Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne(Matt Sydal) over The Gold Standard & Mike Knox. Huge pops for Kofi. Nice spots from Bourne.
Victoria over Kelly Kelly after Kelly attempted a headscissors on the apron only to get thrown down face first to the outside and counted out.
Backstage Estrada macks on Teddy Longs new assistant (can't remember her name) when Teddy appears and informs Estrada he has another chance to get a ECW contract tonight.
Finlay over Estrada via Celtic Cross. Huge squash. Long comes out and tells Estrada he has another chance and brings out Colin Delaney.
Delaney over Estrada via DDT with the quickness. Long says third times a charm and says he must fight Horny now.
Horny over Estrada via tad pole splash. Really ****ty jobbing Estrada so hard. Please push this guy soon, he's actually a good wrestler.
Mizzark Henry comes down and calls out The Big Slow. Henry says he wants Big Slow after the Kane fight. Kane comes down for his match next.
Miz & Morrison over Kane & CM Boring. Morrison really impressive in this match going pretty stiff on both Kane and Punk. The finish saw Morrison hitting the Moonlite Drive on Punk for a clean victory. Good match.
SmackDown
First thing shot was the VIP Lounge segment which will be shown later on in the program. MVP's guest is Rey Mysterio Jr who gets the loudest pop of the night. Rey looks wicked out of shape and says he will be cleared to wrestle really soon. Guess he's already cleared to mouth wrestle all the Grande Meals and double bacon cheeseburgers he wants. MVP cuts his greatest promo to date telling Rey off in spanish, then hopping over the guard rail and comparing the two sides as Mexico and America and saying Rey wishes he could hop over to America as easy as MVP can. MVP finishes by calling Rey a mini jumping bean and says whenever he is cleared to find MVP for a good ol fashion beat down. Post interview Rey puts over the home town crowd and again says he will be back soon.
Start of the show saw Vickie Guerrero already in the ring where she calls down Batista. Crazy heat for Vickie all night long. Batista makes his way down to sign his contract to face Uncle Edge at Night Of Champions. Batista mouths off and gets thrown into a match with The Great Khali tonight. If Batista loses he will get fired just like Taker.
Morrison over Finlay with a roll up after Finlay gets distracted by Miz attacking Horny on the outside.
Edge gets interviewed backstage when CM Suck interferes and lets Edge know he could cash in his Money In The Back at anytime. Including his upcoming wedding.
Mizzark Henry squashes Tommy Dreamer in about a minute.
MVP backstage with Vickie & Uncle Edge saying he wants more money since he is the best thing going. Vickie puts him in a match with CM Botch.
Cherry over Maryse with her impaler DDT finisher.
Hilarious backstage segment with Mizzark Henry showing a picture of Big Slows eye injury. He then flips it over to reveal a picture of both of Slow's eyes injured and claims that he will do this to him.
MVP over CM Suck in the longest match of the night. Lots of reversals and domination by MVP. The finish saw MVP bring in Punks case only to get hit in the face with it via a running knee in the corner. When the ref turned back around he saw Punk holding the case and assumed he hit MVP with it which got him Disqualified.
Out next was Chavito Guerrero Jr. with Bam Neely. Chavo sits at ringside and introduces his opponent for the United States Title at Night Of Champions, Matt Hardy.
Matt Hardy over Chuck Palumbo via Twist Of Fate in a very boring match. Afterwards Chavito says "Your winner, the loser of the United States title at Night Of Champions, Matt Hardy." Pretty funny stuff.
Vladimir Koslov has a quick interview backstage and says some weird Russian ****. Really bummed he didn't have a match.
Jessie & Festus over Deuce & Domino. Afterwards Domino slugs Deuce and they tease a break up.
Batista over Great Khali w/ Uncle Edge and Vickie looking on from the stage. Show closes with Vickie and Edge pissed off that Batista won.
Post Show match: Vickie tells Batista he must face Great Khali and Edge right now in a 2 on 1 handicap match. Edge runs down the ramp in his street clothes and gets a few shots in on Batista. Khali pounds on Batista and tags in Edge. Edge misses a spear and hits Khali on the outside. Batista hits Edge with a Batista Bomb and gets the pinfal in a very quick match. After Edge and Vickie retreat to the back and Batista poses down and signs autographs for the fans at ringside.
