you've got the body and everything but there nothing eles good about it the hard is way to dark for the body skin tone and theres a bit of black on hs leg underneath his tights

Much better than your Mankind...but there are still areas that need improvement.
First...The head. It's too big, and not placed on the neck very well. Also, the hair is way too blurry. No need for that. The cut of the hair is also sloppy. Face edit is actually pretty decent, but the skin tone is way off. Mess around with the hue/saturation to get the right skin tone.
Next would be the tattoo edits. You can still clearly see them. Instead of blurring them, smudge them out. (Use the smudge tool and smudge the skin over them, and work on editing that to make it not blurry)
Next comes the tights. SO much better than your attempted recolors on Mankind. The only issue I see is some blue (the original color of the Orton tights) is at the top, and bottoms of the tights.
keep at it.
