When I get off the internet... Popups come on and start giving me ALL the websites I been too today and my passwords??

One way to do it is go to the start menu (bottom left hand corner), click on Run. Type in Cookies. Select all and delete...I think with mozilla firefox theres another way you can do it through internet options but im not sure |
