I don't think you' re really getting all this.
The interview takes place BEFORE the accident happened.
Meaning, that the plan before the accident, as stated by Mr. Orton himself, was for him to return at Summer Slam.
However, this is no indication that orton's injury is fake. I personally believe its all a work, but this doesn't really "prove" anything, except what the plan for Summerslam was before the accident.

The interview was BEFORE his supposive motorcycle accident.
I'm hoping that it's a work, because I'm most likely buying tickets to No Mercy when the go on sale at 10 AM, and if the injury is legit, then he will be out until November, and No Mercy is on October 5th, and I'd really like to see Orton.
But I find it really unbelievable that he would wreck his motorcycle and roll 300 feet, yet only suffer a rebroken collar bone.

well he is. he tried posting this twice on the WWE board, before posting it here, where it serves no purpose, to say the injury is fake, if this interview was confirmed to have been before the 'accident'
