reigns winning the rumble but the finish was such a letdown. I understand what they tried to do but the Philly crowd was too "Smart." The constant booing was also distracting. They forced The Rock into the finish to help Roman with the crowd. It would have made more sense to put Sting in that spot to move the feud with HHH forward. I was hoping for an exciting finish with Reigns, Ambrose, Rusev and Wyatt as the final four. (Or Ziggler) A bunch of near eliminations, etc etc.
And the Royal Rumble usually sets up a few other feuds leading to Wrestlemania; I don't think they set anything up besides the main event.

They didn't feel they got their money's worth so why wouldn't they want to cancel? It's the only thing they can do to get SOME attention.

People defending WWE are morons imo. Your mad at us for being upset at terrible booking after terrible booking? Especially during a time where they are shoving the network down our throats. Wake up!

Its seems like they decided Roman Reigns was going to be the guy and the WWE expected us to accept it - despite last year. So they picked Reigns because they think he will be the next face of the company. Looks, charisma blah blah blah...but then they didn't have a game plan to make him into a Wrestlemania main eventer. Its like a quarterback going into the huddle and saying "We're gonna score a touchdown on the next play! Break!" Wait what? What's the play?

I think you're not realising what I was quoting, the guy said that "the fact that thing always play out the exact, terrible way all of us saw coming a mile away?" Which I responded to with the greatest moment in my time as a wrestling fan, coming at WrestleMania last year when it didn't look likely until it actually happened.

Well, yeah, that's sort of the point. The Daniel Bryan situation would've played out the exact, terrible way we all thought it would if CM Punk didn't leave the company and force their hand. It's not like they actually had any sort of a real plan or anything; the situation was a total fluke that would never happen again (as evidenced by tonight).

Attachment DeletedNot for nothing but -- whole lot of "average" fans are totally happy with Reigns' win. Like -- thousands. Just one frame of a resoundingly pleased audience, from what I'm reading online. Outside of wrestling forums, of course.

I'm sure a few of the people that liked Roman winning will eventually dislike him. I don't think he's gonna get that bad of a response tomorrow when he enters on Raw.

Do you think he walked backstage and Cena was the first to greet him with, "Get used to it, son."?

The fact of the matter is Bryan had the improbable win dating ALL the way back to Summer Slam. He was screwed out of his title by the Authority, by Triple H himself. Where did that angle go eventually? To a match with Triple H or hell, even Shawn Michaels? No; to joining the ing Wyatts. And where was it going to go to go, even after the crowd hijacked last years Rumble? Maybe to the Main Event? No, to a ing match with Sheamus for the 3rd time in 4 years. It took one of the company's biggest talents to flat out quit on them for Bryan to get pushed into the Main Event. And then, THEN we got the payoff that we deserved. The payoff that dated all the way back to Summer Slam...

So youre telling me a guy who cocks his fist like a gun and does a spear as a finisher as his 2 major moves is going to have a believable match in the main event of WM against a guy who did like 1000 suplexes on 2 men and decimated them both like they were nothing
Is that really what WWE thinks is going to sell? Roman will look absolutely stupid in the ring with Brock.

Watching Sting perform at WM is it for me, I can feel it. WWE no longer has ANYTHING to offer me.
