The only reason McClaren wouldn't resign is that he wouldn't of got his big payoff, he should of never been chosen in the first place ffs. Let's get a good English manager, forget foreign managers. They is no good English managers, they're ing **** !! Are you telling me Sam Allardyce couldn't do a good job for England?

I'm sure many more agree with me that they're no decent English managers, and anyway Sam Allardyce doesn't want to do the job, so be realistic about it, no Englishman can do it.

Since Mourinho is out of the picture. Lets go for Capello. He will bring the best out of our strong defence.

People were slagging off Sam Allardyce? Can't say I remember that.
He was always my first choice pick for England, anyway.

^ yea him over mcClaren everytime. I think they took the safe option when they appointed steve, u kno he was already on the scene etc... but now they need to go outside of england to get a manager by that i mean foreign. Unless Martin O'Neill wants the job. I dont think McClaren was a good motivator or moderator and thats wot england needs someone to do wot nobody dares to, drop the likes of Lampard, Gerrard, Owen, Rooney if they arent playing well for their club or country!

Capello would be good, although Rafa has said he is interested.
