Any? I've met Booker T, Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, John Cena and they were all nice. Team 3D was great too. However...the rudest "personality" I met was...
Jeremy Borash.
I met him a year and a half ago, and to this day I've never met anyone ruder than him. He is arrogant. It wasn't like a brush off, he just was rude in how he talked.

Honestly, never met anyone rude. Even Borash was nice to me.
Even Scott Steiner was a really cool, approachable guy when I met him.
The MOST friendly though would probably be Supernova, Hernandez, AJ Styles, Tommy Dreamer, and Kid Kash.
I carried on pretty cool convos with Kash and Nova. Hernandez was all smiles, loved chatting with everyone, as was Dreamer. AJ, he let me go around to the other side of the table so we could talk about indy wrestling in GA while he signed stuff for others (We have a mutual friend whom he has wrestled against MANY times before in NWA Wildside)

Coolest: Kurt Angle.
Rudest: Stacy Keibler.
Both at the same auto session, Stacy was before Kurt. I got to her, she refused to shake hands. Not just me, anyone. I had asked politely for an extra auto mat to be signed for my friend who could not be there, and she scoffed like it was a big deal, but she did it anyways. Anyways, after I was done getting an attitude from her, I walked back to the line and waited for Kurt. He arrived, and could not have been nicer. Took the time for a quick picture with people who asked for one, shook hands, and when I got there, he signed the extra autograph mat, no questions asked. I thanked him for the autograph and he said "Thank you for coming out." Such a nice guy. Which is why I hope that, one day, he comes home to WWE and I can see him once again on my TV, as I don't watch TNA.

I met Lita 3 times over a span of like, 7 years. She was pretty much my idol growing up, and I was such a nervous wreck when I went to meet her. She was super nice every time, and would actually take the time to have a back and forth conversation with me, even though there was a super long line of people waiting. Class act, all around. I met Chris Jericho back in 2000, and he was a BIG jerk. Don't get me wrong, I love Jericho...but back in the day when I saw him, he was just really rude. You had to pay like $50 to get a Polaroid picture with him, and he showed up in a hat and sunglasses. Looked like I took a picture with some schmuck I found off the street.

Never really met anybody that was rude, but some talked more than others.
D-Von Dudley, Ron Simmons, and Christopher Nowitski were the most friendly guys met. I had conversations with all 3. D-Von even noticed that I was wearing a Duke University hat and we were talking about their basketball team.
Mean Gean actually stayed to sign autographs longer than he had to. I had arrived late and was literally the last guy in a super long line. He stayed about an hour after he was suppose to and me and my dad were the last ones in line and he took the time to meet us. Awsome guy.
Triple H was cool as well. Considering that it was easily the longest line that I had to stand in to meet a wrestler, I was surprised that he spoke a few lines w/ me(mostly because I was wearing a Motorhead T-shirt lol).
Mick Foley was nice but wasn't in a talking mood. I had sat in on a book seminar that he was doing back in 2004. There was only about 50-60 people there(you had to buy tickets), but he seemed uninterested in talking w/ people. Though he did get a kick out of signing my brothers cast.

Coolest: Matt Hardy, Miz, Brodus Clay were all extremely friendly.
Rudest: I don't know, they were all pretty nice as far as I can remember. Justin Gabriel was kind of a weirdo, but I don't know if that makes him rude.

Team 3D and Jeff Jarrett were really cool when I met them, as were Edge and Matt Hardy.
I've never really met a "rude" wrestler, but guys like Eric Young and Alex Shelley didn't really say anything or make eye contact.

The only person I met that didn't seem too enthused about meeting fans or signing stuff was Bubba Dudley. I'd say Coach but I didn't meet him, he saw some of us with some other wrestlers getting stuff signed and some people called him over and he took off running.
Lillian Garcia, Charlie Haas and D-Von were incredibly nice.

Coolest: When I got to spend the day with The Rock in 2004 he was so awesome signed everything you gave him and answered every question you had he even called Mick Foley and Kurt Angle so I could say hi.
Batista he wasn't rude just didn't talk much and seemed really grumpy but the signing wasn't put together well.

I don't recall ever meeting any rude wrestlers, every wrestler I've met was really. I guess if I had to choose, Edge and Christian were the coolest ones I've met.

I do think it is important to keep in mind that not everyone can be cheery 365 days a year. So perhaps a few people caught people on bad days (not saying that to anyone who has replied, just in general). I'm normally outgoing, but I have bad days where I want to talk to NO ONE! lol

I met CM Punk way back when he was wrestling for IWA MidSouth, after his match he came back out and sat in the crowd. I ended up talking to him for about half an hour or so about music and stuff. He was super nice.
I can't say I've had a bad experience meeting anyone, the few times I have. Like Penguin said though, anyone can have a bad day.
I would say most of the guys know that we're the reason they get paid to do what they do, so they don't mind meeting fans all that much. Like someone

Coolest: Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle & Chris Sabin I just want to say I have heard a ton of horror stories about Alex Shelley but the guy was awesome when I met him. He isn't the extrovert that Sabin is but he was still super nice imo. Rudest: Matt Morgan was a ing bunghole. It wasn't even directed at me, it was towards another guy who recognized him in the gym. I was in shock at what came out of that guys mouth. I understand people have good days and bad days but Matt Morgan completely disrespected another human being right in front of me.

Nicest: Trish Stratus, Ivory, Christian Rudest: I haven't had a rude experience per se but Kofi Kingston seemed to be the least nicest out of everybody i've met.
Out of people I did not actually meet (get anything from) Tommy Dreamer was really rude to me two different times I saw him at two different conventions.

Nicest: I have to say Kurt Angle. He didnt do anything special but he did have a nice brief conversation with me. He had about 100 others waiting, but he didnt rush me, he was friendly and answered a simple question in great detail.
Rudest: Jeremy Borash and Shark Boy. Borash was at a FanFest, and instead of just writing his name on a poster like I kindly asked, he had me wait minutes when all he did was stand there... talk to a guy.. and look at a clip board. Dont confuse that for being busy though, he legit took his sweet time to just sign his name. Shark Boy, had a point for me, but he went about it in a really crapty way. Youre supposed to pay for any picture you take and youre supposed to let the assigned attendant take it for you.. but I said "forget that" and took stuff into my own hands. A lot of guys didnt mind me taking my own free pictures, and all the masked guys were at the same table: I snapped one with Curry Man, One with Super Eric, and went for Shark Boy; "Hey Shark Boy can I get a pic?" *really condescendingly* "Yeah, when you pay for it.". Like wtf? I paid a lot of money just for the ticket to this event, if you think im paying extra for a picture with Shark Boy he's outta his water-breathing mind.

Honstly I cant say Ive met a wrestler who was rude or mean or anything, except maybe Orton once but that wasnt his fault at all.
Nicest? Id say Edge and Layla, Stone Cold and Shawn Michaels was pretty nice too. Coolest I would say is Rhino, I met him at a TNA show and we talked for a few minutes about the Detroit Winter Classic jersey and everything.

Most wrestlers I've met have been cool. RVD and Simon Dean have to be two of the nicest though, Simon Dean actually spoke to me for about 10mins, telling me about his time in WWE etc was pretty damn cool.
Rudest by far is Sabu and Sandman, Both was just utter douche bags.
Everyone other than Sabu and Sandman was really nice.
