Screenplay - Juno 'cause it's the only original one.
That's all I care for. For the TV stuff, as long as Carell, Piven and Michael C. Hall win their categories I'll be a happy camper.

I thought a good amount of the nominations were a joke, but you can't expect much from the Golden Globes. Maybe it is just me and I guess it is not fair to judge a film that you haven't seen, but "The Great Debaters"...Seriously? And how does PTA not get a nomination
I'll post my predications after I see Juno, Sweeney Todd, There Will Be Blood, and Charlie Wilson's War (which doesn't look that good, but it has been getting a ton of hype).

Can't really pick who I want yet since I haven't seen Sweeney Todd, Walk Hard, Juno, or There Will Be Blood yet. Ellen Page/Michael Cera are horrible actors, and annoying, so I'll probably skip out on Juno, which is a same since the story sounds funny and I like almost everyone else in it.

I didn't say they were bad, they just were not the best films of the year  Although, I thought Crash was a little over dramatic to the point I no longer cared about it's message. |
