A very special night, for two things. One, the obvios, Olypics. But a very special night for WWP.
5 Time WCW Champion, Former Hardcore Champion, Former Tag Team Champion and former World Heavyweight Champion Booker T has signed 2 Year contract with World Wrestling Pro!

We had a chance to catch up with Booker soon after the signing but unfortunatly because of such short notice only audio was taken.

Joey Styles-"What made you agree to sign a contract with World Wrestling Pro, When you could of very well become TNA World Heavyweight champion in two nights?"
Booker-" Why Joey?, Why? Cause in Two nights, Jim Cornette wanted me to job to Samoa Joe, Become a Mid-carder, And next year give me a fued for the X-Division title. In companys like WWE and TNA, they can say tallent speaks for itself. But really, Jim Cornette speaks for talent. If your not jacked up on steriods, and selling size S shirts to little kids, Then you get nowhere in those companys. Unlike WWP, That doesn't Misuse talent. Your not gonna be seeing a 7'4 Giant trample over a midget in WWP. Your not gonna see a guy dancing around with curry on his head. I knew that if i came to WWP, You'll see a whole new me."
