From a person that was involved in WM weekend. Nobody big, but he said he didn't have his blood pressure medication. I hope it is not true. But hearing what other wrestlers/crew workers are saying about that weekend, it sounds possible. It seems odd that would be it, just because if it was something that he absolutely had to have daily, they could have easily gotten his doctor to get a prescription to someone in NO.

That's just what people that were around are saying. By his actions (hunched over alot, and short breathed.) and a caterer asked if he was ok. Warrior said he just forgot his medication and needed to rest but he would be OK.

If there were any warning signs of anything possibly wrong with Warrior, I just wanted to take a look back at this clip and point them out. This is the best clip I could find with the complete intro and everything.
When Warrior gets to the ring, there's kind of an awkward moment where the camera stays on the announcers a bit longer than it should have, and then it goes to the fan holding the Warrior Nation sign and back to the announcers and finally we see Warrior again start to climb up the steps into the ring. Then, we see a crowd shot and then another awkward shot of the announcers again and back to Warrior.
I believe during the first awkward shot of the announcers was done because Warrior was digging out his jacket from under the ring and putting it on. Whether he had any sort of difficulty getting it on, I'm not sure. Then, he does the first rope shake and steps into the ring and he's already huffing and puffing by that point. And the second rope shake and then a shot of the crowd where his wife and young daughters are front row cheering him on and a brief shot of Warrior breathing hard and another awkward long crowd shot around the 1:37 mark.
Finally, we see Warrior in the ring with the mic in hand and he yells out "Speak to me Warriors, along with trademark snarl, then a brief crowd shot and when he see Warrior again, he looks exhausted and lets out this weird looking breath at 1:51, almost looking like he's about to collapse and even takes a step or two forward and catches himself. I think that moment is key. I think he himself knows something is definitely wrong.
Then, he takes a long look out into the crowd and they cheer him on. Then, he's got a brief painful look on his face around 2:11 and at 2:12 he lets out a big breath. He says "As I thought about what I was going to say this evening, it's been hard for me to find the words." Then, he digs out the classic Warrior mask from his jacket pocket. And with a painful look on his face at about 2:33, he tells the camera guy to hold the mic for him while he puts the mask on.
Then, he cuts his famous profoundly eerie promo and right after he says "make the running of the man live forever" he takes this long strange breath at 3:45, then continues his promo.
After he says "The spirit of The Ultimate Warrior will run forever" and does his snarl, he looks completely exhausted and drained if you pause it at 4:42.
Then, he does another rope shake and steps out of the ring and looks like he has a bit of difficulty stepping through at 5:11 and he's still huffing and puffing while he walks down the ringside steps.
I just think there are a few key points in that clip that show clear warning signs that something was wrong and he himself knew it and wanted to say goodbye to his fans one last time.
However, in his last pictures shown with a few select fans on the Tuesday before his death, I think he looked fine. He looked better there than he did during his appearance on Raw.
Just remember, things happen for a reason. He said what he said for a reason. There was a reason he wanted to say what he said on Raw. He chose his words carefully. He even said himself "It's been hard for me to find the words". Why would it be hard for him to find the words??
I think it was hard for him to find the words because he knew something was definitely wrong and the time he had left was limited. I truly believe that. I really think he knew it and was taking that time to let us know.
Plus, I've read some people saying that his wife was much more emotional at the Hall of Fame than she should have been. Maybe she knew it too. Maybe she knew his time left was short. Maybe they both knew prior to making the weekend trip to New Orleans for Hall of Fame, WrestleMania and Raw.
Could it be possible that they both knew he didn't have much time left and that's why she was so emotional during the Hall of Fame and that's why he said what he said on Raw?? I think that would make PERFECT sense or it could all just be one weird coincidence.
Maybe he or they, went to the doctors prior to making the trip and were told some unfortunate news by the doctor that he only had a few days left to live and he wanted to make the absolute best out of them that he could. I think it's very possible.
One thing is for sure, he wanted to make sure that he left us with one last profoundly eerie message. One that would become true less than 24 hours after he said it.

For me, pro wrestling was always made up by one "triangle"; Hogan, Warrior, Savage.
We've lost two thirds of that triangle, and I dread the day we lose the remainder.

Has anyone else checked out eBay recently for Warrior figures and various Warrior merchandise?? The prices for some figures are NUTS now!! There's a Jakks WWE Classic Ring Giant Warrior going for $167 plus $25 for shipping!! A series #1 WWF Hasbro MOC figure is going for $109.52 plus $23 for shipping!!
Some, if not most, of these eBay sellers are a bunch of vultures out to make money. It's really sad and unfortunate that when someone famous dies, their merchandise is in higher demand and the value goes up.
I do have a few Warrior figures in my collection and they will stay that way. I've had them for many years now and have no intention of doing what these vultures on eBay are doing. I don't agree with it for a second.

I'm sorry, I don't believe for a minute Warrior knew he was going to die soon.

There's no way he knew he was going to go, and in my book it's idiotic to try to point out "oh he looked like he was near death" he looked like a million bucks on the Hof and raw too. The ing undertaker looked worse than him at wrestlemania honestly. The red face, I again all attribute to the fact they were in New Orleans. Super sunny out there. Undertaker got baked red in he sun, just look at him from Sunday. And now we have a "oh he forgot his medication" rumor, more bull in my book. No one is going to "power through" a long weekend like that. Warrior was a Warrior but he was also a real man with common sense. He had a great mind, no way he would willingly do that to himself at this day and age. It still makes no sense to me why he passed away, and it'll eat away at me until we finally find out, and even then it's all up to me to make peace with the idea he's gone, and that's going to be hard as hell for me.

