WOW, just got a email from Mattel...

This is complete Bull$hlt. I got a email last night saying my order has been located in stock and is about to ship. Has this happened to anyone else...?

That is bullcrap.
If they don't have an item their site should reflect that. It's poor business. If I get the email, which I will because I just ordered him as well, then I will cancel my entire order and I will never buy anything from their site again.

Smyths did this too my Ryback...said it was in stock online and said 'Unable to process your order due to stock issues' when I bought it, I was so annoyed that I ended up arguing with some girl at smyths head office over this that they refunded me the £10 but not the £5 for shipping, but hey guess what, it was still up to buy online after the order failed.

I hate when companies do this.
I recently tried to order a t-shirt online for my upcoming vacation, so timing was of the essence. They always have the "in-stock" button for their items, so I just assumed they were all in-stock or maybe were made for order or something. I ordered it, thinking I'd get it in time. But I kept waiting and waiting. They said it was received and would be shipping shortly. A WEEK LATER I got an email from them telling me that they didn't have the shirt in-stock in the size I ordered, but I was free to pick out another one of equal cost! I had them refund my card and permanently took my business elsewhere.
And right now, that same shirt is still being listed as in-stock 2 weeks later. Thanks, Omega Order.

I used that code to get free shipping. If they cancel Tensai and just send me Jericho they better not then charge me for shipping since Jericho is not $25. If they do I will call them and loudly complain. |

Hmmm...now I am a bit worried about my order, haven't received any email other than that my figures were shipped yet I try to track them and it comes up with a error..but than again it says wait 24-48 hours and it has been a day. So hopefully I am good!
