I guess the inevitable as happened... he has been sacked.
Steve McClaren has been sacked as England coach following his side's failure to qualify for Euro 2008. Assistant coach Terry Venables has also lost his job in what the Football Association said was a unanimous decision by its board.
The FA brought a swift end to McClaren's 18-month reign as England's head coach at an emergency meeting.
McClaren's position had become untenable after the 3-2 defeat to Croatia at Wembley on Wednesday.

He doesn't deserve to be sacked because he didn't get us to Euro 2008

If we get Mourinho, we would go undefeated at Home and win the World Cup.
McClaren avoided all the tricky questions in his press conference, saying "it's not the time for that now". Idiot.

It was a moronic decision to appoint him in the first place

Good riddance.
Never should've been appointed as manager in the first place. Out of all the managers being linked with the England job, he was the worst.

The only reason McClaren wouldn't of resigned is that he wouldn't of got his big payoff, he should of never been chosen in the first place ffs.
Let's get a good English manager, forget foreign managers.
