I just recently bought a Wii. I haven't had a system (or played one) since PS1, so to say that I'm out of touch with the systems is an understatement. I bought the Wii cause I had a blast playing my friends. I love interaction of it. Anyway, here's some questions I have:
(1) Was Guitar I & II made for the Wii, if not, Will they be?
(2) I know it's a matter of opinion, but is Wii considered the best & are there any new innovations coming in the near future is regards to to enhancing the play?
Lastly...
(3) Since the Wii I have has yet to be opened, should I sell it on ebay or where ever & get as much as possible for it to buy either PS3 or 360 instead?

(1) No. It's doubtful that it'll be made at this point, but it wouldn't surprise me if they ported over that GH1&2 pack that game out a month back. Especially since PS2 games get ported all the time and the Wii now has it's own Guitar controller thanks to GHIII
(2) The Wii is the top seller, but it's not really the best. It has a piss poor online "community", it lacks a hard drive, which is depressing considering they put so much emphasis on the Virtual Console, and it is drastically underpowered compared to the other systems. But they are constantly updating with new channels, and shortly they are debuting a channel that will allow you to download original Wii-centric games.
(3) Since it's your first system in over a decade, you obviously aren't too hardcore in your games, so the Wii is a fine system for a casual player.

kudos to you for actually being able to find one especially around this time. I have a wii but it's collecting dust right now. But it won't once February hits.

Super Smash Bros Brawl FTW!!!  Have a great time on your Wii  1) No, they haven't made one  but you still get GH3 2)They are making loads of accessories for the Wii, eg. Zapper, Wheel and more 3) No, keep your Wii, i have all three next gen consoles the 360 is best IMO, but sales wise Wii has sold alot more plus your lucky to get one. |

Keep the Wii there is more than enough to keep you happy and the next year looks great with Mario Kart and Smash Bros I reccomend off the top of my head
Zelda TTP
Mario Galaxy
Paper Mario
Sonic & The Secret Rings
Resident Evil 4
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
These alone would keep you busy for a while.

(1) nope. i doubt that theyll have it but thats my opinion. just get GH3 it has wifi and its fun (2) hmm i dont know about that (3) No,the Wii is great. i love it. i also have all 3 systems and i like the wii maybe the best. the VC games are pretty good so far. theres lots of channels.you can go on the internet too,so just keep dammit and get SMG.  |

Yeah I have all three aswell and well I don't know really lol what's better. I don't play as much as I used to, but if your not a hardcore gamer than stick with the Wii for now.

I dont believe GH1 or 2 will be made for it but GH3 is there on the Wii I believe.
Wii is the top selling but thats because its kid-factor, cheaper price, and more casual player friendly.
If this is the first system youve had I would defintly stick with the Wii, its fun, easy, and has great interactivity and can be a great system to play with others. I say keep it, 360 is more FPS-online oriented and Im not a fan of the PS3 at all so I dont have much to say about it but yea, stay with the Wii imo.
