try using psds instead of cutting them yourself, makes things alot easier and dont repeat the pics on the sides, unless it looks really good

I don't like it because it is a t-shirt with a Ken Kennedy psd/cut on it. Try making something yourself.

try using psds instead of cutting them yourself, makes things alot easier Don't listen to him. That's not good advice.
Despite the plain, repetitive background, this isn't bad. I like that the background actually has something to do with the subject, a concept that many designers here have never grasped. Here a some pointers to guide your future designs: - Try to avoid putting the main picture directly in the middle of the graphic. Having the focal point on the left, right, top, or bottom will make it more visually interesting. - Fool around with blending layers in the background. An extra layer of color with a blending setting of Overlay, Vivid Light, or anything else can go a long way in making your backgrounds look less plain. - Continue cutting pictures for yourself and don't rely on PSD's. This is a skill that people avoid but can only be avoided for so long. Keep doing what you're doing, it will become easier. This way you'll never be limited to what pictures you can use for a graphic. - As always: Practice, experiment, and always post your work. The more you do, the more you learn and the better you'll become. As a new designer, it's important to get as much feedback as possible. Hope that was helpful for you.
