Hmm...Why I would say this...
No doubt, this movie looks amazing.
No doubt, Leger owns.
No doubt, they've put an incredible amount of rime advertising this.
But that's the thing. There is too much hype. And when you have to much hype, you have kids on a bunch of message boards "creaming" themselves.

I think in this case the movie is going to match its hype....that trailer was awesome...i now officially concede that Ledger as Joker not only works but it just Amazing period hehe.

I like it and all obviously because I am getting to see it but come movie time I may be pissed off. I mean nothing will take away from how good it is I just hope not too much is spoiled, doesnt look like there giving too much plot away which is good its not a movie they need to give plot details to get people to see it so I hope they dont reveal much at all. Plus I dont really wanna know anything about scarecrow I hope his appearance is pretty much totally undisclosed. Hopefully he makes jokers laugh gas. On the note of ledger, he sounds amazing (the laugh) it seems is very cartoon inspired which is awesome because no one will top mark hamils laugh in the series and his speaking voice seems very nicholson inspired, it sounds like a nice combo. He looks great I am still not sold on the messy facepaint yet but we shall see how it turns out. The outfit though is dead on. |
