The pics are kinda small bit from what I can see it's very good. My only issue is that the forehead looks weird as a result of the face transplant.

I agree exactly with pfrchaos. The forehead looks large, but otherwise it is very good. 10/10

yeah it looks like you didnt sand down the RA steiners hair at all and just glued pateras hair over it. if you correct that, it will look awesome. the rest of it is well done

I like the paint job really well. I've thought the same thing about Patera's hair looking like Scott's, if you can get the head modded right so the hair looks naturally on the head, it'll work. Otherwise, I'd sculpt the hair more like in the picture where its shorter on top and a fluffy mullet in the back.

From what i can see its ok there are some patches that you need to piant and i think hes modded hair is over the top but enjoy.

I thought it was Rick Rude's head with a face transplant but I can't really tell and I don't have Patera yet so I'm not too familiar with it. I'm not sure what the face is and although it could work really well I don't think you can save this one, the forehead is huge and has a big crease/join across it. The body is spot on and the head almost works better than any I've seen before. Your customs are usually superb so I reckon you should have another go at the head and it could look perfect.