He would've kept it to himself and as I said, would've wanted to make the absolute best he could of the time he had left. I think he did that right up until the end. When someone dies unexpectedly, it's only natural to want to come up with logic and answers. Especially when there are coincidences and an eerie promo involved. I think that's why people have concocted this theory that Warrior knew he didn't have long left and he knew what he was saying last Monday on Raw. People are trying to find "clues" and explanations because they want to find logic. You can just as easily write off said clues and explanations. The story about heart medication is completely unreliable. Warrior was breathing heavy on Raw but he's also a large 54-year old man wearing a suit and a jacket on top of that, in a hot arena. The camera kept cutting away to get reactions from the fans since it was such a hot crowd. They panned to the announcers because Warrior was getting his jacket from under the ring. Warrior talked about death during his promo because that was the kind of character UW was, profound and poignant one minute, batsh*t crazy and belligerent the next. There is nothing really to suggest Warrior knew what was going to happen 24 hours later.

Well, we'll never know either way, if he did know or didn't know how much time he had left. You can't prove it or disprove it either way. We just have OUR opinions, thoughts and theories on it. Some you can choose to believe and some you can just try to outright deny.
At any rate, this is THE most shocking wrestling death ever. I just feel so bad for his wife and 2 young daughters. This is a loss they will feel forever. Truly sad and unfortunate.

But since Wednesday, his items are selling for 2, 3, even 5x what they were selling for Monday. I had been watching a loose LJN Warrior for 6 days, should have been able to get it for 80-100 considering condition. Warrior passed and it sold Thursday morning for almost 300. Loose Mattel figs I've seen bids over 75. People are snapping up high dollar items that have been sitting unsold for over a year with huge bidding frenzy. I'm glad I bought a Jakks Survivor Series set last week, because those are now 200+ instead of the 40 I paid.

Well I'll pretty much be saying what everyone else did here, but I didn't see this coming at all. It's funny that for the past few years aside from us scooping up Ultimate Warrior figures from Jakks and Mattel, most of the IWC mocked Warrior for being crazy and out there. He definitely was to a degree, but it felt so amazing to see him come full circle and have his moment again with WWE. It's absolutely horrible what happened but he left an impact on us and that's what all these posts, tweets, facebook statuses have shown. My first time seeing the Warrior was vs Rick Rude at WM5. He lost, but he was still bright, colorful and someone to look up to. I hope his family pulls through this tough time and I'm glad the WWE are standing by as well.
As for his figures, I remember the same thing happened with Eddie Guerrero. It's a shame people do that. I was in Walmart today and found Warrior vs Sheamus and you know where it's going? Right on my shelf next to the Macho Man. RIP Warrior

Many Hall of Famers get emotional and speak to the fans like it's the last time at the Hall of Fame because for many of them, the Hall of Fame is their last hurrah. I think that's certainly true for Warrior. All you need is a pair of eyes to see that he wasn't well and "one more match" was never going to happen. Regardless of whether he lived for a couple more days or a couple more decades, that appearance on Raw was probably going to be the last one for the Ultimate Warrior character. Thus, the promo had a tone of finality to it. It was eerie because all of his promos were eerie. Had Ultimate Warrior died in the prime of his career, we could have taken virtually any of his promos and analyzed them for clues. I watched that video and there were some awkward moments. Warrior's mobility was the elephant in the room and everyone was just pretending not to notice. The extended focus on the commentators and the reactions on their faces when he was getting into the ring was puzzling. Why were we watching people watching Warrior get into the ring instead of watching Warrior get into the ring? It's because I'm betting he was struggling a bit and WWE was paying respect to the man by not making a spectacle of his weakness. But I didn't see where he stumbled forward and had to catch himself or the looks of pain on his face through the promo. I also don't think you can analyze the "I couldn't find the words" ... I think that was just a setup to do what he wanted to anyway, which was to go into character. Again, there's just no doubt that Warrior was not a well man. That doesn't necessarily mean he knew he was going to die soon. But serious illnesses like that can make you stop and re-evaluate your life and put things in perspective. This may have been what predicated the reconciliation that resulted in Warrior going into the Hall of Fame. I think Warrior probably just got very caught up in the emotions last weekend and his heart wasn't strong enough to handle it. I'm not suggesting that Warrior's mortality wasn't lurking somewhere in the back of his mind last weekend - it probably was. But I don't see anything that would cause me to jump to the conclusion that he knew death was just around the corner so he was coming out to say goodbye.

It has been almost a week since we lost one of the most thrilling and electrifying WWF superstars ever. When he came running to that ring, you could feel the energy. Who can forget his battles with the Honky Tonk Man,Ravishing Rick Rude,Andre the Giant,Macho Man Randy Savage and of course Hulk Hogan. Being a fan since 1988,I have seen all these battles and the rose to the top for the Warrior, winning the WWF championship at WrestleMania VI. Like I said,It's been almost a week, but now it's starting to sink in that he is truly gone, but never, ever forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and daughters.
Warrior, thank you for the memories, you were the greatest!
