^^^ They are just posting crap to get attention now. That's what's going to happen. The dirtsheets are going to post rebuttals and make a big deal out of it for attention, just like they have been doing since the Benoit tragedy started. Just like Bischoff said, "Controversy Creates Cash".

You forgot to mention your buddy Meltzer, cheif. If he was a liar he wouldn't be a credible source of news and be around for over a decade. Nice try though Alot of that crap (angle wise) he spews never ends up happening, and all of his garbage about backstage incidents is him talking out of his ass. You want to know why people think he's such a credible journalist? They don't know any better. Meltzer is like a mechanic. Mechanics can tell you what's wrong with your car, and then charge you for a whoel bunch of crap you don't need. Want to know why? Because you don't know the difference.

Do you suscribe to the newsletter?
NO.
I Do.
I know that what he says comes true because it comes in my mail, not read from a site which "claims" thats where the info is coming from.

Well then, you seem to think you're right. No matter what I say, you'll be defending him to the grave. I'm not going to argue with you anymore. I've got better things to do. Feel free to reply again. I just won't read it. Ok? Thanks.

I don't know what rag it is you're reading, but it's not any Observer Newsletter I've ever read. The fact is, the vast majority of what Meltzer reports DOES end up happening, and the few times when it does not, is not a case of his not being credible, it's the simple fact that plans change, especially in WWE, Vince McMahon doesn't book ahead, it's day by day with him most of the time, thus it's difficult to make long term predictions.

Eric Bischoff will always be the guy who caught lighting in the bottle once and turned it into 10 year career. Besides turning Hogan into a heel and "creating" Goldberg, he never accomplished anything in the wrestling business other then over paying dozens of wrestlers and running a promotion straight into the ground.

Do you suscribe to the newsletter? NO. I Do. I know that what he says comes true because it comes in my mail, not read from a site which "claims" thats where the info is coming from. I subscribe also ... and just a minor correction: Meltzer has actually been covering the business as a shoot (i.e., what's really happening and not what is shown on TV) in the Wrestling Observer newsletter since 1982. That's 25 years, which actually makes your point way more valid. He was also publishing newsletters as early as the 1970s, so if you want to be technical, he's been doing this since for over three decades. But the actual Wrestling Observer newsletter debuted in 1982 (I have the issues to prove it). If you're keeping score, that's during the era when wrestlers would kill you for telling fans it was all "entertainment" and not a real sport. That's why some old-timers resent Meltzer. He told their secret. Lastly: Why would Bischoff repeatedly go online and attack Meltzer and Keller if he didn't think they were telling the truth? If they're so worthless, why is a guy like Bischoff so threatened by him? Answer: Because Bischoff actually believes in Meltzer's reporting and influence enough to have been one of his sources during WCW's height. Some people are in denial around here, or they're just ignorant about Meltzer's track record, or both.

WWE fans will always claim Meltzer is a fraud because he doesn't kiss the ass of Vince McMahon nor does he pretend things don't happen when they do like most of the WWE fanbase.
WWE fans will always be ignorant toward the news sources who speak the truth and reveal news on pro wrestling. It's something we have to accept because the WWE fan base is full of young kids who refuse to except the negatives that exist in WWE. It's ok, they'll eventually grow up, see Vince and his promotion for a fraud and then it will be ok.
