It's 6am, I stayed up all night making this. I don't know why, I have no interest in the movie at all. But it goes to show my determination to my work.

I don't know how you do it Mal. Every time you make a graphic it is very eye catching and is top notch. The front cover looks so professional, especially the text. Blending is awesome. Flawless.

Thanks broseph. I still suck at cutting pics though, so it took quite awhile to get Murphy and Foxx right on the back.

That looks pretty nice, however on the front cover it looks weird where the three chicks overlap on the guy's shoulder and the BEST PICTURE part looks a bit out of shape. I also don't like how the text overlaps on the guy on the back. Apart from those points however it is an excellent cover. Love the text work.

Indeed, the women overlapping Foxx's shoulder on the front does look odd. Other than that though, this is excellent. I love the colors, that teal goes great with the dark purple. The text on the front looks fantastic, especially the "Best Picture" part...very professional. The back looks really good too, great picture choice and positioning. Seriously man, you make the best DVD covers I've ever seen.

God damn that is awesome. It looks so damn professional it's unreal. The only gripe I have is the one girls dress looks odd over Foxx's shoulder. The text work is phenomenal, truly is. Ungodly work really. Bravo

I love that color, it's awesome. Great stuff there Pat.
Yeah, I have no interest in the movie either. But Jamie Foxx kicks ass, so yeah.

looks very nice. what catches my eye the most is the background for the back text.. the way that it's layered with the picture of foxx just looks really appealing. a nice layout.
the effects on 'dreamgirls' is nice, but i can't stand that font. looks fine with 'widescreen', but not as much with the title. and you might have spent a little too much time on the awards part. it looks like a second title to me.
overall, some nice work.

I get what you mean about the awards part, somewhat agree. And I for one love the title font. PRICK.

it's too 'rounded rectangle'. it doesn't really.. 'dazzle' like the actual font does (it's like that wrestlemania font, or something). this font looks more like neon sign font.

Excellent job Mal.
The colors and picture selection are fantastic. I actually do like the neon glow of the text, I think it goes well with the teal and purple of the graphic. I really don't plan on seeing this movie at all, but this graphic is awesome. You never cease to amaze me.

This is really good. Blending is decent. Text is good. purple-ish color feeling is great. I wonder how long it took you to do this.

yeah, but the 'official' font itself doesn't look like an 'open' sign at a convenience store. even without the effects, it would look jazzy.
