I think it sucks that mattycollector sold out of liz durring early access. I feel like that is a slap in the face from mattel to collectors. She should have been left in the legends line and sold from the site not delayed and made limited and retail. So thats another slap in the face from mattel to collectors. I really hope Honky Tonk Man is made avaible on mattycollector and I am able to get one without trouble.
This kind of reminds me of last year at bills training camp. I wanted to get Mario Williams, Stevie Johnson, Jaryus Byrd. to sign a ball for my man room. Well Mario comes over there is a crowd of kids I'm patient finally I hand him my ball. He says let me sign some more for the kids and then I will sign that for you. I respond ok no problem thank you. So I'm waiting then he looks at me says ok I'm done I try handing him the ball and he walks away. So I said hey mario he keep walking. I say hey mario how about signing something for the people who pay your salary. When I said that he turned around laughed and walked away. I understand wanting to give to the kids, but it burns my a$$ when I buy season tickets. So I am helping pay you and you just walk away. Show me 1 kid there who buys tickets not 1 I bet. No the adults buy them for the kids.
That being said I feel the same way about mattel and the figures. Yes most of the market is the parents or someone buying them for the kids. Most of the kids watching wwe and getting figures is because mom or dad or who ever watches and now the kids got into it. Anyways it just feels like mattel throws up the middle finger to collectors time and time again, but we just keep coming back for more lol. Please mattel just make the flashbacks avaible on your site and not in such a limited ammount or quit making them half runs and make them so they are not so damn hard to locate at retail.

It's easily found at retail, I ordered mine off of ringside in a full set but I've seen her multiple times at Walmart and Target both had 2-3 Liz figures. I do agree that they should of kept her part of the legend series for moc collectors but availability is not an issue
Oh and sorry to hear about your baseball? Story.... Athletes are d*cks mostly lol not wrestlers but most of the other guys (you know who you are) just come of as arrogant

I bought Liz weeks ago from a Wfigs member. I'm glad I didn't have much faith in Matty. I don't have Early Access privileges since I'm only willing to buy 60% of their MOTUC line (which isn't good enough for Mattel).
Look how they warned MOTUC was subject to Early Access but no mention of HBK or Liz.

Mattel is offering a services. They don't HAVE to sell them in the easiest way possible for you. You had plenty of chances to get her at RSC, at retail, or from a fellow WFigs member. It's not Mattel's job to make sure every single person who wants a figure gets it. It's their job to make toys and make sure they sell. If that means some people don't end up getting one because they run out of stock, then you're out of luck.
As far as Mario Williams goes, I don't see how that even compares to this situation, other than that he didn't have to sign anything for anyone. Yeah, he was kind of a jerk to tell you he would sign it and then just walk away, but... Yeah. Just doesn't compare.

Its unfortunate they ran out but those people on Matty pay for a premium service for access to the early sale. Im really surprised she went that quick, maybe the quantities they had were small.

I can see how some people are upset about this but honest, people should have seen this coming and should have been more prepared. I too was planning on buying one off of MattyCollector and I saw (i believe PJ) mention in the post about it where Liz could potentially sell out from the "early sale". A few days later Liz was put up on Mattel Shop. It wasnt like most times where something is up for an hour, this had been up easily for 10 hours as it was available when I got home from work at 5-6pm. Knowing how MattyCollector works, I quickly jumped at the chance to buy from Mattel Shop and bought two and had them on my doorstep 3 days later.

Yes it sucks for the international collectors and this is why I think all figures from a series should be in the first assortment and changes made in the 2nd one. Seems like all of Europe got Case A of elite 19.

And thats fine, its the fact that he lied. He told him to wait and that when he was done signing for the kids first he would get to him, but he walked away and didnt hold up to his word like a real man would. Should have just said straight up im here for the kids only. |

Dude you need to relax before you bust a blood vessel. It's a toy, and if you've been collecting for a while you should know the difficulties associated w/ it. I never freak out about a figure I can't find. If I can't find it & my friend, who also collects, can't find it, then I don't need it. If it's something I desperately want, there are ways to get it, like the bay, they just cost more. I'm aware of this & just deal w/ it. Try to calm down man.
